Physical Features: Not counting his hair, Cooper stands at 6ft 1. Longer than he is wide, and often compared to a bean pole, Cooper is not packed full of muscles but had his fair share of weight training. Therefore, the man's seemingly 'bean pole' strength can actually help him lift objects up to two thirds of his size. But his specialty rests not in his power but rather in his speed.
Facial Features: A bit of a baby face, Cooper has a trademark light copper hair that is fashioned into various enormous spikes. The man’s hairstyle might have people confusing him for Cloud. His hair is grown out on the right side, leaving the shorter bits on his left, which sticks out all over the place. Cooper has unnaturally pale skin for a desert native, making him a much-loved-misfit in his home town. Another notable feature Cooper possesses is are a set of emerald green eyes that seem to take on a life of its own when he’s smiling.
Clothing: The man wears a thin, zip-up, long sleeved green shirt for speed. He usually wears long black pants tucked into high black leather boots and wears three belts. The leather boots though are made out of iron heels and tips, useful when he uses his hand to hand combat. But the shoes also slow the man down a tad bit. However, the difference between no shoes and shoes are hard to see. Alternatively in colder weather, Cooper could be seen wearing a long green overcoat with two hanging tails like a tuxedo and a blood red arm band on his right bearing a theta symbol.
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Cooper has a strange cross shaped scar at the base of his throat. Around his neck is a silver chain that holds a metal dog tag with the name 'Garnet' inscribed on it and a ring embedded with a garnet gemstone. The man also has two piercing on his left ear, left over from his crazy days in the streets. Around one shoulder is a small brown knap sack. The strap of the sack slings sideways across his shoulder, and stored inside the bag are his bombs. Though Cooper is not a nicotine addict, the copper head had been seen with a cigarette dangling from his lips from time to time.

Behavior
A man with a charismatic attitude and a charming smile, Cooper seems like your average Joe with just a bit of leverage. However, the copper head can ease his way into your heart with his strange sense of humor and light banters as easily as he woos women. Cooper’s charm has a way with women, be they young or old. And though he claimed he had an abundant of headaches because of them, he continued to chivalrous as well as flirtatious around women. The problem is, as soon as he worms his way in, it just might be near impossible to remove the man.
This copper haired man also has a strange sense of loyalty. He's extremely trustworthy and loyal to those he works for or follows, making him perfect as the spy or runner. Once he’s sent on an assigned job, it would take multiple four-arm-trolls, giant-ferocious-felines, and dark-dangerous-caves to stop this man from finishing it. This fealty also applies to his friends in an abundant amount. The man knows no bounds when it comes to his friends. It seemed that nothing means more to him than friendship seeing that Cooper is capable of remembering every single friend and ally he had ever come across. Of course the con side to this is that at times this makes him a bit stubborn-headed and pushy. Especially if he’s with one of those silent, cold hearted people. Some may say that if there ever is a phrase that Cooper does not get, it's 'Get off My Back'.
A bloated ego and a slight case of arrogant prejudice are a few other things people have to deal with when it comes to Cooper. Sometimes, women can't get him off them, and other times, he can't seem to shut up. He can either be your best friend or the most annoying man you've ever come across. Cooper knows limits, and he knows them well. It just clicks slower for him than most. Not to mention the man has a love for daredevil stunts and usually toss himself into situations with reckless abandon. Holding a grudge—whether against someone else or himself—is also another flaw the man possesses.
Classified as a hedonist, Cooper does little to retrain his ‘id’. He’s usually motivated by pleasure and he hardly does anything without thinking in advance. Call him selfish, call him greedy, call him a player, he would not hesitate to deny it. Whether this actually helps or hinders him, so far it had not killed the man. As a good mercenary does though, he never mixes life after work with his missions.
Though it may seem that Cooper's a grinning wanton most of the time, the man is flexible with his moods and if the occasion calls for it, he can rival an animal ready to kill. Only when the occasion calls for it though. Otherwise, even in battle, he seems purely there to diffuse the mood. Though he has little problems with actually striking down someone and killing them, for it was his job a long time ago, the man still tries to avoid conflict and fighting for when it really comes down to it, he's much too weak to go up against half the people he ever meet in battle. Flight first, then if all else fails, fight. Sometimes though, Cooper can be explicitly violent when it comes to possessions or people he feels close to, to the extent of being vicious and unusually cruel—especially if he’s not getting what he wants.
Inside, Cooper is actually a man who had lost touch with his much more complex emotions, shying away from the pain of guilt and anguish, and instead, reaching for that simpler bliss of happiness, grins, and jokes. When stuck in an emotional crisis, Cooper usually try to change the subject, or ignore it. Deep inside, Cooper is merely a child dreaming his idealistic hallucination of absolute euphoria. He neither wishes to wake from it nor does he wish to lose it.
Though he is smooth with women and all others, Cooper is pathetically ignorant when it comes to machineries and anything that involved driving, and no amount of 'Dummy’s Guide to Driving Safely’ is going to help him cope. Cooper is a driving hazard, to put it bluntly. And he had been dubbed the human virus, for whatever complicated machinery put next to him always seems to end up busted. The poor guy is also prone to sea-sickness, and so, often keeps himself away from boats.

Primary Weapon(s)
Oil Gloves
This pair of red gloves is slathered with a thick layer of oil, making them highly flammable. Cooper does not wear them 24/7 due to the fact that he couldn’t be smearing oil all over the place, and instead, keep them in his pockets. When in need of them, he simply slips them on and use his Ignite ability on them. The gloves remain unharmed despite the amount of heat it is put through.
Secondary Weapon(s)
Splinter
Weapon Description: Merely half an arm length long, Splinter is Cooper’s last resort weapon. The dagger is thin and mainly made as a throwing weapon, much like Cooper’s build. Instead of a smooth edge, the dagger has several jagged hooks designed to stay in its target’s flesh and take large chunks with it when removed.

AP left:
Fire Cherries
Since the lithe man was never much of a master with pointy objects, thus to still enjoy that ‘kaboom’ in his battles, he uses multiple bombs to frighten his enemies, fight them, or knock them senseless, providing time for him to flee. These Fire Cherries activates when stepped on or when it violently comes in contact with a surface [flung, spat at, etc]. They come in small circular shapes and look exactly like round berries. Once scattered all over the place, it’s only a matter of time before someone steps on them. Cooper enjoys playing Russian Roulette with them by keeping them in his mouth. Should he spit one at his enemy, the bomb explodes on contact. The fire power of these Cherries are light and create more snap and light like fire crackers rather than actual bombs. They sting and give painful burns but do not tear chunks out of victims. If someone is caught within a field of exploding Cherries, they would just end up burned and dazed.
Strength: Weak
Uses: The Fire Cherries are the size of normal cherries, and Cooper could keep a large amount of them on him at all times. If he uses them excessively [throws a large amount of them at once] at a constant rate, the supply usually lasts for nine or ten of his posts.
Spontaneous Combustion
This attack utilizes Cooper’s whole battle field. Cooper usually uses Spontaneous Combustion after he’s been thoroughly warmed up by some sort of physical activity. Pushing out all of the heat in his body, Cooper spreads his entire warmth through the area around him. Immediately, people can feel a sudden heat wave wash around them. Just as quickly, Cooper either snaps his finger to activate the heat or use some kind of signal to cause his surrounding to spontaneously combust. The flame takes awhile to die off, and like a wild forest fire, it leaves nothing behind, licking everything in its sight. If there’s nothing to fuel the flame, the fire usually lasts four posts, and in this time, little of the ground remains free of flame, hindering movement. However, the diameter continues to get smaller and smaller as each post past. The size of Spontaneous Combustion can spread usually depends on how much heat the man has in him. But the maximum affected area is ten feet in diameter.
Cooper can also utilize a different version of this attack. Instead of spreading the body heat throughout the area, he can concentrate it on a specific spot or several specific spots. Again, a snap of the finger would cause a series of large explosions that would blow a human away or tear them to pieces. This attack is much similar to the bombs he carries as weapons.
Heat energy is not limited to Cooper himself. He can also draw heat from other people’s fire spells, the surrounding’s heat, and sometimes even other human warmth. However, Cooper must always use his own energy in the mix. Thus, the man tires out easily if he abuses his fire spells.
Strength:
Moderate
Uses:
Duration – Flames lasts 4 posts
This attack requires a five post cool down.
Kiss of Hell
Being a hand to hand combat specialist and a fire spell user, Cooper can combine the two to create a powerful ability. Gathering what he had possess, he concentrate the energy into his fists and feet, until finally, they burst into flame. With his fists and feet on fire, his punches and kicks could cause second degree burns in addition to the blunt damage of his attacks. Cooper can also send out fireballs about the size of basketballs and bursts of hot air capable of burning if he flings his hands or feet in the opponent's direction. This attack does not harm the user, but instead, after the fire is burned out, tires out the user and leaves him feeling cold. And because Cooper works on heat energy rather than magic, this might render the man a bit useless after long term usage.
Strength:
Weak
Uses:
Two post duration
Four post cool down
Speed Demon
Forced to hone his skill in speed and agility due to his inability to competently navigate any vehicles, Cooper now assess a sort of hyper speed that made sure he outrun almost anything he meets. However, this ability requires a warm-up before going fully into action. Cooper, since he runs entirely on body heat, has to gather up enough heat energy before performing a successful version of this ability. While attacking in Speed Demon mode, it keeps the enemy guessing, it also hinders Cooper’s accuracy. He tends to overrun and is prone to missing. Thus, he usually uses this ability in situations where speed is of essence or to escape. When attacking in Speed Demon mode, Cooper’s attack power for physical close range is double his normal strength, but his accuracy decreases greatly due to moving a bit too fast for him to see his targets clearly, giving him only a 50% chance of hitting anything, even if it's right in front of his nose.
Stength:
Weak
Uses:
Speed lasts for three posts straight
Three post cool down

.His.home.
A large and bountiful land of many different landscapes and races of people, Killan is split into five providences.
To the north is the cold harshness of Natharin, where the people's skin and hair color are as pale as the snow around them. They flock in large cities, with buildings and large walls to keep out the majority of Killan’s people. Many of Killan's intellectuals come from Natharin, seeing that in order receive the best education, one must seek the prestigious universities of the north. Though Cooper is born in Saila, he is of Natharin blood, hence the reason why his skin is paler than most in his village and his strange inability to tan.
To the south are the dry windy deserts of Saila, Cooper's birth place. Its inhabitants bore dark hair and tanned skin and are extremely religious. Usually, small villages spring up around churches scattered here and there. Unlike its northern counterpart, Killan's priests and clergymen usually come from the deserts of Saila. At the same time, Saila’s foreign and alienating traditions and often controversial point of views poses as the cause of many of Killan's conflicts.
To the east is the seascape city of Erria. Erria’s inhabitants are of oriental features, with almond eyes and black hair. Though touching the temperamental yet beautiful sea, the class riff in Erria is as wide as the country of Killan itself. Cities clump around the sea coast, hugging tightly to the ports and creating multiple social problems in the deepest part of the metropolis. The rich continue to get richer each day as the poor continue to grovel in the streets begging for food. The people of Erria are usually sailors, faring well on boats that alone sustain most of the wealth of Killan. However, Erria is seen as the poorest providence of Killan for only a top percent of the providence’s population own most of its wealth and a large amount its money goes to funding the broad inner lands of Erria, which are used as experiment grounds for the scientists of Natharin.
To the west are the rushing rivers and prairies of Wheri. Diverse in skin color, Wheri is the central of magic. Powerful wizards and witches dominate these prairies, living in luxurious cities sustained by the power of magic. Perhaps the most isolated of all providence, little is known about Wheri and its inhabitants. People tend to avoid the plains of Wheri, but often, a wandering mage or witch could be seen traveling the lands of Killan, teaching the people their powers or selling their magical wares.
In the middle, bordered by all four of these providences is a small yet rich land simply dubbed as Central. The richest, most prosperous, and yet the smallest providence of Killain, Central is inhabited by the famous and politically powerful. Strong in its economy and politics, Central can be seen as the perfect providence. Yet many people regard Central as the providence of the pigs, rolling around in their filth of gold and riches
.His.Story.
The copper head was born in the faraway world of Killan, in the southern providence of Saila. Saila was a land of desert and sun, and many of its inhabitants were tanned with dark hair. Cooper on the other hand though could be counted as the albino of the village with his pale, pale skin and bright copper hair.
One would imagine that as the odd one out, Cooper would have a hard time fitting in with the others. But as a child, he spent his days frolicking in the hot desert sea with friends and was the center of attention and care of his equally fair skinned mother. Finally at the age of sixteen he tired of seeing sand each day and snuck off with a couple of his friends to the capital city of Saila. There, he spent his next three years wandering, experiencing, and taking on odd jobs.
He never had the chance to return to his birthplace to visit his mother though, and instead was swept away by the Killanian civil war between Saila and its eastern neighbor, Erria. The war attracted many of the young men in Saila, including the twenty year old Cooper and his friends. This little rag tag band of three: Cooper, Nyx, and her brother Jet, specialized in all aspect of the mercenary ware with Cooper as make-shift leader and information gatherer, Nyx as military assistance, and Jet as mechanic. With his dynamic duo, they switched from one group to the next, leaving when they want and picking up work when they were needed. While working as a mercenary for one of the many guerrilla teams in the confusing war, Cooper met a young woman of large garnet eyes and long red hair, a fellow mercenary who was assigned to show him around the camp they had joined and later became his partner.
She was an apathetic woman with skin as light as Coopers. Cooper’s partner held little tolerance for goofballs like him, and her no-nonsense attitude rubs off on everyone. Everyone except Cooper that is. The female mercenary viewed Cooper with contempt, yet at the same time, the freethinking young man gave her a refreshing look on the world, no matter how annoying he was.
Selfish as he was, his attachment for Garnet eventually brought about the downfall of his motley crew. Nyx and Jet, annoyed and impatient with their imposed leader’s puppy love and lack of incoming currency, disbanded and left on their own. The next day, they were found dead, ridden with bullets.
Meanwhile, trouble was brewing up in the camp. The group has had one freak failure after the next. The enemy always seemed to know where they’re going to be next, which completely took away the concept of guerilla warfare. Like always, rumors sprouted like wild mushrooms. Tales of a traitor that was behind their repeated defeats and losses were told, and people started to point fingers at unpopular members of the group—this rogue group that had been moving from one camp to the next.
As soon as Nyx and Jet’s cadavers were found, the leader of the camp, furious and impatient, promised a boon for the one who find the leader guilty. They must have been working with the enemy. As soon as two of them tried to escape, they were shot down. There was no doubt they were trying to betray the Southern army. Even muddled speculations can become crystal clear in times of chaos. Anything will do to make sure things make sense again.
The young man may have been tolerated back in his village, but here, in the midst of paranoid men and war, Cooper was seen as a disease that must be rid of. And in the end, it was because of his strange skin color, he was made the scapegoat and exiled from the organization, and would have had his head on a platter too if he had not had good relations with the leader of the group.
They dumped him in the farthest corner of the desert, hoping he would rot in the desert, or at least be gunned down like his good for nothing friends were. Grief stricken, he tried to return to camp. As soon as they left, Cooper followed stubbornly after the cloud of sand they made with their old sand schooners, enraged and frustrated. But soon, he lost trail of them and wandered until he found a gigantic chimney of smoke and light coming from where he thought his headquarter was. Unknown to Cooper, headquarter was being attacked by the heartless. Unable to get there in time to help Garnet and the others, Cooper watched with despair as headquarter burned down with everyone in it.
Just his luck…after several long days of tramping through the desert, near death, he was liberated by a strange phenomenon that brought about the end of his world. There was a hole in the sky of Saila, and no doubt, all over Killan. His world crumbled as darkness took over and the young man awoke to find himself in Traverse Town, a haven for those who have lost their world to the darkness. Bombarded with these new and strange creatures, the heartless, Cooper was forced to adjust to the new environments, the different worlds, and most of all, the gummi ship, which he had the most problems with.
Cooper continued traveling, looking for jobs and ways to forget. He wandered with no purpose until one day he saw a very familiar figure, one that looks just like Garnet. It was just a glimpse but he was sure that it was her. And so he searched each world, looking for her.
At the same time, he heard stories about a young ambitious woman and her mercenary guild. The woman’s name was Nyx. No last names were provided, and Nyx was a popular name, but the man allowed his hopes to rise just a bit. He never saw Nyx and Jet’s body, having only heard of their demise from a witness. Perhaps…just perhaps they all survived…
