Character Personality: Kiyoko is a warm hearted girl, always holding a smile on her face. Always allowing herself to speak on the positive of life, no matter what situation. Since she is a child she is always bursting out with energy, making a big deal out of anything. Once in awhile she will say something of wisdom, but she will only joke about it afterwords. She is extremely polite, which is unseen in most kids of her age. Having a soft voice, she can stop fights between kids completely.
Character's Appearance: Kiyoko wears a flowing white outfit that seems to fit strangely on her body. Around her neck is a heart shape pendant that she cherishes it always, it sparkles like the rays of the sun. She has stunning lavender eyes that shine like the sun, and she has an extremely light lavender hair that shines as well. She is pale, but not by her choice, and has soft skin that's always warm. She stands roughly 4', but almost 4'2" thanks to her shoes. She has two, tiny, angel wings that are pure white and attached in between her shoulder blades.

Weapon Name: Shine Light
Weapon Appearance: Shine Light (or Shine for short), is a long staff she can summon thanks to her heart pendant around her neck. At the top of the staff is a heart shaped ruby that is encircled around a crescent moon. It is just a hair taller then her height, with her shoes on. The moon is a white color, seeming to look like crystal. The handle is a white color.

This is a healing ability, to which she sings a song to heal. It doesn't heal horrible wounds, mainly cuts and scratches. It also ends up healing enemies, since she cannot control it fully

This ability is an escape technique. She waves the staff into the air, creating rays of light just powerful enough to have the person cover their eyes. Then she attempts to get away.

Another ability to help her escape. When in desperation, she uses all her power to make her wings grow enough to make her fly. Then she attempts the best she can to fly off, though in a slow pace.

Kiyoko one day descended down from the sky one day from Destiny Islands. Her face plastered with a warm smile, feeling the warm sun's rays. She stayed there for a long time, not really talking to anyone since she hid anywhere she could from everyone. Kiyoko is always searching around for someone special, because her pendant calls to her to find the person she needs to guard over. Biting her lip one day, she felt like she had to move on and search more. So, that is what she did. She continues to travel, doing her best to do what she can do. Though she does not know who she is supposed to look for, she follows her strong willed heart the best she can, trying to avoid losing her heart in battles against the Heartless.
Though, she was sent to Destiny Islands because of her mother--or her mentor--because her mother figured she needed more training. Her mother is the reason why she also has her pendant.

Character Personality: Chiharu seems to always have a smile placed on her face, though behind the smile she hides her true goals. Her goals often bring her to a variety of emotions and attitudes. Her orbs flash with a mixture of emotions, so she is extremely hard to read. She speaks with a gentle and yet wise tone to her voice, though her actions don't make her seem as gentle as her voice lets on. She seems to be a bit of a loner, though she just really desires allies.
Character's Appearance: Chiharu is almost 5' in general. Small built and a bit pale, beyond that she is described as 'natural-beauty' - meaning no make-up. Her hair is the length of her earlobes, a maroon color while her eyes are a chocolate brown.

She is often seen in a cloak covering her attire. It is fairly loose on her, since it was never hers to begin with. It is made out of a black silk-like clothe and it hangs down to her ankles. Though she keeps it closed, it is often opened a lot too...revealing her outfit underneath her body. Near the ankle on her left side is a plum blossom while on the right is a sakura blossom.

Her outfit underneath consists of a sleeveless black shirt covered with fish nets and loose fitting black jeans. On her right and left hip, two scrolls are carefully placed underneath her belt strap. She seems to wear sandals that strap around her ankles and over her toes.

Weapon Name: Sakura and Ume
Weapon Appearance:

Sakura's one of Chiharu's favorite puppets of all time(next to Ume of course). This puppet is in a short-riding kimono that is a blood red, and has white sakura blossoms on the right chest slowly making its way to the left side of the bottom of her kimono. On her waist is a belt that holds a pouch of sakura blossoms within it.
Her complexion is pale, and she seems like a real girl when Chiharu has her under command. Her lifeless puppet eyes are a pink while her hair is a bright red, flowing to the end of her puppet ears.
Already stated before: Sakura's pouch has sakura blossoms in it, which at Chiharu's command can be razor sharp to attack like kunais.

Another favorite puppet of Chiharu. Ume is dressed up in dark purple ninja attire, with multiple chains of belts wrapped along her puppet limbs and waist. All the belts have multiple kunai and shuriken on them, and oddly enough she has a pouch similar to Sakura's. Though it is on the left hip, while Sakura's is located on the right.
She seems to have a bit more of a tint to her 'skin' while Sakura's pale. Ume also appears to look real under Chiharu's commands. Her puppet orbs are dark blue while her silver hair is in a loose braid.
Her pouch has plum blossoms in it, and can be commanded to go into razor-blade type of deal to strike her oppenents..though this puppet uses kunais and shuriken itself more then it's razor sharp blossoms.

Chiharu always had this ability, inherited from a long-line of family members. Pretty much this ability speaks for itself, she can control puppets in general. Allowing her fingers to create 'strings' with her power, she can control her puppets from a pretty good distance - though she leaves herself wide open if both are a ways away from her.

Only in a rare time will she be able to take control of living people with her 'strings'. It is a rare style for her to fight as, since she prefers her puppets instead of her opponents/allies. She can only control them on two ways:
One: if her 'team-mate' at the time gives her the ok and hands their supposed 'will' over to her. This allows her to work with them instead of fighting them.
Two: if they are broken down at the heart. Meaning if they were weakened to the state of being unable to fight against her..abling her to control them.

Character History

Chiharu was born on the first day of spring. Premature, but she was already built to handle the world from the start. Her name was given, thanks to the blessing of having a healthy child on the first day of spring.
At a young age, she was already gifted in making puppets move with no trouble at all. Of course, she came from a long-line of puppet masters, who loved anything about puppets. In their world, their name was well known...thus, else where they may not have been known at all.

Other then the power over puppets, each member seemed to be attached to a certain season too. Chiharu's was clearly spring, her mother's was fall, and her father's was summer. So, different fighting styles came out of this. While her mother always worked with puppets that did defensive only, her father worked with offensive puppets. Thus, she learned to do both. Though being closer to her father, as normal girls were, she took more offensive moves then defensive.

At the age of fourteen, Chiharu finally sculpted her first puppet: Sakura. Proud of her creation, she desired for another..in which another year passed when she finally created Ume. Then she went to work on her next stage - learning to battle with her own creations(since she always worked with her parent's puppets).

After about three and a half years of training - she was able to create a balance of attacks from the both of them, and how to seal them away in scrolls she carries...luckily in time she learned. For that was when the Heartless came into her world, slowly sucking up the very place she loved. Desperate to keep her world, Chiharu went to fight...only to be casted out to Traverse Town along with others. She let herself stay in such a place for at least a year and a half. Within that year she trained more and, of course, became nineteen and a half years of age. Separated from her family for too long, she went out to find them. That is where her journey begins...

Character Personality: As when it comes to any age, a person would want respect. One of things Vexen would like to have, indeed. Though being a man of science he is found more often in any sort of lab, experimenting with anything he can get his hands onto. At times he can have moments that would make people call him 'insane' but clearly, they do not think like the scientist he is.
Character's Appearance:

Vexen

Typically seen wearing the Organization XIII's classic leather attire. He is formally seen as rather on the tall side, though not the tallest of the Organization, and has long, rather pale hair. He seems to look elder compared to most of the Organization members, he is pale and seems to be mainly skin and bone. He has jade eyes that would hold passion--fake passion--for anything that seems of science, though mainly they seem distant..possibly with wisdom?

Since his weapon is a shield, however, it is mainly used to prevent or block frontal attacks. It is rather large compared to him, four spikes in general on it. Two spikes on each side, while one is in the center.

Abilities:

Since it is Vexen's element, he would indeed have any control over ice attacks. Whether used for defensive or offensive in battle. Icicles will form from the ground, or it could be as simple as him making himself and the air around him chilly. Maybe a first warning to leave him be?

Pretty much stands for itself. Like every other Organization XIII member, with just a flick of a wrist they can summon out a black and purple swirling portal. Giving them the ability to choose where they desire to go next, having completely no fear in using it.

Org. XIII Special
Darkness. We all can control dark portals anyways, and our leader can wield darkness, so it stands to perfect logic that our cloaks are made out of the same stuff.

As such, they are immune to our respective elemental powers (normal materials would render Axel naked at some point in time...you don't want to see that) and to stains, rips, tears, the blood of our enemies, sweat, water balloons, wrinkles, ect. All the while not absorbing any damage dealt to us. It passes right on through so that we, instead of our clothing, take the blow.

When the hoods are up, our faces are concealed in darkness generated by the cloaks.

Since our cloaks don't give us any extra powers, besides perhaps the power to remain clothed, and its well known that when our hoods are up our faces are perfectly concealed, I don't see why this wouldn't count as a normal appearance description update. It just adds depth and some technical explanation to our characters.

Formally known as the ever so intelligent, Even. Of course, Even was one of the other six apprentices that conducted work about the heart. He, along with the others, were once under Ansem the Wise as he was convinced to being such experiments. However, when Ansem the Wise finally decided to cease the experiments. Even, and the other five, continued to do their own experiments...even if Ansem the Wise was no informed about it. Though, in order to understand this experiment completely, Even and the other apprentices went into the very Darkness they were studying. This, of course, did not end well at all...losing their hearts, thus becoming Nobodies. Well, what else to do if you still desired your heart? Simple, aim to get it back. Forming Organization XIII was the next step: here is where Even became Vexen and became number IV in the Organization.

Of course, some members were dispatched to Castle Oblivion. Marluxia, Larxene, Axel, Zexion, Lexueas and himself were the few members sent to Castle Oblivion. There, much to Vexen's disbelief, they were under the command of Number XI, Marluxia. Of course, being that Marluxia was a lower rank then the Chilly Academic himself, Vexen grew a 'hate' toward the man. So Vexen, along with Zexion and Lexueas, settled into the lower basements of the castle.

Upon knowing of Sora's appearance in Castle Oblivion, Vexen was informed by Zexion about Riku's sudden appearance in the lower floors. Knowing full well of what Marluxia may have instored...Vexen, Zexion, and Lexueas were going to plan on using Riku against them. Though not the real Riku, since Vexen then went on the floors to confront Riku. After a battle between the two Vexen left with a fierce smug look on his face, thanking Riku for giving him the data he needed.

Taking the data that he had collected from the real Riku, Vexen soon had made a Riku Replica. Though he had no care for the creation at all, allowing Naminé to create or mess with the Replica's memories. Eventually, Vexen allows the Replica to fight against Sora...though the Replica fails to defeat Sora. In which Marluxia threatens to tell Xemnas about the failure of the Replica, thus forcing Vexen to fight Sora himself.

Though Vexen decides to take Sora to Twilight Town, which unknowing to him, Marluxia had ordered Axel to assassinate the Chilly Academic. It was right about the time when Vexen was about to reveal the plan to the KeyBlade wielder when Axel struck him down. Thus, he disappeared into nothingness..or so the others thought. Drained of most of his powers from before, he remained most of his time anywhere hidden. His powers came back, but he's still at the extreme weak state.
