Appearance: Picture
Physical Features: Williams body would be considered slightly thin by some people, though his muscles are highly toned instead of bulky. He has only one noticeable scar, a jagged wound right above his heart where the first difficult opponent he’d fought almost killed him. His skin is pale, though it’s difficult to tell, as only his face is left uncovered by his wardrobe. He stands about 6 feet tall, and weighs about 174 pounds.
Facial Features: William has a face that would be considered very attractive by most people. It is untouched by imperfections like wrinkles or scars, and there are no signs of the acne that many teenagers are afflicted with. His hair is a dirty blonde, and only slightly longer than medium length. His eyes are a strange, soft purple color.
Clothing: William wears an older variety of tuxedo commonly worn by British aristocracy in the 1800’s. He wears the collar up, and has a red tie tied loosely around his next, and tucked into his black jacket. He also wears a pair of white gloves that are insulated with rubber so as not to conduct electricity. On top of that, he wears long, black pants, and dressy black shoes, as well as a black top hat
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Beneath his right glove he wears a silver ring.
Personality:Resolve: To William, traveling the worlds is all about discovery, improvement, and fun. Every new world he visits is another opportunity to learn more useful things as well as grow more powerful. The thing he desires more than anything else, however, is fun. He hates being bored, and thus does everything he can to avoid this. Luckily, he’s a fairly patient person, and thus it’s rare that he’s bored.
Fears: William fears that the worlds in all of their diversity might one day fall, and lose all the things and people that made them unique and interesting.
Hopes: William hopes that he never runs out of interesting people to meet, so that the worlds don’t become too boring and predictable.
Hobbies: William’s hobbies include chess, euchre, poker, assassination, bounty hunting, object retrieval, and horseback riding.
Public Personality/Private Personality: In public, William is a gentleman, though he will occasionally engage in sarcasm and mockery, simply to see how people will react. He is helpful, especially to women, and is under the impression, perhaps from his own personal code, that he needs to protect them from harm; even if they can do it themselves. He seems to get along well with other people, though he never talks about himself, instead focusing the conversation on the other person, or a different topic all together. He doesn’t go out of his way to pick fights, though sometimes his sarcasm and mockery cause them; and once in them, he only uses the amount of strength absolutely necessary to defeat his opponents; killing them only if they were obviously bad people.
In private, William is somewhat more detached from the world, and does a lot of thinking. What little he knows of morals, he got from books, and only follows the code he set because he believes it makes life more interesting. If his mood changes, or he sees another reason, he can discard his moral code as easily as a shirt. Among his rules are to always protect women, only kill criminals, and obviously bad people(though he shows no mercy to them, even if they feel remorse for their actions), and to never betray his word once he has given it. His rule against killing people who aren’t bad doesn’t prevent him from fighting them however, and he loves to do so, though he won’t purposely pick the fight unless it's necessary to achieve his goals. He envies those with friends, though he only understands friendship through books. He also occasionally regrets killing the “pirates” that raised him, even though they were bad people. He’s a difficult person to get to know, as he rarely shares anything about himself; it would take a lot of effort for someone to befriend him, though the people that he considers his friends would never have to worry about betrayal, partially because it’s against his code, and partially because they would literally be the most important people in the world to him.

Class: Mage
Weapons:Weapon Name: No Names
Weapon Description: William uses twin Kukri for fighting. These Kukri have black blades and hilts, and are almost invisible at night or in the “Black Fog”. Their blades are only about as long as the average short sword, but they are much heavier, making them more difficult to guard against. The Kukri can be summoned to his hands at will, and are enchanted so that they can take a lot of damage, as well as harm incorporeal beings such as the heartless and nobodies.
Unique Notes:
Abilities:Base Ability: “Black Fog”
Sub Abilities:
Vorm- At William’s command, he can summon a massive cloud of black particles from a parallel plane. The fog's particles are small enough to inhale, and are alot like household dust in their movement when not being controlled. The fog covers a large area, about the size of the average recreational lake. These particles are actually magnetically charged, but unlike magnets from our own dimension, these only effect whatever the wielder wills them to. Thus, noone other than William can control the black fog, nor can they summon it from the mysterious dimension from whence it comes. When summoned, they form a thick, black fog over the area that makes it difficult to see. Without using other abilities however, William can only move the particles around to obstruct his opponents view. Also, unless other abilities are applied to the fog, it's movement is fairly slow aside from when it's first summoned (It literally "floods" out of the dimension)
Schild- William can feed the particles in the fog a burst of magic that causes them to immediately surround him and attract to each other, forming a black dome. This dome has an electro-magnetic current, as well as a magical one flowing through it; thus it can defend from most attacks. This will only be used in a desperate situation however, as it destabilizes the fog and cannot be repeated. [Thus it can only be used once per thread]
Verlam- This is a dangerous offensive technique. By running power through the particles, William causes them to form into senbon needles. These needles can be launched in any order or in any direction that William chooses, and while not deadly unless they hit a vital spot, they can be crippling. They are fired off at the same speed they would be if they were thrown, and cannot be controlled after they have been fired without the use of another ability. Of course, when he forms these needles, all of the particles change shape, and the enemies view is no longer obstructed.

History: Born in a ghetto within Traverse Town, William wasn’t originally given a name. He was the son of two people who had been displaced from their worlds, and they discarded him shortly after birth. It was then that a pirate, who had relocated there from Port Royale, “adopted” him. The truth of the matter, of course, was that the evildoer had noticed his strange powers, and thus sought to sell him into slavery when he got old enough. Taking him back to his “Crew” who were a bunch of refugees like himself, and more like a street gang now, they gradually grew attached to him, and called him by the name “William” which was a fairly common name in their world. Of course, at this point, they decided to keep him in the “crew” instead of selling them as they had originally intended.
William had a lust for knowledge that quickly expanded as he learned to talk. After his “crew” had captured a wealthy man, he also learned to read; right before his “crew” backstabbed the group who paid them and killed the man. After that, he read every book he could get his hands on, all the while sparring with the former pirates to increase his skill. He found that he enjoyed both reading and battle, as they were both new experiences that taught him more. Growing stronger and smarter every day, he soon surpassed the pirates and began to grow bored with them. As they had also taught him no morals or ethics, and killed plenty of people in front of him, he saw absolutely no reason why he shouldn’t kill the people that raised him, and at the age of 12, he did so.
After his stint as a “Pirate” he traveled the worlds, expanding his knowledge base, and fighting stronger and stronger opponents until he put it off for a period of two years when he turned 14. He still read and fought during this period, but he spent the majority of his time learning to imitate the qualities of a gentleman from the Victorian period of England; during which he also picked up a last name based off of a high ranking religious figure the “Bishop”. On top of that, he developed his own series of personal rules to make life more interesting. At the age of 16, he set out on the world with his personal code, and took up the jobs of both a freelance assassin, and a bounty hunter. This allowed him to meet many interesting people, as well as fight many strong opponents. As his strength grew, so did his knowledge, and it got to the point where he could even control his strange powers. Due to the nature of his power, as well as his attitude and appearance, he became known as “Lord Night” in the criminal underworld, though few outside of it have yet heard the name.
As of now, he hasn’t been heard from in a few months, and not even the people who used to give him jobs know where he disappeared to. It’s possible that he simply became bored of the bounty hunting and assassination…or simply just wanted to do less of it.

William is at the moral level of a very young kid, and doesn't very well understand the distinction between right and wrong. Thus, his personality can be swerved drastically one way or another.
