East Coast of the US; New Jersey to be specific... and trust me, it doesn't rule. Everything's expensive, politics muck up the works at all ends, and you count yourself lucky if you can come back from a walk without having stepped in someone's socio-economic agenda/evil plan to save the world.

Oh, and we have Newark, one of the overall worst cities in the country. Go us. Whoo-hoo. But I'm ranting; back to the topic at hand!
