Lower Covered by the robe otherwise, which falls down to the ground... She wears black boots and black pants, with knee guards to protect her knees and another guard to protect her private parts.

Class: Defender

Abilities:
Bright Barrier:[/u] Summons several hexagonical tiles that float before its user. Although it renders the user incapable of further pursuing offensive action, the plates provide adequate defense against most attacks. They can only be mounted on the front, and are most excellent and blocking out frontal attacks.

Light Shade:[/u] The Ego draws back their weapon and gathers a burst of light at its tip. Gathering into a sphere, it can be fired at an opponent. The ball radiates with a million shades of light, and upon impact with an opponent will slowly expand, exuding powerful Light magic as it does so, before suddenly collapsing on itself and explode in nova style, hitting everything within a six feet radius. The explosive effect may lightly harm others that are in the vicinity of the attack, and is included in the heavy damage dealt by the entiriety of the attack to the victim at core-impact. After Light Shade has been used, the Ego cannot use another ability for the next turn.

History:
Ah, Zweig. How her life began... At first, she wasn't known as Zweig; but as Lucia d'Albright, daughter of a loving father and mother. She lived her life normally, while her parents devoted themselves TO SCIENCE! ... And as you can expect, something went wrong, somehow. One day, only Lucia's father returned home. It was the first time something extra-ordinary happened in her otherwise ordinary life, because though it was her father, it wasn't at the same time. His eyes were wide open with craze, blood stained his hands and his Ego floated behind him: But it wasn't the Ego he used to command. This one was seemingly berserked, a maniacal grin featuring the normally peaceful and gentle beast's face.
And that is how Lucia came to learn that her father, a researcher into Ego and Magicks, had gone crazed with power when he'd learned how to amplify the strength of his Ego. Of course, most people never react well to too much power, and as a result, he killed just about every other researcher in a daze of madness. This includes Lucia's mother. So anyway, there he was, gone mad with power. Lucia wasn't sure what was going on at the time (she had yet to learn of his misdeeds), but knew something was wrong.
Lucky her, her father hadn't progressed that well in the technology. Right as he was about to commit another Unforgivable Deed, the man's heart sprang to a halt, from the enormous strain the Ego was placing upon itself. Y'know, Ego, the entire, it's you thing? Yeah, it killed its host when it went mad with power, and destroyed itself in the process. So there you have it! A normal girl, only sixteen, saw her father die before her eyes, mad with power, and then learns he just about murdered a lot of people. Unsurprisingly, this caused the d'Albright family to lose all the respect it once had, and Lucia had no other choice but to carry the burden of her father's crimes. She was last seen bidding adieu to her friends at school. From that time onward, she called herself "Zweig", a silent man, garbed in dark-red robes who sought to understand "power" and its effect on humans. Of course, at first, Zweig was still Lucia, though the mask she wore malformed her voice.
But y'know, doing that kind of research... No one really was sure what Zweig had done to "himself" (everyone assumed he was male, none knew it was Lucia d'Albright), but soon enough she became a legend. Generations came and went, and there wasn't a kid who didn't know of the enigmatic "Zweig", the one that lusted for "power".
Generations? Well, Lucia had just gone so deep into several researches, (some of it originated from her parents), that she managed to screw up her body and, somehow, managed to avoid dying from age. I'll spare the details, because honestly, enigmatic, longevitic characters shouldn't always need a thorough and logical explanation of their longevity because uuuh, yeah, it's more enigmatic this way. Also, generations here is generations of students, which is... A new generation every four years?
So Zweig did research, and she did so on unknowing victims who were all promised either "power" (after which she attempted to amplify their Ego to see if the same results as her father's accident could be duplicated, and what effect it had on a shy person, a noisy person etc) and it all made her rather famous as a being that exploited people in times of weakness. Well, that was all fine and dandy, but soon enough Lucia had seen all there was to be seen from Ego users. Then it came up to her!
... What if she did research on OTHER people, who didn't innately know how to summon Ego? Would they be affected in the same way? Genius. She set off from her world, since exploring the different Worlds in search of research specimen. She was surely to unveil the secret of "power", and why it corrupted those who acquired it.

Zweig can be referred to as a "him" because:
A) malformed voice sounds masculine.
B) Female forms are hidden by robe.
C) She never really makes a point out of her gender. Feel free to refer to her in whatever way you like, I'll be using female!

Miscellaneous Items/Articles:
Personality:[/blockquote]
Resolve: She wants to find out about "power" as much as is possible. Lucia has few moral objections to using underhanded tactics to acquire knowledge, including manipulating events to fit her needs.
Pursuit: Though she has few moral objections to acquire her goal, Lucia actually wants to learn about "power" and how it affects others for the sake of the world. She believes that finishing her work will better humanity in how to deal with "power", and may well serve as a warning to Levenstur to cease their infinite search to become stronger and stronger, which she believes will lead to the World's downfall. Despite this, she may be considered "Neutral", because she doesn't care about helping a clear Villain if it means she gets closer to her research.
Fears: In her pursuit of knowledge, Lucia is mostly fearless. Her one true fear is that she may be wrong, but that fear seldom rears its ugly head.
Hopes: To finish her research.
Hobbies: Though she doesn't actively practice any, she loves poetry and dance, as well as painting.
Public Personality/Private Personality:
A stoic and enigmatic person. One that neglects to answer inquiries about her personal life, and if she ever does answer them, her answers often aren't useful. She sometimes speaks in foreboding riddles, but only sometimes; Whether or not her forecasts come true or not, she doesn't care. Displays absolute lack of concern for the safety and well-being of others, apart from those that she considers useful to her goal.
Privately, to herself? Though she surpresses it, she actually does feel remorse for the wrongs she's committed, but believes the only way to redeem herself is to see it through to the end. Sometimes, she just wishes for a regular life.

Class: Defender
Weapons:
Weapon Name: Balance
Weapon Description: A finely sharpened and forged katana. Sized perfectly for its user, it slices through a sheet of paper as well as it does through a thick sheeth of bamboo.
Unique Notes:
Abilities:
Base Ability: Summoner[/u] Sends forth a shockwave with each strike of the blade. The wave strikes forward only, and cannot pass through thick objects like walls, but can pass through clothing and armor and such. It is effective on "phantom"-esque creatures; beings that have no real body nor form. Beings with actual body and form aren't hurt outwardly by the Aura Blade, but instead suffer internal damage; nerve system is affected, meaning a strike by the wave causes the illusion of being hurt a lot, even though you sustain no physical injury. Don't underestimate it, though; an overflow of such pain is fatal.
Name: Equilibrium
Appearance: A slender, armored Ego. Its arms and legs are jointed to the body with 'bones', but it is fully armored and protected. It's head is somewhat like a human's, though less egg-shaped, and more round. It wears a helmet which covers its entire face, with the facepart bearing some similarity to a featureless mask. It has red glowing eyes that stand out, considering its ariel-colored armor. Its torso is also slender, though protected, and it wears a long cape, which is of a darker shade of ariel than the rest of its armoring. To top it off, it wields a large broadsword, that ends in a sharp point (much like a lance).
Base Ability: Light; the power of Good, of Justice and of Salvation.
Aura Blade:
Bright Barrier:[/u] Summons several hexagonical tiles that float before its user. Although it renders the user incapable of further pursuing offensive action, the plates provide adequate defense against most attacks. They can only be mounted on the front, and are most excellent and blocking out frontal attacks.
