Name: Shane Leviet Hart
Alias: Shay
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Alignment: Neutral
Origin: Twilight Town

Appearance:
To sum everything up for Shane, her black wardrobe just does not match her blond hair all that well - and a lot of people will tell her that - Her skin is what she would call fair, it’s not too pale but then again it’s not too dark. To explain that, she’s not at all tan but she’s not as pale as a sheet. For everyone else though they could easily call her pale - But for Shane she’s just not - Now aside from her skin, Shane has again short blond hair that reaches to just past her shoulders a little bit. Her hair frames both sides of her face and gives it the appearance as though she had done something to it when in fact she has not really done much in the way of making it any better. It’s just naturally how it goes.
Besides that though, Shane has a pair of soft gray eyes so they’re not at all piercing, but if she gets angry enough they can turn a dark color and make them look a piercing gray. Most of the time though they tend to stay that soft gray, giving her the still friendly girl act which she can be most of the time. On each of her ears, she has a regular piercing with matching cross shaped earrings to match the necklace her mother gave her as a child.
As far as an outfit, Shane wears completely all black no matter the occasion. The first thing though is her tight black jeans with a studded belt to match, and underneath these jeans are her three inch heeled boots that give her obviously three inches to her height, at least making her appear taller then what she really is. Besides this though, Shane wears a black spaghetti strapped shirt that at the top seems to show off her curves a little bit, and then flows down and out at the bottom to make it appear as though she were really in a very short dress. To match this, around her neck Shane wears a studded black dog collar type thing with the collar being black and the studs obviously a silver color. But with this is her silver cross necklace her mother gave her when she was younger.
Another outfit Shane does wear on a normal basis is a pair of black and white striped pants with her three inch heeled boots to match. She wears with this just a simple black T-shirt and a black coat to match. And still she has her jewelry to go with this outfit. But this is one outfit she doesn’t wear as often as the first one, but it is still something she will wear on occasions.
Personality: There are so many ways that one could look at Shane and describe her personality. However, to fully understand the way she really is today, one would have to look back far enough to earlier ages when she was a young girl - perhaps even a bit into her teens - only then would someone fully be able to understand why she acts the way she does.
At such a young age, Shane had a rather pure heart. She was even willing to believe she could do no wrong - almost as though were some angel from heaven - or at least that’s how she liked to look at herself. And it was really her parents her drilled that into her head at that age. Being so young at the time, Shane was raised into a very decent family. She was always taught to respect people, even if they might show the kind of respect you wished to receive back from them. And because Shane had been the type to not want to disappoint her parents, she was willing to abide by that rule and any other she had to.
Now just because she was a rather angelic child at that age, that didn’t meant a lot to everyone else. Despite her rather friendly personality and willingness to make new friends, Shane wasn’t what you could call a popular kid. Having grown up in Twilight Town, there weren’t too many kids her age around, and the few kids she did find…well most of them would make fun of her for her angelic sense of a personality. The majority of the kids she actually found thought she would be a snitch and tell on them if they did anything wrong. And of course haven been raised in such a manner, that was exactly what Shane would have done if she had gotten the chance. So that was at least one thing she could not argue about because she knew it was true, and she knew she couldn’t lie about that.
There were a few friends that she did end up making - the few that knew who she was and knew they could break her of such habits - and it did work. They did manage to force her a little away from being a perfect angel by getting her into a bit of trouble. But it wasn’t enough that she could complain about, in fact Shane rather enjoyed it, and her parents didn’t seem to angry with her. In fact they were at least glad she had managed to make some friends. And the type of trouble they wanted didn’t seem like breaking any laws or rules that her parents had set before her, so it was something Shane was glad about and something she couldn’t find reason to argue again.
However, despite how much her new friends wished to change her…Or at least correct the wrongs her parents had made on her, Shane just wouldn’t concede. No matter how much trouble they would get in, or what they did, there was just no way to get Shane into a lot of trouble or get her to break away from being a goody-two-shoes. And that was something her friends would have to live with for a time, because they did know they had managed to break her somewhat…Though it just wasn’t enough that it was noticeable to everyone else. But to them it didn’t completely matter.
And as far as Shane was willing to admit, the only mistake her parents had made with her was after they discovered her newfound powers. You see, up to a point Shane was what everyone else called human because she had no special traits. At least not until she got a bit mad at her parents one night and threw a fit about not being able to do something. Having discovered her newfound powers that night, her parents thought it would be better to send her off somewhere to ‘fix their mistakes’ and so they sent her off to the world of Licid to live with her very distant sister who had inherited the same traits Shane was showing - just at an earlier age - and it was her sister who was supposed to help her.
And that was perhaps the first mistake her parents had made with Shane that had shaped her from an angelic girl to what she is now.
And it wasn’t being sent away that set things off, but it was for lack of better words, what she saw. Which more of that will be revealed in her history.
Now after the events had played out for Shane, it seemed almost as though she had lost everything. She’d given up after losing everyone near and dear to her and claimed that it had been her fault - though the majority of it was far from her fault - but there was still a bit of her left that was willing to believe everything that happened that night had been her fault. But it wasn’t that which set her off the most. Knowing she had lost everyone she knew because of one mistake, now that what’s what made it worse. And for lack of better description, it felt as though a candle had been blown out and she was left to face the darkness.
And now, being this far into her own darkness, having given up on practically everything else and shutting everyone else out…Now that was perhaps one of the worst mistakes that Shane could have made because it didn’t make her any better of a person. In fact it only help fuel the anger she felt toward everyone (which did include herself). It just helped her find another reason to loathe everything and everyone else around her, and so for a time Shane was locked away trying isolate herself from everyone.
Though the longer she spent in her own isolation, the harder it became to control the anger she felt smoldering deep under skin. It became almost a game for her, trying to fight off the anger on a day-to-day basis. But in the long run she wasn’t as successful as she had hoped she would be.
For a time after her own isolation and self loathing, Shane found her once natural angelic personality had dissipated into nothingness until all that she was left with was her own anger and hatred. For a time that’s all Shane ever was. She hated everyone around her and found no reason for such hatred at all. She had no real excuse as to why she felt the need to hate those around her, and yet she couldn’t stop hating them. There was just no way to really explain exactly how she had felt.
It wasn’t until many months -perhaps even a year - had gone by before Shane’s anger slowly started floating away into the darkness. No longer now could she feel hatred toward anyone at all. She felt no real reason to be so upset with the world around her, and it was with this newfound attitude that Shane found herself at least feeling better. Though, no longer now could she simply meet a new person and expect to be friends with them automatically like she would have done as a kid. No, now that was something that took time. Time that Shane didn’t really know if she had or not. But it was something that she needed to deal with on her own time. At least she was putting forth the effort and trying. She was at least getting closer to her old self, though that was something she knew she would never reach.

History: Having grown up in what Shane liked to think of as a rather respectable home in Twilight Town, Shane for the most part grew up as an only child with two loving parents who taught her right from wrong. Her older sister by six years wasn’t what the family liked to call normal, and thus she was sent off to live with another family member to allow Shane her on freedom to grow up as a normal kid. Though normal hardly defined Shane, in fact she went above and beyond the normal her parents were trying to accomplish with her. And because of this very known fact, it was also widely known that Shane had very few friends her own age. And why was that? Simply put, none of the kids around Twilight Town wanted to be around Shane for the soul reason that she was too much of a good girl that they were all afraid she would find some reason to tell on them for no real given reason. And none of the kids wanted that at all.
But that didn’t necessarily mean that Shane had no friends at all. In fact, lucky for out little angelic girl, Shane managed to find her own select group of friends to play with. Thankfully, this new group was willing to accept a perfect little angel like Shane into their small group, however that didn’t completely mean they had to deal with Shane and her ability to be Miss Perfect. In fact, any chance they got they would do what they could to get Shane more so away from being so perfect to being sort of a demon every now and then. And for Shane this proved rather difficult because she wasn’t at all use to it. For her, it was rather hard to break away from being a good girl, or so she had thought. For a while, Shane complied with her friends, just so she could fit in with their group which did work. Though she never really did fit in with them as much as she had hoped she would. She couldn’t really bring herself to get into a great deal of trouble, and it was with this fact on her mind that Shane was forced to stray away from that path as best she could.
And for Shane, who was so use to not getting into trouble anyways, that was a rather easy task to accomplish. But what wasn’t easy was what faced her later on in her own childhood.
But still as a younger child, Shane had grown accustomed to listened to what the other kids thought of her. Often she found herself ‘overhearing’ conversations in which kids would complain to no end about her, and it was for the only reason that they knew as long as she was around they were by no means safe. At the smallest thing, they knew Shane would go run off to tell someone about what they had done, and as long as she continued to do this they wouldn’t get away with what they would have deemed to be appropriate. And for years their torments would continue to haunt Shane to no end. It use to be kids were picked on because of who they were, or where they came from, or what they looked like. Now all kids her own age and perhaps a few years older were picking on her because of what she did - despite the fact that she wasn’t by any means trying to hurt anyone -
For years, Shane endured their form of torture, growing used to their jeers, and for years she would remain quiet about it because she knew in the long run they would thank her, and her parents would be proud of her. For years she did her best to ignore it and hope they would eventually get tired of poking fun at her and move on to something bigger and better. But as the years went on, it only got worse. And it wasn’t to the point that it had caused her physical harm, but it did get to the point that it started causing her mental harm. And having managed taking it that long, Shane thought she did rather good. However her approach to fixing the problem was anything but good.
It wasn’t until one night during the summer of her being ten years old before Shane finally confessed to her parents. Though her own confession didn’t turn out to be exactly what she was hoping for. In fact, as Shane explained as calmly as possible - though being in hysterics all the same - about what was wrong, all her parents could do was tell her to ignore it. And still trying to stay calm, Shane did her best to explain that she had been ignoring it, but it just didn’t help. Again her parents offered little in the way of help except to say they would stop eventually. At this point Shane’s patience had withered away to nothing. She managed to stay calm for a while and explain to them what was wrong, only to be told they would stop eventually. That was something she couldn’t wait for.
An anger she had never felt before toward her own parents - the ones that gave birth and raised her to be their very own - And the anger only grew with every word they tried to say to her. There words had helped her thus far, but it wasn’t helping her deal with the fact that she was being tormented by her own friends for how she was brought up. Her anger went as far as being able to make the lights in the house flicker one and off for a few minutes while the walls shook with her own rage. And to this point, this had been the very first time that Shane had exhibited any sort of special power.
And just for that one mistake her parents sent her off to live in the world of Licid with a sister she hadn’t been able to grow up with. Her parents claimed this was their mistake and that she had nothing to do with any of this. They also went on to explain her older sister Rain would be able to help her more then they could in the way of harnessing her skills. Luckily for Shane, her sister had agreed - not that she had much of a choice in the matter to begin with -
Now for four years, Shane grew up in the wonderful care of her older sister who had willingly managed to help Shane harness her powers so she could control them without having any sudden outbursts. Despite everything Shane wanted to believe, those four years living on Licid were perhaps better then when she was growing up with her own parents back in Twilight Town. No longer at least was she tormented every day by her supposed friends and classmates. She had managed to live a rather good life with her sister, who did allow her as much freedom as she wanted so long as she stayed out of trouble with the officials around Licid. Shane had obviously complied to this one rule and manage to stay out of almost any trouble.
It wasn’t until a Halloween night that things took a turn for the worst. The four glorious years Shane had spent on Licid would soon be tumbling down around her. The night of Halloween, as the clock struck twelve attacks were being reported across the entire world - granted Licid was pretty big in size - As the attacks got nearer to their houses, the town of Licid went wild with panic. Screams could be heard far and wide from anyone. The creatures that were steadily coming closer to the village were creatures none of the villagers had seen. Or at least none of them but one person had seen. A rather wise old man had shouted out the one word that would stay with Shane forever. Heartless. They were what he had called Heartless.
Now being one of the few that could defend the village, Shane stood alongside her sister and a few others and they did their best to fight off the attacks as much as possible. Though the Heartless were growing in numbers and they knew if they didn’t get out soon, they would be consumed by the Heartless. And it was with this thought that Rain had ordered Shane off. She would have to go find the others and get out of the village if possible. Having no other choice, Shane complied to this wish and ran off ahead, her sister following close behind. Though as she turned back to find her sister, Rain was not there. And it wasn’t until much later that Shane found she was overtaken by the Heartless.
Shane continued to nearby portals that luckily returned her to Twilight Town. There she would be able to track down her parents and hope they could help her. Though by the time she reached her house, there was very little left. As she ran from room to room, she could find no trace of her parents. She reached the back room of the house, and lone and behold those she had been looking for. Her parents lay dead - a pool of blood forming around them - in the middle of the floor.
But what made no sense to Shane the most was that her luck couldn’t be that bad. Having lost her sister earlier that night, she could not have lost her parents as well. And of course there was only one person who could give her the answers that she wanted, and that had been the same man who had offered at least the name of the creatures that night. Most that were lucky enough to have escaped Licid had found solitude in Twilight Town. Now tracking down this man, Shane demanded to know what happened. The only thing he would say was that a group of Assassins had sent some Heartless ahead to Licid while the Assassins stayed behind to kill some of the people within Twilight Town. The majority got away. Her parents were one of the three families that were unlucky and were unable to escape.

She had no real excuse as to why she felt the need to hate those around her, and yet she couldn’t stop hating them. There was just no way to really explain exactly how she had felt.
And because of her new attitude change, and her own hatred for the world around her, there was one little thing Shane didn’t foresee happening. Turning into a Heartless for a time while her Nobody was somewhere else being created. The only thing that could turly bring her back, back to a point that she could think clearly was her sisters wise words once.
"You cannot truly exist without light. Without light, all you are is a hollow, empty shell."
And for the most part that held true, because Shane had witnessed that first hand, and her turning into a Heartless proved that was true. She needed an escape, but to get that, she needed to accept the fact that there were better ways to go about some of the things she did. Perhaps just those memories, and those words from her sister had been enough to counter the effect, leaving her human again. Whatever the true reason behind it, one thing was for sure, she pitied the Heartless if that's how they lived.
It wasn’t but many months later - and having left Twilight Town far behind to travel on her own in hopes of escaping the memories - before Shane met up with her Nobody who claimed to have been of the name Ari. Now, for some unknown reason to Shane, Ari had been bent on killing Shane, and that was the only thing she wanted to do above all else. She wanted to get rid of Shane at all cost. And that was something that Shane had spent so long and hard on simply avoiding that it became almost impossible to avoid as Ari managed to always track her down.
And it wasn’t that Shane had wanted to hurt Ari, as she was still apart of Shane. But if it really got down to it, that was just one thing Shane would have to live with…

Appearance:
Physical Features: Shane reaches to be about 5’6” on average, though in her boots she at least 5’9” which does at least give her three inches in height. She is fairly on the skinny side being only 115 lbs with a few curves to show off.
Facial Features: Shane has short blond hair that will trail past her shoulders a little ways. Her hair frames both sides of her face, though this is something that was naturally there, so she didn’t do this intentionally. Her eyes are an almond shape with a light gray color.
Clothing: Shane wears what quite a few people would claim was all black which obviously doesn’t do much to match her blond hair. Naturally though she seems to make most of her outfits work in her advantage. For Shane, she has one main outfit she favors above all of her others and that would be her spaghetti strapped black shirt that at the top shows off her curves - though nothing she could complain about - and then flows down and out around her waist to give her the impression that she was really wearing just a really short dress. Under this though she has on her tight black jeans that again show off a few of her curves, though this time not as much. Under these jeans though are Shane’s three inch heel black boots. And around her neck, Shane has on a somewhat studded dog collar type deal (obviously black with the studs being silver) but to go with this she has a silver chained necklace with a cross at the end. The necklace had been something her mother gave her when she was younger, and thus it’s something that means so much to her that she’s almost afraid to lose it.
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Her earlobes are pierced and she has silver cross shaped earrings that she wears a lot.

Resolve: Shane left Twilight Town to escape any and all of the memories that it carried with it, she had hoped to at least try to start a new…She wanted to continue traveling and find a new world which she could call her home, just so she could leave behind all of her other memories.
Pursuit: The main reason Shane pushes any further is for the reason that she wants some kind of sanctity. She needs her own home, a place void of her past. But, another reason she does continue pushing onward is for the fact that her Nobody is bent on killing her, for whatever reason. Beyond finding peace, Shane wants to stop her Nobody, and to that would have meant destroying her Nobody, just to save herself. Either way, she’s not going to willingly stand back and let her Nobody harm her without fighting back.
Fears: Shane fears a great number of things, though she may not show this in public. She does have her own weaknesses and her own fears.
One major fear for Shane would have to be dying, though this was something that for a while Shane could have said she wasn’t afraid of. She could easily claim she’s not afraid of dying because she does know that eventually it will happen and that there’s no way around that point. But when it gets right down to things, and having seen a great deal already in her past, Shane’s dearly afraid of dying, she doesn’t want to die like her parents, or her sister, and she’s afraid of dying for any other reason. But this is something that Shane will soon come to terms with is that you can’t be afraid to look Death in the eyes.
One other major thing Shane fears is losing someone close. She’s already lost her parents and her sister, so the last thing she wants or needs is to have to go through that much pain again. She tries to keep herself distant from other people, just so she doesn’t have to go through the pain of losing someone close to herself again. She wouldn’t be able to stand losing another friend, that would just break her.
Hopes: It might sound odd saying it, but as much as Shane despises her own Nobody, she wants their never ending battle to end. She doesn’t want to have to kill her own Nobody, but it’s something she will do if need be. But if it can be avoided, she would do so. Above that though, Shane just wants a place of peace. Having gone through so much already, she wouldn’t mind a place to just relax, perhaps make a few friends along the way. Just a place away from the fights.
Hobbies: Shane is by no means what one person could call active in anyway…She doesn’t like doing a great number of things like making objects, or being around others. Though, she has found a few things she enjoys like nothing else, such as stargazing. She likes learning about the different constellations, as just like everything else in life, they have their own little history to tell. Each constellation has it’s own story, or myth behind it and why it was given it’s name. She likes learning about the history behind some of the constellations as she feels she can relate closely to each of them in turn.
Public Personality/Private Personality:
Public Personality: Shane is by no means what one person would call social…She just doesn‘t like large groups of people, and that becomes very obvious the more any one person spends with her, as she is a bit more so withdrawn from them as usual. In a large crowd, or even just meeting someone for the first time, Shane speaks very little. Actions speak louder then words, it‘s always been something she‘s lived by and perhaps will continue to live by long after she is dead. She does her best to abide by that motto. All the same, there are instances where she will be forced to say something, perhaps more then what she is use to. If that happens to be the case, then Shane will speak, as much or as little as possible.
Still, another part of her is the side that has a tendency to remain distant from others. She doesn‘t like becoming close to another person, as she‘s always afraid she‘s going to get hurt because of it. Shane does her best in these situations to not get attached to people, though this does not always seem to work in her favor as every once in a while she does find herself attached to another person. If it‘s avoidable she avoids it. If not then she‘s screwed.
Private Personality: When she‘s in a group of her very close friends, Shane does open up a bit more so. If she deems a person her friend and has grown to trust them (though this is something that takes time) she will talk a bit more. Her motto is usually left forgotten, as this is the time that she does get to know another person and becomes relatively close to them. All the same, she does avoid any sort of sob story, or anything that would make her regret telling them. She doesn‘t like bringing up her past, so she avoids it whenever possible. If it‘s not possible to avoid the subject, then she‘ll say very little about her past, but enough that it will keep the person from asking any more about it.
If she‘s away from everyone though, including her close friends, Shane obviously doesn‘t do much, she can‘t really talk to herself as that would just look odd. All the same, she ahs a tendency to by herself make herself more of a perfectionist by trying to get everything as perfect as possible. This being far different then when she‘s with friends as when she‘s with friends she doesn’t care as much. But by herself, it‘s something that keeps her busy and keeps her from thinking about her past or mauling over other thoughts. It‘s out of habit for herself and not something she does intentionally.

Class: Warrior
Weapons:
Weapon Name: The Great Sword
Weapon Description: Shane owns one main weapon called The Great Sword which is one of the most powerful swords that can be used as a melee weapon. It's a long two-handed sword with a slightly wider blade. Although it's a bit slow it's stronger and far more durable. This particular sword has a black hilt with a metal blade as usual.
Unique Notes: When Shane received the sword, the hilt of it was engraved so that a dragon was curling around the hilt of the sword. It‘s probably not such a big deal to a great number of people, but it‘s something that Shane likes and seems to hold some secret meaning behind it.
Abilities:
Base Ability: Psychic
Sub Abilities:
Telepathy- This is one of those that she will not be able to use in a fight unless she is lucky enough to be in a team fight with someone else as her partner. And the only reason for saying that is the simple fact that this is her mind-to-mind communication she can use if she wishes to speak with another person. And so far as she knows, there are very few like her that can do the same thing - which means that if someone is unable to use the ability they can still hear her voice in their head but they cannot say anything back to her - Though it can seem to be quite useless, it has actually come in quite handy for Shane if she needed to use it to speak to someone while in the presence of another person, otherwise she doesn’t use it as often. (Any post duration, 1 post cool down)
Clairaudience- This is not one of her most effective abilities as she cannot really use it too her advantage too much in any battle because it does not cause harm to another person. This is just something that gives her enhanced hearing, meaning she could hear the most inaudible sounds within a certain distance. The sound must be from fifty miles or less away from her before she could use this ability. The only way it helps is if someone is trying to sneak up on her, she would catch them before they actually succeeded in sneaking up and trying to attack her. Otherwise, it does nothing in any way that would help her win a fight except know when the other person is coming toward her. (Any post duration, 1 post cool down)
Astral Projection- This really comes in handy for Shane though it has no real effect on anyone else. This simply gives her the ability to leave her own body and enter the living world as a spirit. Now once in this state, Shane can have no real physical contact with another human being, but she is still able to use all of her other powers. Now in this state, she cannot be hit with physical attacks, however all non-physical attacks such as magic would work and could still damage her. At least in this state she is free to roam the world freely without her own body. However, if any real harm were to come of her body she would not be able to enter back into her own body. And being that she cannot control or enter another person, she would just be a wandering soul. That’s at least one of the reasons she doesn’t use this very much is that it’s rather dangerous to her own body and she doesn’t want to take the chances. But it is at least one of her most effective abilities as it seems to give her more freedom. (1 post duration, 5 post cool down)
