Hey all. If you were on Final Mix before, I'm sure you remember that I posted my random writings from time to time on here...Hehe...yeah, I lied. You probably don't remember. Well, I'm going to be showing you some of the writings I've done recently, and hope that you like them.
This first one is a prologue for a book I've been writing. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to get a whole lot of work into it, but I figure I should take my time and enjoy it rather than rush it. Well...here it is.

Legends…
Very few people will even dare to believe in legend anymore…Legends of knights in shining armor, coming to defeat an evil witch…Legends of men defying the laws of physics to save their one true love…Legends of a species surviving the ages despite no sightings for vast periods of time. No one would believe such ridiculous tales…not until it happened.
Back in Arthurian times, there was a man who went by the name of Tramtris. His story is the usual tale of love and loss, fighting off powerful foes and earning honor as a prize. However, there was one slight difference in the story of Tramtris…and that was the dragon. While he was traveling through Ireland to seek a bride for his brother, he had to slay a dragon to win her heart. The battle was fierce, and both sides fought valiantly, but in the end, there had to be a victor…and that was Tramtris. As proof of his kill, he cut out the tongue of the dragon to show to the King of Ireland.
And with that kill came the end of a legend…
The story of the dragon is as old as time itself, though none know the true origin of the mythical beasts. Perhaps that is because none were ever near humans. Or perhaps it is because the dragons were among the humans the entire time…Ancient legends tell the tale of a single dragon who lived out his days among the humans. He had the ability to hid among the humans, biding his time until eventually, his race would return. However, one can only spend so much time among other species before missing his own. He had to return to his form…
And so he did, at the cost of his own life.
However, the rest of the legend tells of the price the dragon had to pay when he merged with the humans. A single representative from the human race would have control over the dragon’s actions, overseeing everything he even tried to do. This bond between dragon and man grew strong, and when it was broken…the human was heartbroken. He had to preserve the legend somehow…and he knew exactly how. Stealing back the tongue of the dragon, the man placed a magical seal upon the tongue, preventing the legacy of the dragon from dying out. In over a thousand year’s time, the next heir to the dragon legacy would come…and bring harmony to the world.
It is now the year 2873, and there is still no heir.
The race of humans continuously foresaw their own extinction in the year 2012, and they were almost right. Earth did become a barren wasteland forever stuck in a nuclear winter that year, but it was not the end of the human race. A small group of people managed to escape to a recently discovered planet which was dubbed ‘Terrona’. It is a small world with an earth-like atmosphere, and no visible hostile creatures. The group of humans took this as the opportunity they needed to make a colony.
The province of Avalon was formed, and humans began to live peacefully among themselves for a while. Technology is now nonexistent due to the lack of supplies, and magic has long since been lost. Everyone must now work for themselves, and thus has reverted to a modern-medieval time period. Everyone is happy working for what they need, and war has become a thing of the past…
But the future is here…
Due to an unusual weather pattern on Terrona, winds will never blow in from the north. Scientists never could explain this phenomenon, but they weren’t too obsessed with the answer. However, the north winds are coming, and with it, the return of the race of dragons. A new legend is rising from the ashes of the past, bringing the beginning of a war which will kill many of the Terronian humans.
The legend of Tristram is gone…here begins the legend of Xeranos…
The Last Warrior.
