April 16th is coming and this enhanced version of the FF7 movie will be coming out on Blu-Ray in Japan. From the trialers I watched it actually looked like it packed a lot more action scenes in. Since that's mostly all AC was good for it actually seems worth checking out to me. Too bad I have no player for it, haha.
Is anybody else interested in this?

Is it really coming over here? I haven't heard anything and I trust no one today. xD

Heh, slap in a few new content, a new cover and call it by an extended, cooler name and you've got yourself a second dip into people's pockets. It's how the Dynasty Warriors series and their Xtreme versions have subsisted. Glorious.
Anyway, I'll probably just watch it at a friend's house.

I may just download it first, then if its worth it, buy the movie when it comes here. Although the Japanese get a sweet bundle for this release. For those who pre-ordered the "special limited edition" version they also buy a 160GB Advent Children PS3, Advent Children on Blu-Ray and a free demo of Final Fantasy XIII. I'd just be in it to get the 160 GB PS3 really.

Of course they spent ¥49,980 yen to get it. That's a ton in respect to the meager $551 we fork up, if they stopped intentionally de-valuating their own currency (they won't), it'd be a lot more attractive. Might I add that $551 is somewhat justified in the bundle...except it lacks a free game.
