I'm in a bit of a bind. I can't really decide between the usefulness of Alexis' current telekinesis and perhaps a physical enchantment (Favoring perhaps the reflexes and agility). What say you?
Also, I've been wondering, would an ability that compliments and bolsters another ability be legal? i.e. Alexis' destruction spells get bigger and badder.

If it serves to any answer to the second question, Yuffie presently possesses an ability that complements and bolsters the strength of one of her primary abilities, so I would suspect that it is alright to have complementary abilities.
I always favour buffing above miscellaneous situational magic, but I cannot say for certain whether or not it would be wise to drop your telekinesis for physical enchantments. I'd personally stick with the one which has the most roleplay value.

Mhm, from the start, the main selling point of telekinesis was flight; a crucial advantage. However, for a sorcerer, his physique is often his weakness; it'd be too easy for all those Sephiroth tanks or otherwise super physically endowed (And we have so many) characters to seize the initiative.
And well, his psychic power doesn't seem very useful; like you said, it's too situational.
So one of your abilities bolsters only one other? I was hoping to use one to bolster, albeit perhaps to a lesser extent, all those in the Destruction List.

I'm speaking off the cuff here, and without any real authority on the subject, but I think there's already an Equip provided for that purpose:
