Fou Lu is a generally cautious person who doesn't exactly trust someone who he has just met. Fond of little tests of trust, he values those who are loyal to one another and has a deep envy for those who can live life care-free. His training has taught him to be credilous to people who show power and respect them. He can be friendly at times but sometimes he is just down-right abrasive to speak too and sometimes awkward. Never touched a drop of drink in his life for that is the way of his people and reflects in how serious he is about everything. Takes a chivalrous approach to combat and will not fight an unarmed adversary. He has deep respect to his ancestors considering he has been outcasted from his clan for his rather diverse powers.

Weapon Appearance:
A double edged blade that is quite long considering its designed to be used with one hand only. The hilt guard is of a japanese design with a circular gold disc designed to stop blades sliding down to cut the hands off the user. The handle is coated in a black and dark green cloth which is criss crossed with one another to make a nice pattern on the blade. The bottom of the handle is made of gold with a little stub which is only for design. The sword can be summoned at will but usually isn't kept in Fou Lu's hand all the time during battle for it is encoated with a white light making the blade invisible but it is there. It can also be summoned in both hands having two exact copies of the blade and also in a dual ended sword style too.

Abilities:
Hydromancy; A special art given to him from the water dragon god Leviathan. It is the most widely used ability that is on offer to Fou Lu. He can manipulate water that is already there to do his bidding unless it is under the manipulation of someone else. He can also increase the density of water making it take the forms of things like walls and pathways. A part of this ability allows him to create water out of thin air after much training from Leviathan so even in places without water he can be a powerful adversary with this technique. Pressuring the water making it like blasts also come with this ability. Water attacks made on Fou Lu will heal him whilst Thunder attacks will do double the amount of damage.

Sanctuary; A healing ability which has added protection. It forms of four pillars of stone erupting in a square around Fou Lu and creates barriers around him and at the same time heals him to full health the first time. The second time it is used it heals 50% of his maximum health and then can no longer be used for the rest of the battle. These barriers stay active for a short amount of time slightly protecting him from magic attacks for a short time [ For 3 posts] but whilst the healing is taking place the barriers are impenetrable. Meditation; Completely giving himself up the influence of Leviathan, the Water Dragon God grants him more power and transforms his body into a half dragon half human hybrid in which his speed, strength and magic powers are enhanced greatly. However this can only last for a limited amount of time for after that Leviathan takes back his powers for fear of over-exerting himself. The only downside is that he can't use weapons but his skin becomes as strong as dragon scales which is like carbon-steel. This allows his fists to do alot of the talking with short range melee attacks. Magic is really the only thing that can effect him in this form. Having wings he is able to fly and can also increase speed temporarily to deliver attacks or dodge moves in which he becomes nothing more than a blur. [CDT 10 Posts, Lasts for 5 Posts Maximum]

Character History

Fou Lu was born and raised in the Land of Dragon in a clan called 'The Brood' who lived in the mountains. The Brood worshipped the dragon gods and looked after their shrines which were always in the mountain, the closest place to heaven. Every so often there is a unique trait which shows up in a Brood member who can speak to the dragons directly from the Shrine. These who can speak to the dragons have a change of eye color when they are talking to a dragon in which their eyes always go red. What was more to The Brood is that at the age of 18 the ones with the 'Dragons Eye' have to be sacrificed in order to strengthen their faith in the dragon worshipping.

Not one to be keen on being sacrificed, he prayed for the Water Dragon God Leviathan, who also did not believe in the sacrificing of humans. Fou Lu knew this for having the Dragons Eye he could have a full conversation with the God at his shrine were he was told to take care of it everyday. Not only that but at night the Brood were instructed in the art of Swordplay, to defend their village from the Imperials below but more importantly defend the shrines. In truth Leviathan had told Fou Lu that he did not like being a dragon and was infact a prisoner to listening to those clan members pray to him all the time. What he really longed for was to become human so he could walk the world as much as he wanted and also die for his terribly long life was, to be blunt, boring.

To be sacrificed, the one with the Dragon Eye is placed on a ladder in which they are tied to. Slowly they are put over a fire and burnt at the highest mountain top so the smell of their burnt flesh reaches the heavens. At one moment, Fou Lu passed out after trying to fight off the clan member, one being his own brother. In his short time of un-consciousness, Leviathan projected his being into Fou Lu so they became as one in which the young man could now use his powers. As he was being bent over the fire with the ladder, it began to hail incredibly as Fou Lu prayed to survive. Then the snow came in a blizzard and within a few moments the fire was put out. Water gushed around the place sending most of the clan members down the mountain.

With a large pressurized jet of water coming from the earth, the ladder snapped and Fou Lu landed on his back which broke free the binds around him as well as giving him quite purple bruises. Racing down the mountain he tried to escape the clan members but was caught again but this time things were different. As he was being hauled up to the top yet again, his body turned into a watery facade and sunk into the ground whilst the The Brood were stunned in disbelief. What happened next was something Fou Lu had never experienced before, the sense of displacement. Landing on a hard concrete floor, he realized he was in the center of the Imperial Square. So from there his journey began to find the Dragon Seal Orb, the only object in which Leviathan could become human with.

Because Fou Lu is infused with Leviathan, he has increased strength, speed and intelligence as well as endurance and stamina.

Sanctuary: The only problem with this is that our healing rules state that the maximum you can heal yourself is by 150%, so you won't be able to heal yourself over and over again. Would you be able to alter that ability to meet the requirements?
