History:
Way before the beginning of Xigbar the nobody, a young human named Braig roamed the streets of Radiant Garden. Braig, though brash and abrupt, was taken in as a scientist by Ansem the Wise of Radiant Garden due to his unvarying curiosity of the world around him. Not to mention his rash decision making and sometimes laid back approach to situations made him a unique addition to Ansem’s team of intelligent personnel. Braig, despite his non-scientist attitude, impressed the team with his intelligence, earning him a high position in the scientists’ hierarchy.
Then one day, he arrived. A new young man named Xehanort, with intelligence far above the other scientists, began to settle in, ‘charming’ his colleagues and rising to the top. Along with Xehanort came Ansem’s new obsession to unlock the secrets of hearts and perhaps help his new apprentice regain his memories in the meanwhile. With Xehanort acting as the second in command of their little group of geniuses, Braig joined in on the experimenting [his favorite part] and calculating as they tested their theories on various subjects.
Then Ansem backed out.
Fearing the backlash of this grave experiment and the punishment that the seven would have to face should they continue to offset the world’s hearts, Ansem the Wise impeded the continuation of their research, commanding the six to end this foolish search.
But Braig hated quitters. And apparently so did Xehanort and the others. Shunning his Master and rallying the curious Braig and his cohorts, Xehanort attempted to help quench their thirst of this knowledge of keyblades and hearts. Braig watched as this man take on the name of his Master and with Braig’s prevailing curiosity, helped the new Ansem banish Ansem the Wise from his own realm. In the end, their desire was so strong, the six abandoned their hearts in order to bring their studies to a higher level. Stepping into the keyhole, they shed their identities, creating heartlesses. But their empty shell remained. That day, Braig disappeared from Radiant Garden and in his stead, Xigbar was brought into Organization XIII, only second under the Superior. Xemnas’ new form had made him far more powerful than the rest of the newly made nobodies, and they had no choice but to submit to him for now, for he could promise them something that they could not receive by themselves. A heart.
In order to increase the power of Xemnas’ organization, more strong willed nobodies such as themselves must be gathered. Given the task of field work, Xigbar began to use his renewed youth and power charged body to good use, slowly boosting the supremacy of Organization XIII. Soon, thanks to Xigbar, Organization XIII was complete. Almost.
The Organization XIII’s drive was to return to themselves what they had lost in the first place. But it seems Xemnas always had something on his own agenda. Of course Xigbar was curious about what his Superior was up to—his lingering sense of curiosity and busy-bodiness refused to let him be until he learned entirely of what was going on behind the curtain. Xemnas, his disappearance, the Room of Sleep, his ‘old friend’, and the keyblade warriors. From eavesdropping to pestering members lower than him, Xigbar managed to earn a small insight, though not enough to get the complete big picture. Yet despite all of this, Number II kept everything to himself…
Soon, the appearance of a hero, wielding the mysterious power of the keyblade, captured the attention of Organization XIII. They watched as this new pawn walk down the path of his journey, slowly approaching their castle in The World that Never Was.
In the meanwhile, with Xigbar and Xaldin left behind, three of the original six and two new members were put under the command of Number XI, Marluxia, and dispatched in Castle Oblivion, the second head quarter of the Organization XIII. Then the keyblade wielder arrived at Castle Oblivion. The Organization XIII soon found themselves short on five members, with only one—Number VIII—left alive.
A year later, with the return of the Keyblade wielder—and the loss of another ditcher—Xigbar and the remaining members of Organization XIII made their first appearance at Hollow Bastion, emerging shrouded in their cloaks, and taunting the keyblade wielder. While the others left, Xigbar remained, coming before Sora only to goad and shake up the young man’s resolve. Telling him to be a ‘good boy’, Xigbar bid farewell to the keyblade wielder before disappearing into a portal. He did not make another appearance until Sora’s second visit to The Land of Dragons.
As he was about to leave the palace—after disrupting the flow of the world—Xigbar was mistaken by Sora as some guy named Riku. Stopping and removing his hood to disappoint the young teen, Xigbar managed to divert him by summoning his sniper nobodies, then escaping through the front door to complete the final step of his mission in The Land of Dragons by setting a gigantic heartless on the heroes.
Xigbar’s final appearance before Sora was in the Castle of The World That Never Was. The freeshooter confronted Sora as he was about to race to his maiden’s rescue, and seemingly annoyed with the situation, began to provoke the Keyblade wielder with words. Finally, with a confident smirk and a mind set on destroying his target, Xigbar, with his arrow guns in hand, leaped from his balcony to receive his well earned battle.
But his confident smirk did not quite predict the results of his battle.
Getting the last laugh even as he slowly disintegrated, Xigbar left the Keyblade wielder confused and frustrated. But the battle was done, and it will be the last he sees of Xigbar.
Or so he thought.
Xigbar’s strength and willpower had granted him this new body, and he was going to use that willpower and strength to keep this body together. In the end, even if he had not won against the Keyblade Wielder, he had won the battle for his consciousness. With another chance given to him, Xigbar returned, roaming and searching perhaps for a familiar face…

Appearance:
Action!
Face and Weapon
Physical Features: Long legged, thin, yet sturdy, Xigbar’s build makes him one of the most nimble member of the Organization and allow him to perform acts that defy gravity. Still, despite being lean, the tight black Organization cloak most definitely reveals muscular arms capable of a world of hurt, wide shoulders, and a thick chest that gave him a bit of an hourglass outline. One might say that Xigbar’s lean figure could be comparable to a monkey’s, sad to say…
The Nobody has the hair of a young man with too much stress: streaks of silver-gray are paired with black, much like the pattern seen on badgers. Xigbar wears his hair long, and always neatly tied behind him in a low pony tail that reaches just below his shoulder blades. Despite his somewhat aged appearance, Xigbar has a youthful spring to his steps, and not often does one find him heavy on his feet.
Facial Features: Perhaps the most prominent asset of Xigbar is his facial features. Easily distinguishable by his eye patch and scar, Xigbar possesses a bony face, hollow at the cheeks and rather skeletal looking. The crude and uneven scar runs from below his left eye to the side of his cheeks, and the infamous black eye patch over his right eye hid one of the fearsome yellow eyes of a jack-o-lantern. His battle worn face is often paired with a mischievous sneer, showing off a set of sharp incisors. Most curious of all is Xigbar’s ear. Despite being human when he was still a somebody, the Freeshooter now possesses the pointed ears of an elf. Or a devil, whichever way you want to think of it.
Compared to the rest of the organization members [perhaps with the exception of Xemnas] Xigbar has the sun tanned skin of someone who’s long use to field work. In fact, Xigbar is far more rugged and angular than his fellow members, making him look less aesthetically appealing. Not that he ever minded much.
Clothing: The traditional, and oh so ominous Organization XIII leather cloak. This outfit is ankle length for every member, and allowed the members freedom with a zipper situated in the front. A silver chain sits on the chest, and two pull strings for the hood hangs from each side, weighed down with silver ornaments. Underneath, no one is sure whether or not Xigbar wears a shirt on the top [unlikely], but he sports a pair of tight black pants on the bottom, tucked into knee high black boots. The cloak also comes with a hood that manages to shroud the entire member’s face in darkness when put on, allowing him or her to blend in with the rest of the member to give others a hard time distinguishing one from another. As a precaution, the Organization members are also donned with black gloves to erase their individuality. They just love teasing you like that.
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Rubber bands and hair ties. Xigbar keeps a large amount of hair ties—usually black— and rubber bands on his person. The Nobody couldn’t be expected to be stuck with one hair tie for the rest of his nothingness eternity does he? Plus, the Freeshooter dislikes having his hair hanging all over the place when he’s hanging upside down.
Not the mention he enjoys shooting those rubber bands at people…
Personality:
Resolve: Xigbar’s most obvious resolve is of course, the desire of most nobodies. To gain a heart and to become whole once again. There’s of course, other more subtle, selfish resolves of for the nobody’s personal pleasure. He also wishes to keep his newfound powers and this body of eternal youth. There’s no point in making daredevil stunts when you have a body that cannot control gravity.
Fears: Fears? Fears are for pussies.
Alright, maybe Xigbar has some fears. Even though Nobodies cannot feel fear, they somewhat understand fear as an idea, and thus, can apply this theory to themselves in some way. The Freeshooter was and always will be terrified of death. To cease to exist seems like an awful waste of energy and time to Xigbar, and no matter what, he refuse to return to an empty oblivion. What fun is it when you’re just particles of darkness?
Something else the nobody might be a bit nervous about is age. Nimbleness is Xigbar. And an aging body means no hanging upside down, no running across walls, no pulling sneak attacks, and no cool tricks. All in all, should age and Xigbar meet up, nimbleness will not happen. And should nimbleness leave Xigbar behind, that would nearly mean the same thing as a halt in existence. Thus, Xigbar, though pursuing a heart, is also apprehensive of what might happen to his body if he gets his heart back.
Hopes: A hope is a hard thing to grasp for someone like Xigbar. As a being who takes it as it comes, there is little Xigbar actually hopes for. Little does he think of the future unless it holds something valuable to him. Aside from becoming whole, and still obtaining youth, Xigbar is content with most of what he has.
Hobbies: Unlike the rest of his slightly boring mates back at the castle, Xigbar has plenty of hobbies. For one, the nobody could be found eavesdropping from time to time. It’s always fun to be sneaky and gain information to satisfy that curiosity of his. Not to mention the delight of the knowledge that you know something others do not, that is the ultimate drive behind Xigbar’s tendency to eavesdrop.
Another hobby of Xigbar’s is target practicing. Xigbar does not hesitate when practicing, whether it’s shooting at inanimate objects or animate [those are the most fun]. Aside from those two main hobbies of his, the nobody had also been known to make it a habit of his to pester, bother, annoy, taunt, tease, and mock any unfortunate soul that crosses his path.
Public Personality/Private Personality: Unlike most of the earlier members of Organization XIII, Xigbar is laid back and relaxed—to the point when he no longer seem like a higher up, let alone Number II. He highly enjoys taunting people, be they human, nobody, or heartless. All in all, he’s rude, and most of the time he can get away with it. Like a daredevil with too many lives to spare, Xigbar does not hesitate to do some kind of neck breaking stunt, and laugh about it as he does so. At times like these, Xigbar’s annoyance level reaches a peak, for with his smugness fueling his mouth, the enemy gets a healthy dose of insults as well as bullets. If half of his hobby did not including putting people down in some way or form, the Freeshooter’s easygoing personality might make him someone rather easy to get along with.
However, the Freeshooter is still someone to be cautious around simply because of the fact that he’s such a casual target, something that usually should not be taken seriously. Unfortunately, Xigbar is sly, cunning, very sarcastic and chances are, it’s highly likely that he’ll shoot you in the back when your attention is directed somewhere else. Under that informal facet hides the face of a sadist. Xigbar’s lack of morality gives him the right to take down targets without even a twitch from that grin. One should not take his loosened attitude for granted, for as soon as his enemies’ guard is down, Xigbar strikes with a speed unknown to men. Xigbar does not calculate his battles, merely doing things by instinct and a frenzy of firing, making him dangerous and near impossible to pin down. Nor does the nobody ever play fair. Honor of a warrior are for squares.
Like everyone else in the universe, Xigbar likes things to go his way. Should things start to go awry, the nobody gets highly agitated, usually his talking speed increases and sometimes, would even find himself lost in a lapse of silence. Despite that though, Xigbar seemed to get over his agitations far faster than most, and usually in the end, just take things with that leer of his. Even when faced with failure, Xigbar will always get the last laugh.
In private, Xigbar is as mysterious as the Organization XIII. Despite the brusque manner of speaking and the informal outlook on events, Xigbar is far more calculating than people gives him credit for. He must always be up to date with the events going on behind the scenes in the Organization XIII, and will take any approach to satisfy his curiosity. Often, the Freeshooter preferred to keep his discoveries to himself, leaking out new found information bit by bit in order to shock disgruntled members. Nevertheless, if there ever was something that was going on without the knowledge of the other members, Xigbar would always keep the most potent information for himself.

Class:Warrior
Weapons:
Weapon Name: Gravity and Flux
Weapon Description: An unforgettable set of weapons that Xigbar handles with mastery. Gravity and Flux are a twin set of gun that is of a rather strange design. Purple in color, they seem to be a cross between a pistol and a cross bow. A row of arrows/bullets lined the hand guard of the guns while a larger bolt juts out from the top. Regardless of its strange and rather bulky look, the weapons are lighter than any cross bow or pistol, thus giving Xigbar an ease and flare when using them.
Unique Notes: Gravity and Flux comes simply at Xigbar’s command, one in each hand. They can be put away with a wave of the hand, and just as quickly summoned to finish someone off. As for bullets, Xigbar seemed capable of merely creating the projectiles out of thin air. Most of the time, he gives a mere shout and the guns will immediately reload themselves. This process usually takes a while, thus he has to make sure that that he’s a long distance away before doing so. In addition, Xigbar could combine his guns into a rifle and snipe down individuals from afar.
Unfortunately for Xigbar, the bullets of his gun cannot penetrate metal. If quick enough, the lasers could be simply deflected by a strong set of armor, a well positioned blade, or a nimble shield arm. But at the rate Xigbar’s firing, you’re bound to get hurt sooner or later. Sooner, most likely.
Abilities:
Base Ability: Space Manipulation
Sub Abilities:
Zero Gravity: Controlling the gravity that would suspend a man to the ground, Xigbar can deviate his gravity to make him ‘weightless’. With that hassles of walking gone, Xigbar can now run across walls, hang upside down, and zip from one place to the next without even touching the ground. Not counted as teleportation as it looks like he’s running on air.
Warped Tour: Manipulating the track where he fires his bullets, Xigbar could warp the pathway and direct the bullets from one place to the next without ever disturbing the momentum of the projectiles. All at once, Xigbar could open up four different rifts to transport his bullets, and fire at enemies from all sides without ever moving from his position. The portals disappear as soon as the bullets enter through, and leave no trace for enemies to detect their positions, and very little time to dodge when it opens up next to them.
Big Bang: Charging up, Xigbar can create bullets far greater than the size of the usual red lasers. These larger bullets are blue and the shape of arrows, and purely through Xigbar’s power over space, can bounce around the battle field as if reflecting off a glass dome over the field. They can be easily dodged and reflected by a blade or a shield, but would not dissipate until the end of the post. Xigbar can fire up to two of these per post.
