Glad everybody likes this so much! It means a whole lot that my hard work is considered a success already. Hopefully this'll be a useful tool in bringing lots of new people into our big happy RPing family! ;D


Akito:I wouldn't worry so much about incorporating it into the forum per say, so much as making it part of our advertising. The Flash Guide is just a supplement to what's already in place -- a simple 'New Members Start Here' thread like what Northie's done will do the job. I think it's real power is likely to be as an advertising tool for Final Mix.

To be honest Akito, I was a little surprised at becoming staff so soon myself. Iris will tell you that my initial reaction when she made the offer was "And to think my highest aspiration here was to become a QM someday down the line..." I hope I continue to earn yours and everyone else's trust -- if I don't, feel free to call me out on it. And I mean that.

BTW, I just wanted to ask... does everyone like the music used in the guide? I tried to find tracks that had a KH feel about them in some way or another, but I'd like other people's opinions on whether it really works or no.

I thought the music was appropriate. There wasn't anything too annoying, which is sometimes a problem with things like that. I did not have a headache at the end. xD

The guide is amazing. I think it will definitely help out new members...I certainly enjoyed going through the whole thing. xD

Incorporating this into the ad wouldn't be anything difficult. I'll just add the link into our ad and go on a spastic advertising spree. Or ask someone else in desperate need of munny to do it for me.
