Ok, a few details I need you to add in here before I can approve this. Is the shield itself electric? Does it cause electrical damage to things that touch it, or does it just act as a barrier? What's the size of the shield?
EDIT: Flame of Hades I can approve just as it is.

yes, it will cause electrial damage, and it an arm lengths out
