Character Personality: Elia is very kind, and dislikes fighting, but she will if she has to. She is rather timid at times, and often keeps to herself. She is friendly though, and once she begins to talk, she finds it hard to stop talking. She is not a cry baby, but she is very sensitive.

Blood Sucker: Like most Vampires, Elia can suck the blood of humans, and animals. When she sucks blood, depending on the amount and type, she can gain a certain amount of health. Even if she sucks a large amount of blood, she can't gain no more than 50% of her health. Sometimes, she can get hurt by sucking a type of blood, or too much blood.

Transformation: Elia can transform into a bat.

Character History

Elia was born in a land that was ruled by vampires. Her family were the rulers of the land, and she was the heir to the throne. While she was in her family's castle, she learned the art of Light, and how to control it. Elia created a staff that focused on the element of light to acompany her wherever she went. Of course the family had many friends, but they also had enemies. The people that were under the law of the royal family disliked the fact that their rulers were vampires. So, the people attacked the castle, and attempted to kill the family. The people did get into the castle, however it took them seven days to raid the entire castle. Elia's mother, who had taken elia into the top most tower,Promised Elia that she would be safe. Elia's mother then teleported Elia to a safe haven, where no one would attack her. Elia was sent to Traverse Town, appearing in the second district. Elia knew she wouldn't see her mother again, so she decided that she would find her homeland, and once again establish her royal authority.

Alas, the rules state that you cannot have more than one ability within a technique. By Avenger's guidelines, having multiple elements inside of one ability defies this rule. Could you please edit?

The element of light has a lot of potential when used correctly. With the association of your character race and other reasons, I reckon you made a good choice with that element.
