Though we're adding new items, I'm not sure if we're planning to revise the old ones? Some of them are pretty pointless and vaguely described. I can't think of anyone having bought them (The attack ones in particular). Also, reflect does what Invincible does, and more (reflecting attacks back), allows you to move, can be used more often than, and costs less than invincible.
