He is generally kind, confident and willing to do anything for his friends, but his jokes are usually sarcastic and sometimes he unintentionally turns people away from him. He does get a little iffed when someone accuses him of wielding a fake Keyblade, but he manages to keep it down and walk away calmly... most of the time.
He has an unearthly addiction to fruits and cake.
[ appearance ]
Light, fawn-brown hair. Wears colours of the grey-blue shades. Slim build, fair skin. Has braids in his hair which are tied to strings which have lime-green beads on the end of them. Also wears some kind of necklace with the same beads. Bright green-blue eyes. See below for picture.

The string is permanently at its position, and the switch mentioned in the picture is still there. This time, though, when the switch it pressed, the string is released and the magnet turns on after a few seconds to draw the string back into its former position. The longer the switch it pressed initially, the more force the bolt will fly with. There is no manual drawing back of the string, though it can be done if needed.
Abilities: Whirlwind Slash - temporarily speeds up rate of weapon attacks and general movement [physical]
Serenity Vortex - creates a slow but effective, calming wave of sonic air vibrations for healing of allies [magic]
Wave Ride - gives the ability to transport and retreat to a safer place [magic]

[ the past ]
Living a normal life for the majority of his years so far, he lived in a harmonious family with only the regular fights and 'misunderstandings.' His intrigue towards sound-related things grew as he did, and he often tried to use the sound waves to his advantage, after much studying of how they worked. However, it was in vain. It was only through a jester, who was passing through the town and searching for extra munny, that Khaiden realised his dream. The jester, apparently, had picked up some magic tricks and abilities in his farspread travels, and was willing to teach the young boy what he knew... for a cost, of course. His family obliged, and Khaiden was so eager to begin that they started lessons almost immediately, and they ended several quick months later as the jester had to move on.
Khaiden never even found out his name, and has sought to fully thank the kind soul who had let him fulfill his highest wishes.
However, several years later, his heart was unsettled again, and he wished to travel abroad, finding that the world his lived in was too restricted, too formal, and he soon set out to discover new things. His little sister had given the beads to him when he turned 15, just before he left, and despite his protest, she had braided them into his hair, and threaded the rest through a long string which she told him to wear as a necklace. He complied, and eventually got used to them.
He was never a depressed or suicidal child. He still hasn't gotten very far in his journeys.
