I was reading the newspaper, and apparently this isn't new news, but it doesn't really seem like very many people have noticed this.

So.

This kid died pretending to be Gaara.

Basically, he told his friends to bury him in sand in the sandbox, so that he could pull off some super cool Gaara moves.

...Little did they know that burying someone alive can lead to lack of breathing.

I know that it might be mean of me to joke about this, but seriously...

Well, I think it was in Malaysia where many Pokemon-obsessed children were watching an episode where they all got seizures because of 'red and blue' flashes. It was in the news quite some time ago. They immediately banned it. Also, they banned it in some other countries like in the Middle East because apparently there were swear words in dubbed episodes or something >.> [not so sure about the latter, but the Malaysia thing, I'm certain of].

I used to be a Pokemon-lover when I was really young and it destroyed me when I found out that it wasn't worth all my time and energy to have it revolve around my life. It was such a waste of life, so I immediately stopped >>

Intriguing, a page by the "legendary" group known as Anonymous where they don't prove themselves to be the absolute assholes that they really are.

Despite that opinion, I do agree with them on the topic of the media blaming everything on Naruto. It sickens me how they cannot grasp the fact that the death of Codey Porter was caused by his own inability to separate fact from fiction in his mind. It's not the anime/manga that's to blame at all. I don't recall running around throwing baseballs at random animals in order to "catch" them when I was in fifth grade (or what was the equivalent) and discovered Pokemon.

me and my friend were discussing the topic the other and we started thinking that what kinds of effects would different manga/anime have on tards comparable to the one who died in the sandbox.
Lets take Devil may cry for example, the person might go running around town, swinging with a two-handed sword and shooting everyone who he/she thinks is a demon with twin pistol.
We also thought of other anime but i´m too lazy to write about it
