Character Personality: Generally Katsumi’s as cold as ice to others. Her heart seems to be made of stone, but it isn’t. She can be kind at times, but that is very rare. She has a cold attitude to others. She never seems to start a fight, but ends it instead. She doesn’t like others who think they are all cool and think they know everything. No one can know everything. Deep inside, Katsumi is lost and confused. Wanting to know what happened to the life she had known, or what her life was if she lost it..or what.
Character's Appearance: Katsumi has a dark appearance about her, but there’s more beneath the cloak then others think there is. Her hair is really long, and an unusually bright blue color that is amazing long and comes to about knee length. Her eyes are a bright yellow color, though you usually don’t get to see her eyes. Her skin is a pale color. She wears a white top that covers the top part of her body where her chest is, and a string is wrapped around to create a criss-cross effect. She wears white shorts, and has things strapped to her thighs and wears purple and white leg warmers. Her boots are a brown color. She also wears a black/grey cloak, where the sleeves are attached by string. She normally wears her hood; she is rarely ever seen without it. Beneath her sleeves, she wears purple arm warmers.

Weapon Name: Shimoyake- meaning frostbite
Weapon Appearance: A silver colored swallow, which is a staff with a blade on either end, mixing the two requests up. Katsumi can transfer her ice powers into this weapon, making it cold or as an extension of her powers.
Weapon Name: Gauntlet of Aries
Weapon Appearance: Also a weapon but used as defense mostly. The Gauntlet of Aries has 10'' retractable blades, which activate upon command. The gauntlet blades act as 2 daggers. The gauntlet itself is made of hard bronze-like plating, with various bone decorations. The gauntlet's clawed fingertips are made of sharpened adamantine. The gauntlet will conform to any size hand placed within it.
Abilities: Dragon’s Breath: Katsumi can create frost with her breath. Whenever she blows on something, she can create frost and eventually it will build up to create ice. Her breath is very cold, colder then ice as cold as dry ice. So, in general she can freeze objects around her. Also, with her hands she can create a blast of cold air that will freeze anything on contact. When you touch her, or she touches you her skin seems to be ice cold. Cold air and climate does not bother her one bit. With her touch she can immediately freeze objects. She can also walk on water, by freezing the water beneath her so she can walk on it.
Frost Bullets: She focuses her Ice on the opponent as many ice formations form around them from the ground, if in the air they form around them in mid air. The ice formations then began to form more and more around them spreading as she would then snap her fingers. They would explode sending ice shards everywhere, the ice shards as hard as Steel and able to penetrate through skin like bullets.
Focused Waters: Waters surround both Kat and her opponent, the waters then engulf Kat but not her opponent. They water that engulfed Kat and takes her into the sky, the water acts as a barrier and a weapon. After 2 turns, the water around Kat will begin to dissolve and fall to the ground and fall onto the opponent, the water that her opponent is standing on freezes. Surges of water come from Kat towards her opponent each one that reaches him freezes and freezes. Can only be used 3 times a battle.

Born a Nobody, introduced the world as a nobody. Having no real beginning, but a future and an ending... Katsumi; cold as ice, Harsh as ice, cares for no one but herself. Well, maybe not. Who knows, no one really knows her. She keeps to herself. She was born into the End of the World. Floating along the in the endless dark, calm sea. Surrounded by ice, that which kept her alive. The ice then slowly melted, waking her. She found herself swimming in an endless sea. No clue whom she was. Where she was. She looked around her. No one in sight. She then found herself in a different world. A darker version of Twilight Town. She walked around. Then she was attacked by Heartless. A swallow appeared in her hands. She wasn’t sure where it had come from, or what these things were but she didn’t want to die from them. She wanted to discover who she was, where she had come from. Or if she truly had just appeared out of no where.
She swiftly killed the dark things, which she later found out were called Heartless. She had killed them with some kind of ice power. Could she control ice?! She tried it out; trying all options she could to use it. She finally did. By just breathing! That was cool! She thought to herself. Then the world that had appeared disappeared again, and once again she was in the endless sea. She swam for awhile. Getting tired she stopped and just floated there, looking up. There were rocks in the freaking sky? What kind of world was this…?
It seemed she had floated for days on end. Just floating and floating, and swimming. She then touched the water, trying to freeze it. It worked. She then made the sea into more ice; soon she was surrounded by ice. She sat upon it. She found it was solid. She tested out some more things with her ice. And found those worked as well, with a few things not working here and there. Soon, she found out all she could do. It seemed she had been here for weeks. Months? YEARS!? She wanted out of this world. It was boring here. She decided to name herself, Katsumi. It seemed unique. Maybe, Kat for short.
She continued to wander this endless sea, floating on the ice platform she had created. Then there was something in the sky… A bird? No, a ship of some kind. It was kind of funny looking, but if it would get her out of here then she would be satisfied. She rode this ship, which was called a Gummi Ship out of this Endless Sea…
She found herself in other worlds. Wandering through them. Killing the darkling things, that she found out were called Heartless. Battlign them. Her only hobby in life. And battling others if they challenged her. She wore the clothes she found herself in. She seemed oddly strange for someone, being someone with bright blue hair. But, maybe she was something else…not Human. What were humans anyways.
