On the point of the staff invading random member-made RP threads to do surprise quests or unexpected plot development, I would whole-heatedly like to point out that we could have already decided to do that very thing, but it would still be impossible to jump unexpectedly into something that doesn't exist anymore.

Was that big long rant necessary? Would it really and truly change the problem with the site? Probably. Probably not. Regardless, I think it's just a matter of opinion.

I myself do think that the plot is just going down hill right now. However, it's not really due to the staff members fault. I mean, look at what they were left with. Tempest seemed to be the only one who had plans for the plot - though I'm sure he might have shared a few of those plans with the other staff members every so often - so when you left, they had very little except what was given to them already to go off. Surely they deserve some patience? I doubt it's easy for them to adjust to having to deal with the entire forums problems.

Though the rest of the inactivity is not entirely due to staff member or lack of. It's more the blame of members in general. Despite the fact that the plot may not be in full swing, or may not be as active as it was before, is that excuse enough for two or more members to get together and say 'hey lets roleplay' 'oaky, you pick the place, blah, blah, blah'? Honestly, it's really not. Regardless on your beliefs about the rest of the site, as members we still have the ability to create our own threads. And obviously we're not using that to the best of our ability right now.

For those who still stand behind FM, regardless of what problems it may face now, or in the future, it's your job to set a good example for the rest of the site. If you strongly believe in FM, then do something to get involved. Start roleplays, make new friends, have fun, anything you can to get the site back and running again.

And if you don't stand behind FM anymore then...Why are you still here? O.o Kidding of course, but really...
