History: Hadrian grew up in the isolated town of Mideel on Gaia. For as long as he could remember, he was a very introverted person. He wasn’t depressed or enveloped angst; he just preferred that of his own company. His room was messy with books and numerous items and trinkets. He loved engineering and experimenting. When he wasn’t tinkering with machines or experimenting witch chemicals, he was outside enjoying himself. In his teen years, he changed dramatically. A new extroverted attitude emerged and he started becoming more social and confidence in himself raised dramatically. Even though he enjoyed the presence of others and socializing, he still had his love of sciences and engineering.
Straight out of school, he was asked to join Shinra as a junior scientist by Professor Gast himself. He studied under Gast for a few years before the professor died. The new scientist that took his place, a man named Hojo, was less thoughtful of Hadrian. Hojo had Hadrian perform meaningless tasks before he was actually taken seriously and mentored into being a scientist. Hade studied very inhumane experimentations. Some were on animals, transforming them into raging beasts. Others were on other humans, forming them into monsters well beyond humanity. The brainwashing Hojo performed on Hadrian had allowed him to conduct these experiments without sentiment.
Years later there was a very special specimen ordered to come in for experimentations. Hade was stationed within a large forest near the Bone Village. An unconscious brown haired man, about the same age as him, came in. The new man was lain onto a metal table, stripped of all his clothing and then put into a pair of black cloth pants. Hojo had Hadrian put the specimen’s information into the database.
Hadrian walked toward a large computer, holding a clipboard with papers. He started up one of the many programs and began punching in information while talking to himself.
“Name…Ezekiel Vex. Age…19…” he typed in more information. Hojo was near the table with a vial of a strange red liquid. A long, hypodermic needle punctured the film at the top of the vial, and the liquid was extracted into the syringe. The needle was put into the boys arm and injected. Almost instantly, the boy began seizing violently as the new substance entered his body. Hadrian didn’t even bother to look over. He finished putting in the information on the specimen and went back to Hojo. For the next couple of years, Hadrian was a main part of this experimentation along with Hojo. He took down all the progress made with the specimen.
Everything was going perfect. Within the next few years, or maybe shorter, Shinra would have one of the greatest SOLDIERs. But that perfection yielded to last. Out of no where, the specimen woke from his three year unconsciousness. While Hadrian wasn’t in the lab at the moment, he had been told what had happened. The specimen went into a crazed rage, destroying everything. Everything they worked on was now gone. And the power Hadrian witnessed had filled him with jealousy. It was strange, even for him. It might have been jealousy, or anger when Ezekiel had destroyed all that Hade had worked on in the past. Hadrian wanted someway of obtaining the power to do what he wants. An epiphany of sorts.
That very day was the last time he saw Hojo, who was flying away from the destruction in a helicopter. He was forced to walk through dense forests all the way back to Bone Village just to be able to leave the northern continent. While traveling back to Midgar, he got to thinking that he needed power displayed by Ezekiel, but the only way to really do that was to duplicate the experiment on himself.
On the science department floors in the Shinra Headquarters, Hadrian searched for the written process of how Hojo acquired Ifrit’s essence. He learned of Hojo’s practice and finally set off on his own. Because of his high status in the Shinra Company, he was able to acquire top secret items he needed to conduct the process. Actually obtaining the materials was the easy part, infusing it with his body would be the difficult part…
After injecting the enigmatic substance into his body, all he could do is hope for the best. Instantly he felt the power serge through his body like a high. His eyes closed tight, muscles clenched, body quivering, he fell to the ground, shaking viciously in pain as the high turned violent. For what seemed like an eternity was only a few moments. When he opened his eyes, he was in a strange dark sanctuary. In front of him sat a massive cloaked, skeletal being known as Hades, the being from the material he used for the procedure. Hades had been waiting for an opportunity like this one to arise. He offered Hadrian the chance to become powerful. Without doubt nor question, Hadrian accepted.
Hades wished for Hadrian to defeat the man who harbored Ifrit. Hades and Ifrit had an eternity long feud about who was the true ruler of Hell. Hade agreed to the dark god’s demand. Hades imbued him with marvelous powers in which would be more than enough to defeat the ill-trained holder of Ifrit.
As Hadrian was in the Underworld with Hades, his current world of residence was being taken over and destroyed by a dark and powerful force known as the Heartless. The god alerted Hadrian of the transition he will have to face when he is sent to new worlds in which he’s never heard of.
Before he could react, Hadrian was flung to a new universe, to a world of weird buildings and a large, mechanical castle…Hallow Bastion.[/i]

Appearance:
Full Body
Physical Features: Lightly bronzed skin covers his thin frame. The lack of fat causes a profound appearance in his muscles. His body type prevents his muscles from growing larger which often leaves him looking pretty scrawny but he can hold his own even against the largest opponents. His skin lays unscathed and flawless as if he had never gotten cut, scratched, burned or damaged in any way. Hadrian stands about six foot tall, only weighing about 180 pounds.
Facial Features: His long, black hair with a deep blue tint is what usually draws attention to him. The straight locks hang down past his shoulders and down his back. His narrow midnight blue eyes seem to be the windows to his cunning, witty, and intellectual behavior. He almost always has a smirk on his face as if he knows everything there is to know.
Clothing: Hade’s clothes are extremely misleading. The majority of his clothing are white, which often throw off initial conceptions about him. Ironically, a large, metal cross hangs tightly around his neck. He wears a white sleeveless, skintight shirt that cradle into the muscular structure of his torso. A short, azure cloth holding a white design hangs over a pure white that wraps around Hade from hip to hip, only leaving the front exposed. Jet black pants keep his legs covered up. He wears thick, heavy black boots. Matte black, metal plates cover the boot from toe to tongue, adding extra protection. Matching the boots, black leather gloves cover his forearm to fingertips. Large plates extend from the back of the right hand and shield the hand and wrist.
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: A study, leather strap that holster his sword hangs from Hade’s back.
Personality:
Resolve: Most villains attempt to gain infinite power. Hadrian is an exception. He knows damn well that infinite power is a goal that is simply a waste of time. Every time anyone attempts it, they are always cast down by a group of three to five little shit heads claiming to save the world. So to avoid that annoyance all together, he had decided that he will go after a target within the range of mortal grasp. He is currently searching for his genetic brother, but not for the reason most would think. Hade isn’t attempting to reunite the long lost, instead he seeks to slay.
Pursuit: Hadrian searches for this person through his own selfish wants. Both he and Hade share a similarity that Hade solely wants for him self. Hade wishes to be ‘the one and only’ of his kind.
Fears: Upon his metamorphosis, Hade was forced to give up everything he currently feared by being exposed to sights, sounds, sensations, and experiences far worse than anything found on the physical plane of existence. There are but two things that he continues to fear; the demon that resides within him and what he’ll do if Hadrian is to fail.
Hopes: He believes that hopes are merely an illusion to dismiss worry. Hadrian has disowned hopes and convinced himself that what he seeks to accomplish will become reality…no exceptions.
Hobbies: Even villains need something to do when he’s not fulfilling his master plan and Hade is no different. Hadrian is exceptionally talented with a guitar and often plays it while alone. He also enjoys sciences of nearly every kind, considering he use to be a scientist.
Public Personality/Private Personality: Hade initially acts like a typical good guy, showing no hostility and not even looking hostile. This is a tactic he uses often to confuse and acquire information he needs and possibly to gain allies. He has a friendly attitude that acts as the cover for his true feelings and intentions. He often comes off as sly and witty, but also mysterious. Only when people discover his true intentions does he show them willingly. He’s a malicious and manipulative man who doesn’t care for the lives of others. However, most of the time, he isn’t concerned with the wellbeing of others, just his own goals. During his own company, he seems to be more calm and mellow but still motivated to do what he is suppose to. Even though he has cruel intentions, he has simple desires.

Weapons:
Weapon Name: DeathTouch
Weapon Description: A black sword from hilt to tip, the blade looks more like it was carved from stone rather than forged from steel. Simple, but elegant. Malicious, but delicate. The sword is double edged; each edge is sharp enough to cut steel like warm butter. The elaborate design of sharp edges and light material makes it extremely dangerous.
Unique Notes: None
Abilities:
Base Ability: Black Cauldron
Sub Abilities:
Corruption- A large black cauldron forms from out of the ground in front of Hade. Gray smoke arises and pours out from the cauldron. Blackened orbs of energy shoot from the smoke and hone in on the target. Upon hitting the target, the orbs will unleash a status effect on the opponent. It causes no physical damage, unless specified, and lasts two rounds.Paralyze- Causes the opponent to be unable to move. (Cannot use fatal attacks while opponent is paralyzed)
Infliction- Similar to Corruption, the cauldron is summoned from the underworld. Black smoke bubbles out as energy manifests within it. Orbs of near-translucent blue appearance jump from the cauldron and take to the sky. They circle around the foe and dive in to strike. Once the orbs enter the body, they inflict intense emotions into the being. Any emotion can be inflicted upon the target. It causes no physical damage and lasts two rounds.
Pain- From the cauldron, swirling black and red beams shoot and hurl straight toward its target. About five beams shoot out at one time and track the target, going about 75 miles an hour. The beam will stab into the enemy and it will inflict immense pain, more than should be experienced from a strike like that. The pain and damage grows three fold throughout the body for the next two rounds then dulls away.
Immunity- Hade, through experimentation, has built up an immunity to basic negative status effects. The basic status effects are slow, paralysis, darkness, and sleep.
Base Ability: Deathmancy
Sub Abilities:
Soulborne- Hade calls upon unrested souls from the plane of death. Numerous, blue ghastly souls begin flying around him, creating a defensive and offensive barrier. Anyone who gets within 3 feet of the barrier will be prone to attack by the souls and it also gives protection from attacks for one turn.
Body Cripple- Dark energy engulfs, but is not limited to, Hadrian’s blade to the point where the excess drips from the tip. Hade will attempt to strike his foe. Upon breaking the skin, the dark energy pours into the body. The dark energy immediately begins inflicting extreme fatigue, nearly to the point of passing out. Only works if the energy enters the opponent’s body.
Zombie- Hadrian summons a hellish scythe to his side. A human skull connects the polearm and the bade itself which extends from the open jaw. The blade is dull black andstained with blood from past executions. The scythe looks as if its straight from a horror scene. Hade will take the scythe for a total of two turns, attacking his foe. The scythe will rip through the target, inflicting a dangerous status effect; Zombie. Items, abilities, or means of healing cause massive damage to the user. The stronger the healing item has, the more damage it does.
