Appearance: She is rather short for her age and of very light build, some think she seems like an anorectic.
Although small she is still comparably muscular, especially her legs and abdominals are well built.
Her skin is unnaturally pale and shiny, making her seem “out of place” in the shadows of her world of origin.

Physical Features: Just a little over 150cm tall, weighing around 45 kg.
Her frame is very thin and makes her seem physically weak, but those who think so are in for a painful surprise.

Facial Features: Her Eyes are a very dim sky blue, sometimes looking like she were blind.
Her shoulder long hair are completely white with a few platinum color stripes.
Nylea´s mouth is of an average size, the lips being pale like the rest of her face.
She almost always has an innocent smile on her face.

Clothing: Commonly seen wearing a white sleeveless top and skirt.
Wears black leather gloves that cover her arms u to the elbow, creating a Black-and-white opposite when paired with her white clothes.
For her legs she wears black leather boots that end just under the knee.

Resolve:
She is hoping to find out something of her parents and why was she left in Halloween town.
She was never told who had left her there nor told any reason why but she managed to find out that she had in fact been adopted by the kind people of Halloween town.

Pursuit:
She was abandoned in Halloween town when she was still a baby and is hoping to find out why. She also appears to be suffering from amnesia.

Fears:
If anything were to happen the people in Halloween town.
To lose those who she cares for.

Hopes:
Nylea hopes of finding out something of her past and wants to meet her real parents, as well as find out why she was abandoned in the first place.
She also hopes to see other worlds and meet new people.

Hobbies:
Nylea has a liking for playing the violin and singing.
Also likes playing cards and other games which need more luck then skill.

Public: The way she acts towards new people is greatly determined by the first impression the particular person gives of himself/herself.
Those who she sees as quite, dull or otherwise boring she might not even care to approach, looking for an excuse to leave if it becomes necessary.
Private: A party-goer and a happy-go-lucky personality, likes to throw a joke or two into a conversation and loves having a good time.

Weapons:

Weapon Name: Pain & Calamity

Weapon Description: Pain & Calamity are special katars with specially shaped blades and special functions, both weapons have two gun-like triggers.
The trigger ment to be pressed with the index finger (primary trigger) activates a special mechanism, located in the blades, this is unigue for both weapons, the one ment to be pressed with the middle finger (secondary trigger) mechanicly transform the katars main structure into an armguard, leaving only the handle which then can be hidden in the armguard with a simple wrist movement.
The frames of the katars are made of a durable metal alloy that is very resistant to wearing, so for protecting the delicate mechanism that the weapons require to function.
The handle is covered with a leather strap to improwe the grip and the blades are chromed, this looks cool and stops them from rusting.
Calamity has a scissor-like blade that cuts when the primary trigger is pulled.
Pain has a circular saw for a blade, pulling the trigger causes the saw blade to begin spinning, the blade is stopped with the secondary trigger.
Calamity can produce enough cutting power to cut even 1,5cm thick iron and Pain is capable of cutting down trees if necessary

Unique Notes: The weapons were created by Nylea herself as a means to protect herself from the heartless that still roam Halloween town.

Abilities:

Base Ability: Ice

Sub Abilities:

-Conjure Ice-
Charges Ice-elemental energy into her and gives it for, it them materializes into a piece of ice ranging from the size of an ice cube to that of a half meter long, 15 cm wide cylinder, the size and shape are decided by Nylea at the point it is created.
Ice created in this way can also by hurled at a target when created.
The ice is completely normal and doesn´t disappear after a set time, the Ice must melt or be melted in order to disappear.

-Frozen Gaze-
Closes her eyes and moves her hand which is followed by a teail of glitter across them, she opens her eyes and fires two blue beams of ice-elemental energy from her eyes, these beams freeze the target on contact.
The target melts and is functional after 1 turn
3 turn cooldown

-Million Carats-
Releases large amounts of ice-elemental energy that gather into her hand, she then strikes her hand into the ground and within a 7 meter radius large pillars of ice burst from the ground.
These pillars collapse and disappear after 3 turns
6 turn cooldown

History:
Nylea doesn´t remember anything from her first years but she was told that she had been left in Halloween town and had been adopted, she had pretty figured this out herself as she was so different from everyone else.
As her true date-of-birth is not known, her birthday is celebrated on Halloween.
She never really got bored as she constantly helped prepare for Halloween.
She got quickly used to being different and started to like it, no one cared of her origin or different appearence and was given great acceptance.
At around the age of ten she began doing her own "experiments" but which often turned out to be walking time-bombs, more then just once she got lectured cause her "Experiments" had damaged something.
At the age of thirteen she was attacked by a heartless and barely survived,
after the incident she began to practise self-defense and once while testing her skills she was nearly killed but managed to survive as her power over ice awakened.
Over months of training with different weapons that she mad herself, the katar became her weapon of choice and she created her first pair of katars at the age of fourteen.
She kept modifying the katars until they were "perfect" for her but they were destroyed during training.
After the destruction of one of her few working experiments she decided to stop inventing and settled down, started playing the violin and continued with her old way of life.
She finally recreated her "perfect" katars using her original plans and put in a few improvements, including the triggers and transformation system.
On her 15th halloween she was gave these katars a test run, they worked out more then well.
She hasn´t been doing any "experiments" any more after the katars were recreated, it caused too much damage.
She remained in Halloween town for some months, after this she started to get bored and decided that it was time for her to see the other worlds.

A few things.

First of all, you're going to have to change your weapon. The rules say one 'set', but with your transformations into different types of weapons, it's more than just a set of weapons. The arm-guard part should be fine, but please take out the other forms.

Second of all, your second ability can't have the multiple status effects. Take out one of them, and it should be fine.

Last, you're going to have to take the mentioning of canons out of your history and weapon description. You can't have canons mentioned in your character's back story, or related to the character's in any way, unless they're the history of another canon.

Just change those few things and everything should be fine.
