Character Personality:
What sticks out about him is his kindness. Some people might not even begin to fathom how someone could be this way. His being is about helping other people, and when he is unable to do so, he blames himself for not being strong enough. When it comes to enemies, he'll only fight if he is completely forced to. On occasions, he'll begin to cry during the fight. He never wanted anyone to think of him as cruel, even by the enemies standards. Loyal, trustworthy, and naive. This kid as a big heart, but a lot to learn.

Character's Appearance:
Anoka's hair is a very light blonde. The style is rather wild, the back part of his hair tame. At the front bangs are pointing out everywhere in front of his head. His eyes are a very light blue. He wears a black long sleeve shirt that is snug around his extremely small frame. A white Tank is loosely worn over that. Two giant belts are placed obliquely across Anoka's waist. As there is dark blue ice jeans snug around his small legs. Anoka is about 4,7 and 75lbs.

Weapon Appearance:
{Well.. If his ability is welcome..} His weapons are a standard style, nothing different at all. If a long sword would come. It'd be a regular long sword with not decoration or anything of the sort. plain weapons.

Abilities:

• Magical Orb(To create weapons) Like the beginning, he is able to create a magical orb. Anoka possess the abilities of magic, but he is not able to cast anything else but this orb. Virtually useless at this point, the real power lies once the orb is squeezed. Using Anoka's own magic with the orb he is able to create a exact looking replica of a weapon or armor. However big he wants it. This power is versatile. To Anoka, and to those that use magic.. They would be able to see a small thin of magical energy connected to the aura of the weapon. Meaning, he could make his weapons float. The weapons are weightless to Anoka since the thread is always connected to the weapon. This allows him to carry things that would normally be unnatural for his size. Unfortunately, once he does create a weapon and/or armor, he will become exhausted and have to wait before creating more.
  
  
• Magical power With the said threads that he was using before to make his weapons float, the same things run through his entire body. This is necessary to give him more strength then it would appear he had. It's not anything super powerful, but it does give him a fighting chance if he wasn't able to create a weapon.

Character History

Anoka was born small a fragile. This being so, the chance of him living was rather slim. His parents and two sisters were constantly worried about getting the call that he had finally passed. He stayed strong for a few weeks, but inevitably, he was to die that night. One of his sisters, Saya, used the magic she had been given to restore Anoka.

This seemed to work for a short while but Anoka eventually got sick again, and was not to survive this time. Celest, Anoka's other sister, was going to try this time. Being a greater magician, Celest was sure Anoka would be fine after the healing. Unfortunately, what the doctor said was true. It had no effect, and Anoka was getting worse by the second. Saya knew only one way. So without telling anyone, she put every bit of magical power she had, plus her own life force to save Anoka. Doing this, lead to Saya's death.

Once Anoka was old enough to figure out what his sister had done for him, he was angry. He wanted her to live, he was the one that should be dead. This gave him the encouragement to go out and help other people. The thing is, Anoka still grew up to be small and fragile, he wasn't fit for such a great task! The second thing Saya's sacrifice did for Anoka, was give him his magical abilities. Learning this, Celest helped Anoka harvest this energy, so he could control it to do the things it did today.

Feeling guilty that his sister died because of him, he ventured out to save others that needed it, so no more sacrificing was needing to be done.

I'm not sure about your first ability, seeing as it would potentially allow you to create multiple weapons when you're only allowed the one. I'll leave that for Avenger to decide. Your second ability is illegal. Mimicking anything of your opponent, whether it be weapons of abilities, isn't allowed.

After conferring with Avenger, the suggestion is that there is a cool-down between each weapon shift. I'd suggest he waits a good four turns after creating a weapon before he can then create another one instead.

Agreed.. I was going to do this but forgot! Sorry. Can I ask one thing? Is it alright if he is able to create one weapon and one armor at the same time. And after that he'd have to wait four posts before doing it again. You get what I'm saying? Like.. He could create a sword.. Then shield. Then he'd have to wait.. Then he'd be able to create like.. An Ax and Helmet.

I see no problem with that, given that some other people have also given their characters armour to wear. So yeah, sure, given that it follows the same regulations as the weapon creating. Feel free to edit that in.

No.. I can't really think of anything at the moment. I think Anoka is strong enough at this point
