Character Personality: Riana is a kind and gentle to every one she is warm hearted and loving. She can be a bit curious sometimes and that could lead her into trouble. She also lives adventure and travelling to new worlds. Riana is always ready to do her best, and would never back down from a fight or give up. She is smart and always knows how to get herself out of trouble.
Character's Appearance:
Riana has dark blue eyes and long brown hair that falls down onto her shoulders. She is thin and her height is normal. Riana usually wares a blue skirt with a white or black shirt. She also has a small necklace that was given to her by her mother and Riana never takes that off.

Weapon Appearance: Riana can use almost any weapon she, but she prefers to use a sword that she carries around with her where ever she goes. She has been training to use weapons in a battle from a very young age.
Abilities:
Although Riana hasn’t mastered her magic, she is still skilled. She managed to learn a lot of spells in the past year.
Fire: (in general) Riana learned this spell on her first week of training. Its been very helpful to her in battles.
Healing: it took her sometime to finally learn this spell that has been useful to her.( has a limit 150%)
Shield: Riana has recently learned to shield herself from the enemy’s attacks but that only for a few minutes. ( it lasts for three turns around her, and then it needs to cool down for four turns till she can use it again)

Character History

Riana used to live happily is a town with her parents. There her father trained and thought her how to fight and began to teach her how to use magic at a very young age. Although that took most of Riana’s time, she was still happy to spend some time with her father and train. One day on her thirteenth birthday, Riana returned home to greet her parents but what she found was beyond her expectations. Blood spilled every where, broken furniture lied on the ground. Everything was destroyed, but the worst part was seeing both of her parents dead on the floor covered in their own blood. Riana ran out of the house with tears running down her face. She couldn’t believe what she just saw. As soon as she could, Riana grabbed everything she needed and left her world, and that’s how her journey started.

Can I add more abilities latter on?

In the abilities section, you have three slots in which you can place abilities or spells that your character knows. Alas, you can't be unspecific and say that she knows a lot of spells, you need to state exactly what she is capable of and what she can do in the three slots.

The parts about being able to dodge attacks and being a fast learner don't class as abilities. They are what we call "duh" abilities, whereby it's just assumed that your character can do them. Just place them in the "Other" section.

As for your question, yes you can add more abilities later. By posting around the forum, you gain 'munny' which you can buy abilities with. An ability slot costs 250 munny, which is equivalent to 125 posts. You can also bet on fights around the forum and have your own fights where you can win munny by beating people.

Indeed, you're getting the hang of things.

Ok, all that we need to do now is to explain a few things.

Your 'Fire' ability, you need to explain exactly what it does. Does it create a fireball (or multiple) that you can use to attack people with, or does it allow you to use fire as a general?

Healing, we have a limit on the forum that characters can only heal themselves (or others) to a maximum of 150% of their health. Basically, they can heal themselves by one and a half times their maximum health, in as many times as they wish. So, you could heal 10% 15 times, or anything like that, as long as it adds to a max of 150%.

Shield, that'll need a cool-down, depending on how long it lasts for. Assuming that all it does is shield her from any incoming attack for one turn, the cool-down for that would be her next two turns. So, she won't be able to use it again until the third turn after using it..
As for saying it lasts for a few minutes, that doesn't really apply on the forum, a time span of posts will be easier. So, say it lasts for three turns around her, and then it'll need a stronger cool-down, probably four-turns.
