~Appearance~

As you are heading out the door of your house, a small glimmer of light catches your eye. You turn around and see a mirror, putting you face to face with your reflection.

Physical appearance ~ : Weiss, when standing straight, stands at about six foot three inches. He is slightly muscular in appearance, and has an almost sickly pale skin tone. He has long, spiky white hair, and bright blue eyes. He weighs about 165, 170 pounds.

Clothing/Accessories ~ : Weiss, wears no shirt. He wears white pants, with a bright blue stripes running down each leg on the front, and a black stripe on each side of the blue one. He wears dark gray, light black combat boots, which have the same striping as the pants. The boots go up to his knees, and then there is a silverish knee guard. At the toe of the boots are two bright blue stripes, that run a little way following the boot sideways.

~Personality~

As you're walking through the door, you see many sights that influence your mood. The different feelings that suddenly wash over you are many, leaving you with a strange mix of emotions.

Alignment ~ : evil/neutral

Behavior ~ : Weiss is similar to almost all villains in one way. He has a insatiable appetite, or even lust, for power. He is egotistical, and vengeful. He is easily annoyed by certain things, and not so much by others. He demands a deep level of loyalty from all who serve him, and usually sends them to do his dirty work. And when it comes to his brother Nero, he is somewhat obsessed, in an almost incest sort of way.

Weiss can be overconfident, rude, and abrasive. He taunts his opponents, eggs them to give him everything they have, and calls them weak if they don't make him sweat. He also seems to have a coniving side to him, in such a manner of speaking in that he gets others to do his dirty work for him, even if it means making them trick another person into doing it.

Suddenly, a Heartless appears in front of you, brandishing its claws and threatening to attack. You reach for your weapon and equip it, ready to defend yourself.

Heaven and Earth (see appearance)

Heaven and Earth are two gun-blades, being a combination of what appears to be an older shotgun, and a katana. One has the kanji (Japanese writing/symbol) for Heaven, the other Earth. Their coloring is a combination of gold, black, and silver.

Just as you're about to fight the creature, you feel the power of your ancestors filling you. The strength of a thousand men courses through your veins as you prepare for battle.

Homing Energy Blast: Jumps into the air and launches four energy balls at the target (each one has a range of ten feet from where he fires it, and he can fire one at a time, though if he doesn't fire them all in two of my posts, the leftovers vanish). Each ball is four feet in diameter, and when it hits something, it sends out five streaks of electricity, the range of each lightning bolt seven. These bursts of electricity can kill your average person (sometimes, most characters are way above being an average person so this won't matter), but leave others momentarily stunned. (NOTE: that he can only slightly control their movement, so if someone dodges the ball itself to begin with, there is a slight chance of getting hit when he changes the course)

Uses: 3 per battle, three post wait between uses

Meteor: Weiss glows white, then rises up twenty five feet into the air, then begins to charge up a vast amount of energy. This energy builds up, and forms a meteor, which is 30 feet diameter. He then throws the Meteor at the target. When it impacts, it explodes, engulfing anything within 40 feet in a fiery explosion.

Strength: 4
Uses: 1 per battle cooldown of 3 posts

Chain Slash: Weiss glows light blue, then slashes ten times, at about 30 miles per hour, at his opponent. Each blow has relatively weak strength, so blocking it once or twice won't be bad, but repetitive blocks can damage whatever you block with. A blow to the body will result in a cut.

Uses: 3, one post cooldown

OK, let's see.

1. Homing energy blast is way too strong for a moderate ability, especially since it's homing. I won't allow it to home in on targets. It should still be easy to avoid. Please reduce the size of each ball. The ball itself is TEN feet if the radius is simply five. o__O Combine all four balls it's fourty feet, not to mention it's spread out, AND when it hits, it sends out EIGHT bursts that travel FIFTEEN feet. And it kills. :\

Yeah, you get what I mean. No unconscious victims, numbing them or paralyzing them momentarily I'll accept. I'm iffy about killing...there's bound to be some normal humans running around in the future if not now. I'd feel highly sorry for them if they run into Weiss...but I'll leave that alone for now since 'killing' shouldn't be an issue anymore. I might change my mind later though.

Shrink the ball to four feet in diameter, reduce the amount of bursts shot out of each ball to five, and the range of each lightning bolt to seven. That itself should cover a LOT of grounds for a moderate ability. Please include a range for how far each energy ball goes.

2. Meteor is again, way too powerful for a moderate ability. .__. Even for a strong ability, I might have been iffy about it. Fifty feet inferno ball? @__@

Max 30 feet diameter ball with a forty feet blast zone.

3. Eh...for the third ability, since it's a weak ability, reduce the amount of hits to ten. And lightly damage. A few scratches won't hurt anyone. XD

4. Dun forget your post cool downs.

5. I want more depth in the personality. He is your hard earned canon after all. Act like you actually earned him. XD

You forgot to mention how far the ball itself can travel in the Homing move if uninterrupted by any impact.

As for the post cool down, raise it up to three cool down instead of one.

For Chain slash, a gash sounds too terrible. XD A cut. Since he's able to move pretty fast for people to people to block ALL ten hits. Of course, a lot of 'cuts' can be as devastating as one big gash.
