I wouldn't worry about the code. Just find the code another affiliating person used, sub the image parts with your own 88 x 31 pixels sized banner, and sub the link with your link, and you have a code!

OK. Guys. Rocket and Hito. This is getting out of hand. The whole point of advertising is to bring people in. Yet, you're advertising on DEAD sites? Some of these sites haven't had people visiting or on it for more than three weeks. Where's the point if no one's going to LOOK at the advertisements? I'm unsure if I want to deal out the munny if you're just posting no dead sites.
