A person capable of incredible rage, Maileaa is filled with hatred, contempt and sadness. She does not perceive time like others and thus can be quite disoriented. She is hostile towards everyone and everything, very mean, very sarcastic, ironic and generally meam. Taking great delight in hurting others, Maileaa is only taking her anger out on others. Maileaa is a servant of time, given control over its flow while sacrificing her freedom every now and then to go on incredibly dangerous missions. Maileea also knows her destiny and the fact that whatever she does will bring her closer to that one fatal moment where history will hang in the balance. She is also sometimes forced to do something or stop doing something by ‘The Avatar of Time’.

An exceedingly sharp spear, Maileaa uses this weapon with skill. Gugnir's true capabilities are revealed, however, when Maileaa throws it and uses time to speed it up and thus allowing it to arrive at the target with great speed and force.

Maileaa is able to manipulate time. She can stop it, slow it, speed it up, limit its effect over a certain area and more. The possibilities are endless. When stopping time, however, Maileaa can only maintain that effect for a full three minutes since it puts a great strain on her.

Maileaa is trying to perfect a type of martial arts that incorporates her time-manipulating abilities. She focuses time into her hands and uses it to paralize her target by hitting joints and organs. The effect only lasts for a second or two, but it can give Maileaa an edge.

Temporal Eye
Attuned to the flow of time, Maileaa uses her power to see a split second into the future, giving the illusion of fast reflexes. She can only see a fraction of a second ahead, but it gives her an edge no matter how blunt it may seem.

Stopwatch: A golden pocket watch with nine hands, all of them continuously rotating wildly. This watch is used as an aid for Maileaa's time-manipulating abilities and allows her to control time with slightly more accuracy. The watch has two buttons on its circumference, one is above the number 2 and the other above the number ten. The buttons serve the function of 'Start' and 'Stop' respectively. The watch can start and stop time for an unlimited amount of time, but any use of the watch without dire need is usually punished by Time severely. Maileaa needs to use this watch to be able to see the entrance to her master's realm, since it acts as a compass when time has stopped, pointing her in the right direction.

Character History

Since birth, Maileaa’s life was a cycle of abuse and violence. Her mother and father were taken by the Heartless at the age of four as her time-manipulating powers were about to manifest themselves. As the darkness was about to take her, Maileaa accidentally stopped time around the heartless and ran away. Since then, Maileaa lived on the streets as a thief and was feared by the citizens of her home town because of her abilities. When Maileaa was almost eight years old, her world was taken by the darkness. Maileaa was rescued by a strange man before her world was plunged into oblivion who offered her a position as The Heir to Time. Thinking that it couldn’t be worse than what she had then, Maileaa accepted and the stranger began to train her in the ways of time and tell her the history of the universe and of her duties as an apprentice of time. At the age of fifteen, Maileaa was told to wander the worlds and further her skills. This is where her story truly begins as she tries to find a way to escape Time’s influence without losing her place as his heiress.

Jowinla can absorb the handbag into her body and bring any of those items into her hands by thinking of it.

Imbued with Hell’s essence, Jowinla is a Demon. She is stronger, faster and more durable than a human and has faster reflexes. She can also call up her ‘Infernal Voice’ which sounds cool but doesn’t really do anything except maybe freak out the opponent.

Scale Formation
Jowinla Palandrian can make scales grow out anywhere on her skin. The scales are strong enough to withstand a bullet at range, but any heavy attack such as an explosion at short distance or an extremely hard physical attack will shatter the scales. Their toughness, combined with Jowinla's natural durability, makes for a good suit of armor. If a scale shatters, Jowinla must wait for a bit before being able to reform it.

Infernal Rune

Calling on the essence of Hell residing within her, Jowinla creates a flaming rune in her palm. If she manages to strike an opponent with the rune, it will be transfered onto the opponent’s body. If the opponent moves, the rune will emit a pain similar to a red-hot iron being pressed against the place where the rune was imprinted. If the opponent moves more than five feet away from the location where the rune was first transferred onto him, it will explode. More runes can be created on the opponent, making the move potentially very deadly. When the move is first used, a red Dharmacakra will appear beneath the opponent, marking the center of the area.

Character History

As a child, Jowinla was captured by inter-world bandits and repeatedly sold and bought for various reasons. She went through slavery, experimental research and more until finally ending with a small group of elite bounty hunters. They trained her for most of her life until they were captured by an army that was fighting the heartless. The group of bounty hunters was executed, but Jowinla was drafted into their ranks and received further training, this time as an assassin.

Jowinla stayed with the army until a living super weapon was placed on the field by the enemies which was, ironically, created from the research on Jowinla. The army quickly sought to counter the weapon with one of their own and Jowinla was the first and only person to volunteer. Jowinla was injected with a serum that was supposed to make her superhuman, but instead the mixture awakened something else inside her. Jowinla was tied down and dropped onto the battlefield where she went berserk, killing everything she saw, including the new super weapon. When the devil inside her was finally suppressed, Jowinla ran away and learned how to control her newfound power before doing what she had always done. She started selling her service as a mercenary, furthering her training before she was hired by a master of martial arts that needed someone to do a few chores. Jowinla liked the old man and stayed as a student until her master died from old age. By then, Jowinla had mastered Tai Shing Pek Kwar and was living by the rules her master had taught her.

Jowinla quickly added to her reputation as one of the best mercenaries in any world and was respected and feared by the low and high. If you’re rich and in need of a person to do your dirty work, Jowinla should be your first choice. If you don’t know how to reach her, ask the nearest pedestrian.

He is, undoubtedly, a genius, but also sociopathic to an astonishing degree. His mind has been compared at times to both a corkscrew and a shattered mirror (i.e. something brilliant, sharp, and dazzling, but also fundamentally and irrevocably broken). His main problem seems to be that he 'sees things differently from other people, in that he sees other people as things'.

Odin is a psychopathic killer, completely lacking in conscience or empathy. His impulse control is highly selective ("That was one thing about Odin, at least - he wouldn't shoot you in the back if he thought there was a reasonable chance, pretty soon, of cutting your throat.").Odin seems to have sadistic personality disorder: Odin is in two minds, but instead of them being in conflict, they are in competition. He has a demon on both shoulders, urging one another on.

Cheesewire hidden in the brim of his hat. Small, powerful launchers that shoot sharp needles mounted with an acid poison that causes the wound to burn intensely. Odin also carries several titanium flasks of various poisons.

Seer’s Eye

Odin once lost his eye when on a mission for the Assassin’s Guild in Ankh-Morpork. Instead of settling for an eye-patch or a prosthetic implant, Odin had the wizards of UU along with a team of doctors implant a seer’s crystal into his eye, allowing him to see everything at once. Magic seems to be oddly attracted to his eye, making him highly vulnerable to it, since a strong enough blast of magic or a highly magical environment can temporarily disable the crystal. Along with the eye come the ability to see particles of magic. This is highly useful since it can even penetrate invisibility spells and spot the natural magical radiation of humans. Heartless and Nobodies do not radiate any natural magic.

Magical Corruption

Obviously, seeing everything at once unbalanced Odin’s already corkscrewed mind, not to mention that he implanted highly erratic Discworld magic into his own eye-socket. This magic has seeped into his body, making hims stronger, giving him faster reflexes and allowing him to move so fast that he appears to be teleporting. The near-teleportation speed only works when nobody is looking at him, however. Odin is also more durable than normal humans, and also more intelligent.

When enough damage is inflicted to his body, Odin will start to experience fits of numbness and inability to move. When this happens, these fits are completely unpredictable and happen without warning.

Magical Buildup

Odin is capable of subconsciously using Discworld Magic due to the residue of magic in his body that was left behind when the stone was implanted into his eye-socket. The eye acts as a magnet for small quantities of background magical energies, allowing Odin to use all kinds of magic until it runs out, forcing him to wait for it to return, or simply fails.

Discworld magic is not like real magic. It has a strange existence and an almost life of its own. Many spells deal with destruction, but Odin does not use or is capable of using them. He focuses on things such as sound-dampening, walking through walls and other general things that tamper with reality including invisibility and a limited ability for healing small wounds.

Leeching Stance

Due to his limited source of magic, Odin is at a disadvantage to true magic users. Normally he would only have to hide from them and the matter would be resolved with a quick throw of a dagger, but sometimes that's not an option. This stance is Odin's solution to that.

Taking a firmly rooted stance, Odin places one hand over his left (normal) eye and places his right hand over his stomach. Then, by uttering the word 'Epotus', Odin magnifies and concentrates his eye's magical absorption abilities to the point where he can weaken someone's natural magical aura by absorbing a part of it or even absorb things that have been magically summoned but have no natural aura themselves. The stance is incredibly painful for Odin due to the eye reacting violently against the overload of magical particles, but the upside is that his own magical aura is strengthened considerably.

Destruction Stance:

Using the principle of Magical Repulsion instead of Attraction, Odin can use the magic around him and inside him in a different way than taking it in and channeling it through his eye. By focusing the magic inside his body and using it to affect the magical energies outside his own body, Odin can use his own magic coupled with the natural magical particles in the environment to create a new kind of pure energy that can be channeled into one large attack or several smaller ones.

To activate, Odin simply has to take a firm root and focus. There is no hand waving, no magical word, no fancy-smancy stance, just Odin and the magic.

[[Stance can be maintained for up to three posts if Odin elects to use smaller attacks. Stance is broken when Odin's concentration or root is broken. If he elects to use smaller attacks, such as a series of fireballs, he cannot chose to use a large attack as a finisher without re-doing the stance. 4 Post Cooldown.]]

Born in Ankh-Morpork, Odin grew up in the Shades, an area in the city that would require either a large government donation for improvement or, for consolation, a flamethrower. Odin had a normal childhood (normal by Ankh-Morpork standards, that is), and joined one of the many street gangs until he was old enough to join the Assassin’s Guild. The guild let him join because he had lost his parents at an early age. In hindsight, they should probably have looked a bit closer into that.

Odin grew up as a gentleman and graduated from the Cobra House of the Assassin’s Guild as an Assassin where he enjoyed several successful, but very bloody inhumations. Near the end of his career, Odin’s missions became more and more bloody, and in most of them he directly violated guild protocol by not only deleting the target, but their family, servants and pets as well. Odin’s last mission was actually set up by the Guildmaster himself as an attempt to kill him. Odin successfully dodged all of the traps except one, where he lost his eye. Taking this as a kind of polite request that he should consider early retirement, Odin used the money gathered from his long and successful career to purchase a Seer’s Crystal from the wizards of the Unseen University and hired a team of doctors and wizards to implant it into his empty eye-socket. The effect of this was that Odin could see absolutely everything, including the other worlds that Great A’Tuin so often passed by unknowingly.

Fueled by a sudden desire to visit these worlds, Odin broke into the High Energy Magical building and asked Hex, the University’s thinking machine, how he could do that. Hex told him to touch the ‘Wizard’s Balls’, a humorously named device stationed on the top of the HEM that discharges excess magic, and the magic in his body would be discharged along with himself and sent to the nearest world, which is what the device usually does. Odin did so and woke up in Twilight Town in time to see a shining star float slowly out into the horizon.

Now an experience world-traveler, this is where his story truly begins...
