Appearance:

Moogles (in general), appear as small, furry white creatures with a balloon nose of red color. They also have a matching tuff of “hair” at the top of their head, and small (flight incapable) wings. This doesn’t run any different for Zelu.A pair of squinted eyes, that somehow provide him with site.

Unlike most Moogles, Zelu actually wears clothes. Though, maybe not in the extravagant fashion your thinking of. Besides the weapons that cover a good portion of his body, Zelu also wears a white lab coat that dangles down below his tiny legs. Also, he wears a white dress shirt buttoned, and some khaki pants. No shoes, for Moogles don’t walk.

Weapon Name: The Impossible Rubix Cube

Weapon Description:
A simple rubix cube? Oh no, this weapon is so, so much more. It takes the appearance of a regular rubix cube, yet it cannot be solved by anyone other than Zelu. This rubix cube has a large number of varying types of energy, none of which are magic. Regular electricity, radio waves, and magnetism jus to name a few. When the cube is solved at the beginning of a battle, the energy’s align in such a way that it draws on the power of the Anti-Verse, thus creating a personal rip in reality which feeds to Zelu.

Unique Notes:
The cube can only be solved by Zelu because it is always enchanted with some sort of anti-physics. Since Zelu is the only who can access anti physics and manipulate them, he is the only one who can solve the cube.

Weapon Name: Mag-Laser

Weapon Description:
Very sleek and uniquely crafted, the Mag-Laser is very advanced for its time. Two small metal straps are attached to Zelu’s right arm. From there, a barrel (about three-fourths as thick as his arm) runs down his forearm, welded onto the straps. The barrel extends one inch past his hand. On the intersection of his forearm and elbow, a bendable metal tube stretches to about an inch past the joint and to the other metal strap on his upper arm. This connects to a turned-over-egg like metal chamber. This weapon fires about two inch wide bullets of compressed magnetism, which is only identifiable by the fact that when you look at them, light is very distorted.

Unique Notes:
The ammo is produced on the chamber on his upper arm, and can only make ten of these shots per post. As such, Zelu can only fire ten of them a post. These shots are non-lethal. They cause heavy bruises on the opponent when they hit, and are powerful enough to knock an average grown man down.

Weapon Name: Jetpack

Weapon Description:
A small miniature jetpack which is always on Zelu’s back. Two silver exhaust tubes at the bottom are made of orachilium+, preventing any heat from being transferred by the tubes. They are connected by a metal box (strapped to Zelu by two crossing leather straps on his chest) which has a small circular glass window on the middle of the pack, showing how much fuel is left. This jetpack is controlled by Zelu’s mind, and moves him through the air using hot air jets. This pack can only move him downwards of thirty-miles-per-hour.

Unique Notes:
Despite the fuel meter, this Jetpack never runs out of fuel, since it is powered by air.

Abilities:

Base Ability: Anti-Physics

• Anti-Physics is a term for the impossible, and the illogical. Zelu has the ability to accomplish these by drawing on the power of physics from another, opposite and alternate universe. This is not magic, but merely another way of saying Zelu broke the space-time fabric, sealed it up, then left himself a little hole that will let him access the physics of this universe.
  

Sub Abilities:

• Force (F) = Mass (M) / Acceleration/Speed (A)
  This ability is merely a physics break that works only for Zelu, since he is the only one who can access Anti-Physics. When he is hit by lets say, a punch, Zelu would barely even feel it. All physical attacks are useless against the moogle, unless it is something VERY large going at a VERY slow speed. So yes, you can still harm this moogle, but it takes much effort by giving no effort at all. This ability activates against enemy attacks.
  
  
• F + 47lbs = -G x [(M x N)/R^2]
  The equation above states that Zelu (who weighs 47 lbs) will always have zero pounds of gravitational pressure upon him, meaning that he has unlimited flight. Yes, Zelu can levitate constantly with no holdbacks other than he must generate his own force to move. This applies to no one else, and thus no one else is effected by this change in physics. This ability is constantly activated.
  
  
• Double Shot
  Anti-Physics do the strangest things. One such effect is splitting the appearance of an object from it’s object, thus turning the object invisible. This is exactly was Zelu does when casting this ability. Firing a shot from his mag-laser, the shot appears as if it had been fired normally. In fact, you can’t tell the difference between the appearance being fired and the regular, true shot. However, the mass and composition of the shot (AKA the actual bullet) comes from the opposite of the appearance. If the appearance is fired at the opponent, and they move backwards to dodge it, then they will still get hit, even though behind. And that isn’t even the full extent of the ability. Zelu can make the actual invisible bullet come from a ninety degree angle to the appearance, or any angle for that matter. This ability can be used up to five times in one post.
  
  
• Anti-Graviga
  Graviga ,normally, is a spell that forms a bubble of increased gravity over the opponent, pushing them down by their own weight. Well, you can’t assume this the only universe where Graviga exists, right? See where I’m going? Well, Graviga exists in the anti-physics realm, but, instead of pushing, it pulls. Depending on ones size, they might get ripped into shreds, or barely feel a thing. This ability is avoidable if the opponent has a barrier up BEFORE the post Zelu activates this ability. History:

Vulcan Pyre. Nothing more then a massive tower stretching above for miles. The perfect world of magic and technology, emphasis on the latter. Only moogles inhabited this world, and their purpose was none other then to research. What did they research, you ask? Well, that varied with the moogle.

In the case of dear Zelu, he studied asteroid properties. However, he did this in a rather… Unconventional manner. Zelu was not interested in the rocks themselves, oh no. He had a theory that asteroids were mini-worlds, with hearts themselves. And by blowing them up, one could access the power of a world heart, providing limitless and pure energy.

Each day, Zelu would try to get his fellow moogles to generate large amounts of magic, pressing it into a massive canon that fired the essence. This process could take weeks, and sometimes years, just to gather up enough magic to blast the asteroid into such oblivion that the supposed heart would be revealed. It wasn’t this were super-massive amounts of energy. Oh no…

It was more of a matter of… No one believed him. Zelu was the only moogle who performed maintenance on the canon, programmed the thing, among all the other tasks that came with it. It wasn’t uncommon, he was just considered to be the next crack-pot scientist in a long line. Surprisingly, Vulcan Pyre was rather closed minded in essence, despite the massive amount of ideas that were generated there.

But there came the day, in a long line of tests runs, where Zelu finally succeeded in hitting one particular asteroid he had been keeping his eye on for awhile. Asteroid B-2, as he had called it. Firing time/space magic at it that his fellow moogles had donated, it exploded in a massive amount of energy, sending the asteroid into oblivion.

However, the effect intended was not achieved, but something much greater. The combination of that much force combined with that much mass in such a short period of time had created a rip in space! Now littlest be known to Zelu at the time, some child had put a rubix cube in the canon, and when the rip closed (about a 1/1,000,000,000 second after it opened), it formed around the cube. Zelu took a trip to gather the cube, and found that he could access physics totally parallel to this universe and use them to his advantage.

Now with discovering the powerful entity of anti-physics, Zelu travels the world, looking to find the ultimate entity to test his greatest experiment yet…

Alright you are the first of many I plan on moderating today. I'm falling behind in the times...anywho...
Well your first sub is essentially the opposite of a magic canceler since it blocks or severely lessens the impact of anyone's attacks. On the other hand, most characters can find a way around that, in your particular situation so I'm going to allow it based on that statistic.

Would've said something about your second sub, but it directly relies on the jetpack to make it useable in the first place. So that's all well and good.

The third one is acceptable since the moogle's bullets don't do an incredible amount of damage.

As for your fourth sub, move the cooldown from two to three posts. Its essentially your only really powerful attack, and I just want to place a slight more limitiation on it won't be considered an aggravating annoyance.
