Audition post (400 words): 'The pure will be "spared" for the cause, while the tainted will be hunted down and exterminated. They shall be slashed, strangled, and slaughtered. Beaten, stabbed, and crushed. Garroted and impaled. Shot and executed without mercy. The time has come to cleanse this world.'
These words, had he said them before? He knew he heard them somewhere, but where? Did Nero say them? Nero. Suddenly he remembered everything. Nero and Weiss, in their attempt to meld together, were defeated by Vincent Valentine, when they had become Omega, to cleanse the world. But what happened to them afterwards? He couldn't remember. But he knew he wanted revenge on Vincent for what he had done, and that no matter where he was now, he would purify any world he came across, until he had his revenge. And then after, if it hadn't been done in the process of vengance, or if they had done so at the cost of defeat, then he either would cleanse the world Vincent denied him, or he'd cleanse every world left. The only question being how.
Weiss looked around, his surroundings unknown to him. He realized he was laying on his back, and quickly stood up. His first thoughts were finding out where he was, and finding out where Nero had vanished to. He looked around, and saw naught but crystals. He saw a path, and began walking towards it.
"Nero, my brother. Were we unable to cleanse the world? Or did we somehow do so?" After minutes of walking, Weiss came across his two weapons, Heaven, and Earth. He picked them up, and rested them on his shoulders. He began walking again. About twenty minutes later, he came across a town. He walked up to one of the people standing around.
"Where.... am I?" Weiss asked. Normally he would've tortured the answers he wanted out of this person, but he had no idea just what condition he was in, nor did he know how much this person could take.
"Radiant Garden." the person merely replied, otherwise ignoring Weiss' presence.
"Radiant Garden?" Weiss asked himself. "I wonder, is Nero here?"
He walked away from the person he learned the name Radiant Garden from and stopped. He made up his mind. He would regain any strength he had lost, find Nero, and "purify" this world.

Those words, though it seemed like so long ago, were embedded into his mind. He couldn't forget them now even if he wanted to, and he sure as hell didn't. They would be his motto as he traveled. He threw Heaven up into the air, and ran his right hand through his hair. He then caught it, and walked through the marketplace, and back into the burough.
As he entered, Cloud walked out of a house. The two made eye contact, and Cloud drew his weapon.
"You."
Weiss sneered. "You are impure, dearest friend of Vincent Valentine, and you must be cleansed from this world, as all impure things will." He pointed his two weapons at Cloud, and fired twice, once from each one. Cloud blocked the bullets, and charged at Weiss.
A bloody battle ensued, each warrior taking hits that would kill or maim normal people. But then again, neither one was. After minutes of fighting. Weiss clutched his side. Cloud sank to the ground, using his sword to keep him from falling on his face.
"It would appear I do not have the strength to erradicate your impurity just yet. No matter, I shall regain my strength. And then you will be removed. I shall purge this world, and all other worlds." He turned around, and walked toward the Great Maw. He would be sure to search this world thouroghly for Nero before purifying it.
