Physical appearance ~ : She stands at 5' 5". Her hair, a dark red, is set in a loose loop tie-up, but when is let down it goes past the shoulders by 4". Her eyes are grey in color. Her skin is a light tan in color. She has five tails but because of her restraint her tails are tied down to look like one large tail.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : Her clothing involves a dark green sport top shirt with a white rectangle over the left breast with "prison numbers" sewed into it. Her pants are grey camo-cargo shorts that goes past the knees. Her shoes are athletic shoes with low-cut socks. Her accessories include, creme colored elbow pads and knee pads, and an arm strap that holds her Pact card. Floating around the tip of her tails is a restraint, that look like elaborate runes, put on her as part of her punishment.

Behavior ~ : Her tendency is to get something, and if it's valuable she would sell it for money. So when it comes down to money she tends to go flipflop with her alliance. But other than that she can be nice. Though she can be annoying because she likes to poke fun at people and things about them.

Her card is the item comes after a Pact is made. Inside it it holds a weapon with great power. To summon her weapon she just needs to say "Verti" and to turn it back into it's card form she just needs to say "Reverti".
Ravage Wind is a pair of charkam that are 1' in diameter. They are said to summon the west wind to the whim of the wielder.

By clenching her fist, she stores energy then when she gets close to her enemy's face, she opens her fist releasing the energy into a blinding light, that will temporarily blind the enemy for 1 post.

Using her the only power available to her, she first does a low sweeping kick then diagonally kick upward sending a razor gust of wind in a circle around her.

Wind Style: Rev It Up!
Using the her fox powers and the Pact, she has wind go throught the charkams spinning them at high speeds. Once at these high speeds, the charkams can "float" in Lucy's hand. She can use them like buzzsaws to cut into things or people; by shifting the charkams from under her palm to the tops of her hands she can use one or both of them like miniture bucklers, or when throwing punches act like extension of the punches itself and come back like a yoyo. Then finally by placing the charkam on the side of her legs, she can throw a kick and like rock on a rope, the charkam fly off to extend the range of the kick by a foot, then come back to the side of the leg like a yoyo.

Lucilia, or Lucy for short, is a mischievous kitsune who is a bit of a money-grabber. So for her, she steals things then sell them for money. However what happens is that she steals an artifact not knowing that in the wrong hands, could harm the world (talk about typical screw up); still not knowing she sold it in a marketplace and took the money. Later she gets captured and is put on trail for this crime. She is proven guilty but she offers a deal, saying that if she was set free she could go look for it and bring it back. After a time they agreed but on two condition. For condition one, most of her kitsune abilities are to be sealed, then for condition two, she is to be under a "surveillance" to insure that she is doing what she can to find the artifact. As such she was forced to make a Pact with Marcus Road, a young magician in training.
