Ephiram was born under a loving family, he led a happy life until his parents died in a car accident; he was only 6 when it happened. His 18 year old sister, D'anna, took him under her wing. He was cared for by his sister with love, not only was D'anna a sister to him; she was his parents as well. Continuing their family business, Ephiram took the title of blacksmith and continued the 'Hammer Works' business at 16. Upon his 20th birthday, D'anna handed Ephiram the Ensui. As he continued his studies, worked at the smith shop; Ephiram secretly trained his swordsmanship with the Ensui, unlocking its dangerous potential. Upon the moment he reached 22, D'anna left South City for a new business career of architecture. After months not hearing from D'anna, who was supposedly residing at Osiris, he went to Osiris to find out his sister is missing.
Upon his investigation, he discovered that his sister was involved in a high profiled mercenary unit. She was recruited to join LIFE, an organization of anonymous unit. The only information that he received from her was that she was a 'Puzzle Solver'. Knowing she was out of danger's way, he abandoned Osiris knowing D'anna would contact him; sooner or later, but she never did. After a year of waiting, he was contacted by D'anna's partner. Unwilling to surrender his identity, he simply told D'anna was captured by another anonymous unit called DEATH during a raid on Virgon. Infuriated and destroyed by the possibility of his sister most likely dead. Ignoring the advice of the mysterious man, he went to look for his sister D'anna.
After two years of his search, he finally found D'anna in a comatose like state. Immediately getting her to medical attention, he was told her condition is in a vegetative state. The only good news was that she would eventually recover; the bad thing was that they don't know when she would recover. Frustration hit Ephiram heavier than anything he had ever had experienced. LIFE and DEATH ignoring their existence, a past of his sister that he did not know, he sought to find truth and destroy those that hurt his sister. He didn't care whether it was LIFE or DEATH he was going against, he didn't care whether he had to annihilate an entire army; his sister gave him the blade of water for a reason.

Throughout the many conflicts that Ephiram has suffered through, his heart continues to be as cold as ice. Though he is cold at first glance, his heart is easily melted by any stranger. Once the ice is melted, there lies an utopian garden. He is easily amused and very kind hearted despite his frosty appearance. Ephiram always enjoy the company people despite his cold nature. Ephiram is very sensitive about showing his identity ever since his discovery of the anonymous organizations. He always keeps a low profile away from strangers until he really knows who they really are. Ephiram gracefully resembles a prince. He is delicate, caring, humble and noble, which gives causes people to acknowledge him as a prince. His female characteristics makes him renown for being called a woman.

[Water Puppet]
Water from Ensui takes the form of its wielder, deceiving the opponent and giving its wielder time to escape an attack or attack an opponent from behind.
[Absolute Zero]
Ensui's liquid blade freezes, its temperature lowering to Absolute Zero: the lowest attainable temperature. This makes the blade more jagged and solid, and anything it cuts/touches freezes immediately.
[Icicle Dance]
Ensui uses the water beneath the ground to form icicles that spring up from the ground. The attack can be in various forms depending on the user's will. It could be a one giant icicle or many smaller ones.
[Ice Storm]
Used conservatively, Ephiram uses Ensui's true potential to make water into his advantage. Sacrificing water, it is spun into the air with below zero temperature to make the water into ice. All the water separates and creates a hail storm around a designated area.
[Solid Liquid]
Taking advantage of water's flexibility, Ephiram freezes water onto his body to create anything imaginable on his body. It ranges from a boxing glove of ice to an entire armor of ice.
[Mizunaru Hebi]
'Water formed snake'. Water from materializes as four spheres, symbolizing the four directions: North, South, East, and West. The four spheres then come together to form a larger ball, and the wielder strikes this ball with Ensui to release water in the form of a snake.
[Tsuranaru Hebi]
This attack combines Icicle Dance and Mizunaru Hebi. Instead of slashing the sphere of water that formed out of the four smaller spheres, Ephiram stabs Ensui into the ground, then called forth a snake from the icicles. Unlike the Mizunaru Hebi which is made of liquid water, the Tsuranaru Hebi is made of ice, with icicles sticking out all over its body.
[Blade of Blood]
Used only rarely, Ensui becomes a blade with any form a liquid; including blood. Ephiram uses this situation only when under extreme pressure and when he is out of water.
