Continued from the bulletin board thread.
Leader: Stray/Larxene
Founders: Rocket/Vexen, Zero/Axel
Members: Hito/Saix, Highwind/Xigbar (pending), Akito/Marluxia
Alright, I'm not picky. I say anyone with the post count needed can be a founder if they 1.) say they want to be in their post, and 2.) pitch in with questions, comments, and just generally being active.
Also, I'm looking for a co-leader if anyone cares. Either way, having one or not, is fine.
I'm looking to make an Org XIII group for members with Org XIII chars to join. We are currently not taking original characters, but we might in the future.
I would like a group that would be interested in helping out with board run plots or quests if the Organization is needed. Don't worry, we'll have our own plots as well.
We have a bunch of openings right now, and expect a few after the activity check. Please come check us out. ^_~

This is Rocket as Vexen, applying for the position of Founder.
As for questions, comments, and activityness, I'm a QM. Gonna be around for the next eternity, I promise. xD
But hey. Questions/comments and all that fun stuff.
Given the failure of previous Organization XIII attempts, I think that there needs to be a very clear "line of succession". If the IC leader drops out, or requests to be removed from the position, then it happens right away and goes to the next person.
Similarly so, after initial handling, moving in, getting under control, and all that fun stuff happens, I really completely truly want some OC action. Not all OrgXIII members are gonna be mega-active, which lowers the actively involved members a bit. If the occasion should arise, then the bringing in of OCs should really really happen, in my own unprofessional opinion.
Being a QM, I don't mind helping out with running Org involved plots 'n Quests. xD I'm full though, with a reasonably full cue line too, Quest-wise.
I'd also like to request a serious lack of traitor-itis, if only while the Org is getting back on it's feet. Vexen has major fear of traitors anywho...

Can I still post here if I just wanna be a member? Dun wanna be a founder unless we need another one. Electrocute me if not ><
On the matter of Roxas and Namine...Namine was never really one of us. Unless we require usage of her powers, leave her be. Roxas on the other hand, unless we have appropriate manpower, leave him be as well. Eventually we can drag him back to us or have an Axel try to convince him to return willingly. So yeah << >>
Namine: Leave alone unless needed.
Roxas: Drag back eventually.
Personally I think we should focus on getting back on our feet with who we definitely have as returning members before we deal with the ickyness of dragging back the less willing members. Maybe include the OCs when we're searching for wayward members? Just a thought.
I'm all for setting up a chain of command as Rocket suggested. Maybe just go with leader then whatever founder is most active, then the least active founder?
Just my one cent. Again, electrocute me if I'm not supposed to post here xD

As much as I love to electrocute, I'm afraid I agree with all points stated. So sorry, no zapping this time. =/
First off, IC succession. I agree, there needs to be some ranking system established. (Perhaps something like the Organization had so that the higher up chairs (the members that did the most missions) held higher rank in the group?) We can discuss this further on the faction board when we get it. Likewise, I'm sure we can come up with a plot line to explain the missing members. I've got some things in mind, and I'm sure between all the members involved we can come up with something easy and fun.
As for this so called 'traitor-itis,' while I'm not going to be one to force rebellious characters to act right (which would be ooc), I can assure you that these so called traitors will act in their best interests. ^_~ (Aka we won't be doing anything to prevent this happy reunion from taking place.)
As for Namine and Roxas, I agree with Hito. It NEVER works out when it comes to those two. That said, I'm not interested in either of them. Even if Namine wanted to come, I'd boot her out. xD I consider her a part of the 'main hero' group anyway. If we happen to get Roxas, great. If not, no big deal. He's not our concern. Our main concern should be getting the Org back on it's feet and starting toward our goals again.
And yes, I was hoping all members would post here just so I could get an idea of where they wanted to be on the list. :3 That and I like everyone's input on the subjects at hand.
Oh, that is a good idea! Yes, I'd rather like sending out OCs to search for future members. If our plots/goals allow, we'd definitely need to add that to our things to do list.
Thank you two for posting your thoughts. It helps a lot with getting everything organized.

I don't know about you, but my cute little ic butt does not hold phoenix downs. =p This topic, amongst many, many others, will be discussed once we get a faction board, I promise. ^^ Right now though, we just need members.

Well, if I put you on as Founder for now, we could at least get this party started, so let's go with that for now.
