Appearance:

Physical Features: Selphie is a pretty small girl, being the small height of 5 feet and 1 and a 1/2 inches. She has a small build, also being about 120 pounds, give or take a coupld pounds. Selphie has brownish red hair, that usually covers her ears. Her hair is about below chin length, but by curling the ends outwards her hair is just chin length. Her hair is split into a couple of sections, sides and then back. She has bangs that cover part of her forehead and are a bit uneven. Here's a reference.

Facial Features: Selphie has a bit of a childish looking face, but a bit grown up as well. She has small almond shaped eyes that are the color of emerald green. Hidden between her eyes is her thin nose, and is Caucasian shaped but with a lower bridge. Her mouth is small and her head is heart shaped. Her ears aren’t visible because of her hair style. Her skin is a light peach tan color.

Clothing: Selphie has two outfits; first off her normal clothes which consists of a striped, mustard/yellow colored dress that falls to about mid-thigh. The dress has a zipper infront and hangs from two triangular buckles that are attached to two straps. On the lower back of the dress are two pockets and a white label on the upper back. On her feet she wears baggy brown almost mid-calf boots.

For her second outfit, which is her Garden uniform which consists of a collared top, and a skirt which are both dark blue in color. The top consists of a collar, and a yellow ribbon. The sleeves are long and have golden borders. The top also has a zipper in the middle. On the shoulder of her top, there is also golden designs. The skirt is short and also has a zipper going down the middle. She also wears black boots that are fitted to her feet.

Miscellaneous Items/Articles: With her yellow colored dress she wears a blue ribbon on her left wrist.

Personality:

Resolve: Selphie wishes for the world to be peaceful. She does all she can to help others, to support them and make them happy with her bubbly personality. Selphie is a more supportive character, than a main powerful character but she does all she can to be strong. She supports others.

Pursuit: Sometimes Selphie wishes to be stronger, and tries her hardest in battle and to support others. She's not one of the strongest people in the world, but she tries.

Fears: One of the things that Selphie fears is losing her friends. She'd probably be nothing without her friends. But with each step in the world she seems to gather more and more friends. She's very protective of her friends, her home, she’ll do anything and everything to make sure they’re safe. Selphie is a girl who has no fears. Peace and love are really the only two things that are always on her mind.

Hopes: Peace and love!

Hobbies: One of Selphie's many hobbies is each year she designs and puts together a Garden Festival at the Garden. But, even if she isn't at the Garden, she will probably hold a festival somewhere else. And she participates in many extracurricular activities. Selphie has a habit of blowing up things..and singing on trains. She can also pilot a ship.

Public Personality/Private Personality: Selphie has a bit of bubbly personality, and is a bit clumsy. But, she's active and strong. Selphie takes her work very seriously and is respectful and polite to her superiors. Despite her defenseless appearance she is actually a formidable and determined fighter when she has her heart set to it. She holds deep love for all the people she knows and is willing to help out in the time of need.

History:

Selphie grew up in an orphanage with people she would find again later in life, and joined Trabia Garden at a fairly young age. She met Squall and friends during her SEED exam at Balamb Garden, and was thus caught up in saving the world. Selphie is bubbly and energetic, but she can also be very sensitive, and hates when people fight. She loves all kinds of music, dance and videogames, and spends hours surfing the internet and creating webpages. She has a bit of a crush on Laguna, whom she refers to as "Sir Laguna", and thanks to Marie, has now developed a passion for Billy Joel, who become honored enough to be called "Sir Billy." Selphie tries to cheer everyone up as best she can, and spends a lot of time with Milo, out on the beach, or with Marie and Astala, in the music room. She secretly keeps a diary where she writes about her adventures and her unending crush on her best friend, Irvine.

Selphie, as you can see, is an orphan, along with Squall, Quistis, Zell, Irvine, Seifer, and Ellone. They all lost their parents in the Sorceress' War. (This was long ago.) She and the others were all taken care by a woman who they used to call "Matron" (Edea Kramer, Sorceress). Selphie and the others (except Irvine and Ellone) never remembered that of any sort, or probably remembered it vaguely when Irvine mentioned this to the gang when they were all at Trabia Garden. Why? It's because of the use of the GF. For the exchange of its power, it stores itself into your memories. The orphanage gang loved Matron very much. Selphie was remembered as "Sefie" and "was spunky" or "full of energy", you might say. Then she decided to live in Trabia Garden when she got older.

The only real problem is your abilities. I'm afraid I don't quite see how they're all related...

Also, your first ability is many abilities in one.

Your second should be fine if they're condensed into one shell/protect spell.

Your third ability needs to be clarified much more.
