Character's Appearance: Halock

Battle Information
--------------------------------------
Weapon Name: Xartus- A steel katana that is inscribed with Avestan script (an ancient writing system that died out in the 7th Century B.C.), Xartus is a powerful and lightweight weapon.
Weapon Appearance: See Appearance.
Abilities: Hallway of Light- A transportation method between worlds that utilizes light rather than Darkness. Halock conjures a glowing, door-shaped portal, and uses it to travel to any world he selects. Unlike the Corridors of Darkness, the Hallway of Light is not an unpredictable system of travel, and does not pose a danger to its user. Heartless cannot make use of this ability, since it bars out any beings closely tied to the Darkness. (Cannot be used more than once in the same thread (including to enter and exit it).)
Shadow Summoning- The Heartless serve those with the will to control them. Halock has the will to control them, so he is by default capable of controlling Shadows. Able to summon about 30 of them in an ideal condition, Halock is only able to control 15 Shadows in that same idea condition. However, even in dire situations, Halock can still summon at least one Shadow, and is capable of controlling 1 as well. (Summoning cooldown is the number of posts equal to # of Heartless summoned divided by 5, rounded up. Controlling has no cooldown.)
Dusk Summoning- Nobodies also serve those with the will to control them. Halock has the will to control them, so he is by default capable of controlling Dusks. Able to summon about 30 of them in an ideal condition, Halock is only able to control 15 Dusks in that same idea condition. However, even in dire situations, Halock can still summon at least one Dusk, and is capable of controlling 1 as well. (Summoning cooldown is the number of posts equal to # of Nobodies summoned divided by 5, rounded up. Controlling has no cooldown.)

Character History
--------------------------------------
Halock was never born like the rest of us, he just "appeared" one day. Having been formed with the likeness of a 17-year-old boy, Halock was given no memories, and only an enhanced will of survival. Created on a barren world dotted with mysterious crystals, he was forced to search the world for something other than himself. The mysterious crystals allowed Halock to go on for days without food, drink, or even sleep, while it also became evident that there were many other kinds of crystals in the world.
The crystals vanished upon physical contact with Halock, and provided him with energy and strength. Some crystals even brought Halock in contact with the power of Darkness, while others brought him in contact with power of Light. Slowly, Halock began to understand his world, and how things worked. However, Halock had much knowledge about the world with him the very day he began to exist.
Human, but very different from other people, Halock was seemingly in tune with his surroundings. As if searching for a certain object on the barren world, Halock allowed his instincts to drive him to find it. After many years of searching, Halock came across a large, stone tower in the middle of the barren world. Entering cautiously, Halock searched the building, his instinct telling him to search the place.
After much searching, Halock found at the uppermost room of the tower a sword, placed in a ceremonial position. It was as if the weapon was placed for someone to take it, and that was what Halock did. To Halock, how to use the weapon was natural, and it was only a matter of time before he would draw his attention to more important matters. However, after taking the weapon, the sky began to darken, and dark creatures fell upon the barren world.
These creatures found themselves attracted to the crystals with Darkness, and were also curious of the crystals that provided sustenance. After a while, the creatures turned their attention to the large tower, and began to besiege. Halock defended the building, aware that there was something of value to these creatures in the tower.
After much fighting, Halock discovered the creatures were after the a key-hole shaped dent in the wall somewhere he found while searching the tower. But, Halock would not allow the creatures to take it until he discovered why they wanted it. Sensing that the creatures were draped in Darkness, Halock decided to try and control them. With little effort, Halock began to manipulate a small number of the creatures, and realized that they were harder to control when in the presence of much Darkness.
However, the sheer number of the Heartless overpowered Halock, and the world was overtaken and destroyed. being transported to Traverse Town, Halock slowly discovered the basics of how the worlds worked, what the Heartless were (and their counterparts Nobodies), and realized the cosmic struggle between Light and Darkness. Quickly learning how to survive and coexist with fellow humans, Halock immediately found himself a small part in society.
However, that part would soon disappear, as he began to orchestrate a plan to eliminate the threats towards his existence. By learning how to manipulate the Light, Halock learned to travel from world to world without a Gummi Ship, and he also attained the ability to summon and control the Heartless and Nobodies.
To him, these abilities merely ensured temporary survival. To ensure total survival, Halock had to become much more than human. He had to realize his own reason for existing, and attaining the essence of true power.
