Hair Style: Very long,straight, and tied back in a ponytail
Hair Color: Mostly gray with black highlights.

Facial Features:
Eyes: Xigbar's eye is quite...abnormal to say the least. It is an almost sickening shade of yellow that reeks of malicious intent. The pupil is small and black and works with the yellow to produce a devilish glance. The other eye is destroyed beyond recognition due to an unknown part of Xigbar's shady past. Their shape is a very sharp slender oval, which curves a bit at the lower end. Xig's eyebrows are are also sharp and curve straight upward at the top. They are quite small and do not form any sign of a unibrow.
The Other Stuff: Perhaps the most notable feature aside from the eye and eyepatch is Xigbar's large scar on the left side of his face. It runs from the bottom of the chin and goes straight upwards nearly reaching his good eye. The scar zigzags a tad near the top half and then straightens out as it arcs upward. Aside from that there are Xigbar's rather odd ears. They're large and long, but have a very strange pointy tip to them. His age also plays a part, which gives him a sort of tough almost rugged facial appearance

Clothing: The clothing is that of the standard Organization XIII member. It is a simple black cloak with metal drawstrings hanging down at the side of the hood. When the hood is drawn over the head it emits a shroud of darkness, which blocks the view of Xigbar's face. The cloak has a long zipper running down the entire lenght. Usually the bottom half of it is left open leaving only the top half zipped up. His boots on the other hand are plain, black and slim. It is completely unknown what material they are actually made of, but it feels something like leather. Under all of that is an ordinary cotton black shirt and matching pants. Xigbar's pants are usually exposed when fighting.

Miscellaneous Items/Articles: A black eyepatch over his right eye. Resembles the kind buccaneers would wear.

For public personality, put how your character acts when he or she is out in public, or among friends. For private personality, put how your character acts when alone, or near colleagues, close friends, or loved ones.]

Weapons: [Every character has some sort of weapons, even the Princesses of Heart…in some way. Well, this is where you will describe your weapons. Please note that you can’t have an infinite amount of weapons. Each character is limited to one set of weapons. This means you could have dual swords, a dagger with a long-sword, chain with daggers on the end, etc., etc. However, you can only have ONE set. A set can be defined as as many weapons you can control/hold at once.Use the following format below to help guide you and keep things organized.]

Weapon Name: [Easy enough. What do you call your weapon, if anything?]

Weapon Description: [This is where you will tell exactly what your weapon is. Say you have a chakram like Axel (Please avoid doing this). This is where you would state the color, as well as what the weapon looks like. In this case, you would explain what the weapon is, and say red and silver with a cross-shaped handle and spikes along the outside. However, you should go into detail.]

Unique Notes: [Anything special about your weapon? Anything? Given to you by your grandfather? Worn on your back? Floats at your side? Whatever. This is an optional section. Note: your weapon cannot have any special abilities.]

Abilities: [Every character has some sort of ability, right? Well, this is where you will describe your abilities. However, you can’t have fifty-million abilities right away. When the character is first made, you can only have 1 Base with 3 Subs. This is so the character has room to become stronger, and so there are no God-like characters by means of strength. You can buy seven additional Subs, but until then, start out with three.]

Base Ability: Space Manipulation

Sub Abilities:

Break: Allows, Xigbar to walk on any surface whether it be a ceiling or just a wall. He can even pretend to be walking on a surface.

Short Burst: (This will be a teleportation skill in a way, but I'll try to make it fair)
This ability gives, Xigbar control over the surrounding space to teleport himself a maximum of fifteen feet away from his enemies. Upon doing this a distinct gray, misty trail is left in his wake, allowing the ability to pinpoint his location, but still find it hard to catch up to him. Can be used twice per post.

Blast Portal: Using a maximum of three portals, Xigbar can shoot his bullets through a connected chain of warp holes. This allows him to attack opponents from above, the sides, or down below. They will appear only one second before the bullets come out leaving a scarce amount of time to dodge the full force of his attack.

History:
(For the sake of finally getting this thing done and over with so I don't have to wait and you don't have to wait another three weeks I'm gonna make this nice and general.)

Xigbar's history begins back when he was called Braig, one of Ansem the Wise's appentices. Out of all of them he was probably the oldest, and most wild of the bunch. Bright and intellectual didn't seem to fit with his character, but as they say, you can't judge a book by its cover.

Eventually his curious mind would take him too far, far enough to drive him to the bottomless pit of despair. Xigbar, himself is not sure exactly what happened, but as best he can tell, fooling around with hearts and the idea of Kingdom Hearts landed him in a world of eternal misery. In short, Braig died that fateful day, and gave birth to II. in the mysterious Organization XIII. Betrayal, death and the birth of a Nobody are the notable aspects of his shady past.

Being II. The Freeshooter, meant that Xigbar was the second of the Organization's original founding members. Along with his leader Xemnas and the other apprentices they would storm the universe bringing a new age of fear and darkness. The only way they could find what had been lost would be to summon, Kingdom Hearts.
