Character Personality: Akira is a rather... eccentric person. He is one of the people that can't really stand still and has to be doing something at all times. He is somewhat loyal to any he considers allies or friends but is not so loyal that he is blind to the truth. He is usually very sharp and keen on details that can help him predict whether a friend is truly that or an enemy soon to be. He is also very intelligent, usually able to think of solutions for about any problem except maybe personal ones. He is typically rather quiet unless around good friends, but even then he will keep his mouth shut if he has nothing at mind to talk about. When around friends though he can be a big talker but not one who irritates people by talking constantly and never shutting the hell up. He usually keeps his dialog short and to the point unless it begs for a long speech. Speaking of speeches, he is a rather "deep" person and is very creative and talented when it comes to literature. While his creativity can pertain to battle as well, it is seen even more so in his writing than in his fighting. He is very level-headed and doesn't get angry often except when he fails at something. He is the type of person that hates to lose and will constantly keep on pushing until he achieve what he wants. It can be seen as stubbornness or determination, it is anyone's call to make. He is very sarcastic and witty, almost always adding a sarcastic comment no matter the situation to lighten up the mood. He is a pretty shy person when it comes to girls and people in general but can become comfortable amongst certain people. He is a hopeless romantic as well, feeling that sex should be the least important thing in a relationship... but sure as hell abundant though. Among all these, there is one final thing that Akira is predominately and that is a Masochist. He enjoys pain inflicted upon him to an extent as well as abuse in many ways... not bondage that's for sure though.
Character's Appearance: Starting from the head, Akira a nice short head of hair, a slightly bit spiky but short enough so that it can't be grabbed efficiently. If it is, any grip made will be extremely weak and broken rather easily and his hair is a dark brown, almost black color. From there we have the face, an above average face with no facial hair present oddly enough. His eyes are the common brown that most people in the world possess but have been turned dark orange with the use of contacts. As for his eye brows, they are at a normal level of thickness.
Working down we get to the chest, a well developed chest that stands out proudly. He has established "man boobies" as many call them but still keeps a pretty hard and firm chest. His arms that are nearby the chest are very well built as well, his biceps and triceps showing quite well even without flexing, a very chiseled and tone build on them, as well as for his forearms. His stomach is very well-conditioned, a four pack present through constant training but never changing into six pack for some unknown reason.
Regardless, working down from there we have the legs, and Akira is well packaged... he has some very nice thighs (and you thought I'd use that pun... not that it isn't true but...). They are pretty trimmed down, not having much fat but some fat since it is natural as a human to have some there, especially when you need some for a surgery or something. Carrying on, his calves soon follow, very lean and tone but showing plenty of built muscle as well. His feet are normal for the most part as well, just having the feature of a bigger 2nd toe as opposed to the normal 1st toe worth mentioning.

Weapon Name: N/A
Weapon Appearance: The weapon Akira currently carries is a Katana, built much like any normal katana. Yes it has a handle to hold onto, completely black with little carvings in it to make a type of intricate pattern. The blade is attached to it from there, completely black as well, as opposed to have a sliver sheen. Though regardless of whether it hadn't been spray painted black or not, the blade itself would not be sliver for it is made out of Corundum. The blade has been sharpened using a diamond, a diamond being the only thing that could sharpen it in the first place. Due to the toughness of Corundum, breaking the katana would require a tremendous amount of power to be pin pointed at a certain point since it is made out of the second hardest mineral known to man.
Abilities: Water Wall - By using this ability, the user will be able to shape a volume of water into a wall of any size of their choosing. The bigger the wall, the more water and energy is required to use it. While it can be used without a nearby source of water, it requires more energy to create water using the atmosphere. Regardless, this ability works as a defensive measure against fire based attacks predominately but can be used in other situations as well, like breaking a fall or stopping yourself if thrown back by the enemy at a high velocity.
Magnetism - This ability when used, can make any metallic object the user feels magnetic and stick to other metallic objects. The range of the ability is a short 10 yards but can make a large difference if utilized correctly and can be used to do many things usually undo able by normal man (Ex: Walk on certain walls, attract a sword back to the user by using a metal object as a medium, etc). The power of the magnetism is determined by the size of the medium and while only stretching out to 10 yards, anything within that ten yards will either make a weapon harder to hold, or even yank it out of the opponent or user's hand. The medium can have it's magnetism deactivated at any time when the user snaps his fingers together.
Lightning Blast - For this ability, the user will extend one hand out, typically using his other hand to hold it by the wrist to lessen the recoil. Regardless, the user will then gather electrical energy into his palm, condensing it at first to make room for a great amount of energy. After concentrated (takes about five seconds or a post), the user will shoot it out toward the target in a type of cone that will shock anything within that radius severely with more than 20,000 volts of electricity. The radius of that cone stretches out to about 3 yards from side to side, and goes forward about 8 yards. The farther one is from the cone will reduce the damage or completely nullify it if the opponent is out of the radius of the attack obviously. The user is able to move while gathering the energy but if hit will immediately lose focus and have to attempt the ability again and waste any energy gathered. 3 post cool down after using it unless interrupted, then only one post cool down.

A very important coming of age event for Akira would happened around the age of 9, being given the choice of darkness or light. Though even at that age, Akira was a very sharp boy and could see both offered certain advantages and disadvantages making them hard choices between each other. So rather than debate which one to pick, he simply picked the middle path, the path of twilight and taking the powers of both sides. It was from that moment he had been somehow dragged into Radiation Garden, meeting another boy along with himself that went by the name of Scion. It was over time a friendship of sorts would develop between these two as they did what it took to survive in the harsh and very unforgiving area they ended up in. And while Scion had grown to hate the people around him, Akira was rather indifferent. As he had done with his choice of light between darkness, his feelings toward things were more on the neutral side, always seeing the good and bad. Eventually the two would be trained by a great man that resided in Radiation Garden, his name always remaining a mystery to the two. Regardless, the two were both trained by the man, both learning different skills from the man to make sure both of them had their own unique styles to battle with. And after a long period of time, the two would leave their sensei, teacher, or whatever you would like to call him to pave their own legends into the history books, Akira deciding to help Scion with what he wanted to do... granted he helped Akira with the legend he wanted to create for himself in due time. What that legend was... is unknown to anyone but Scion and Akira.

The katana Akira uses has a small piece of metal attached to the butt of it to allow certain opportunities in battle as well as the bottom of his shoes, the metal being titanium. Other parts of his body that have metal on them would include the knuckles of the black gloves he wears as well as his forearms which are plated by a very thin layer of steel that hide underneath whatever he is wearing (that is if the clothing covers his forearms.
Oh and I was referred by Scion to come over here and stuff so you guys know so that's why I added him in my history which he allowed.
