Character Name:
Storm
Character Age:
18
Character Gender:
Male
Character Race:
Human
Character Position:
Neutral
Character Personality:
It's best to say that Storm is one of life's victims. He tends to be extremely withdrawn and will never open himself to others not risking getting close to people. This is due to his somewhat dark past yet he never exposes himself to emotions. Despite talking to people in a somewhat cold and abrasive manner, he doesn't intend to be that cold for he wishes to be friendly and actually believes he is being just that at the time. Although intellectually smart he doesn't show much common sense when it comes to having relationships with other people. Indeed he does say what he thinks regardless of the other persons feelings on the matter and that is when he does actually talk. Most of the time he can seem ignorant and quiet as he just drifts through life not taking much notice of anything. In fact he does take alot of mental notes of such details for he is a very cautious being and requires alot of getting used to.
Character's Appearance:

Battle Information
--------------------------------------
Weapon Name:
Numerus
Weapon Appearance:
A set of weapons that have Roman Numerals indicating which one is which. I, is the most used by Storm and the rest are used at random. The set reaches a maximum total of nine weapons which can be summoned at will by Storm and they will also take defensive measures to protect their host by appearing at random around Storm to protect him. Controlled through Storm's mind, he can utilize them for defense, offense, and other abilities. Weapons I & IV are broadswords. II & V are double ended swords. III, VIII & IX are Halberds/Spears. VI & VII are guns, VI being a rifle and VII being a one-handed shotgun. When using any of these weapons his eyes change from their normal slate Grey color to a deep crimson.
.:Numerus:.
Abilities:
Cerebral Atrum; Tainted by the crystals to wield the Numerus, Storm has a sort of dark essence nestled within his mind. It allows him to use his own darkness [which is quite potent] to make a physical form of the dark purple essence. It takes on the form of explosive [not exothermic] blasts and barriers of protection. Using this ability he can step into a world of darkness like no other to shift around a field and of course get away from opponents he cannot defeat. No one can leave or enter this darkness with out Storms permission and one can be swallowed by the inner darkness nestled within his mind. With this ability, Storm can extract and absorb pretty much anything that is in-animate like objects and dead matter. Only extremely weakened living organisms can be absorbed into this inner darkness and in doing so they are slowly corroded by a powerful force and sent mad. But the painful downside to this ability is that every time Storm uses it, his mental state has a high risk of depleting posing a risk to his own sanity. If he has no control over his darkness then it can swallow him whole and thus could die from his own abilities. When this happens [which is frequent] most people in the surrounding area will most likely die or lose a limb or something like that. His darkest darkness is unleashed at this time and well...you can guess the rest.
Restore; Using a advanced healing ability, Storm can trigger his wounds to heal themselves immediately. Bathing in a contrasting white light, the spell restores 50% of maximum stamina each time it is used. This means that it can only be used three times in a battle. [3 Post CDT]
Nero Meltdown; An ability which allows Storm to ignite the molecules in front of him into a non-elemental stream of energy which is extremely powerful. It takes a dark appearance with a white center and in between there is a transition of silver and grey. It has a two meter radius and can stretch out in a linear straight fashion for many many miles meaning that from a long distance this powerful spell can hit you. Of course it has no homing effect making it a disadvantage to a slow mover. It surges forward at the speed of light and can cause matter to simply disappear which means a strong barrier or a incredibly well timed teleportation method is used is the only way to avoid this. Character History
--------------------------------------
Storm was born in a world known as City of Nightfall namely because it was always night with the moon in the sky. The whole world is covered by the grand city which was divided into multiple seperate areas and districts. Slums, Third-Class Housing, Second-Class estates, First-Class Residents and then the Royal Palace. The latter being the kind of family he was born into was a long line of kings, destined to become crystals of heart when their first male child reached 16. Being a vast city, it was technologically advanced and of course studied the vast complexity of the human body. In turn they found out that the heart contained the actual being of a human and realized they had stepped too far over the boundaries.
Unlike Ansem the Wise's apprentices, they stopped their research and destroyed all evidence of it even existing. The founder of the city, was the first king and reached 100 without the help of the cursed Numerus. The current set that Storm has are actually the previous nine kings, their body and hearts crystallized in a void of darkness which gives birth to a new weapon each time a current king is sacrificed. Because of the numerus, they are granted immortal life until their male child reaches that certain age in which they can then die. Being sacrificed by the next king in line is the process in which the previous king becomes a crystal because they wished for their own death. One who thinks such things will become a Heart Crystal which contains tremendous power.
Before him, Storms father was the current king and his son was fast approaching 16. The family had suffered a terrible curse of darkness, the price in which sacrificing a heart does to someone, but unusually it afflicted the father in a way he could have no more children. It always did have different side-effects with other people. Only at the tender age of 16, it was quite a traumatic time for him to kill his father and become the next king. Immediately afterward within a few days of being king many of the council tried to manipulate Storm as a puppet, he was having none of it.
With his first assassination attempt, the Numerus did their job and protected their host in killing the assassin with ease without Storm even realizing until he turned around at the sound of anguish. As time went on, the High Priest, also a mentor of the kings, began to teach Storm how to use the Numerus and control them. Haunted by the darkness in his mind, he was becoming a little unstable at times in which the Priest had to resort in using powerful spells to knock him unconscious. After finally telling the priest about the darkness that effected him so badly, he began to understand it and in turn taught Storm how to use it to his advantage.
Two years went by rather fast and the young king was getting alot of support from the people. In those short years he had abolished the council for conceit against him as well as arranged diplomatic peace agreements with the neighboring kingdom. However that wasn't to last. On an eventful night, the next kingdom planned a surprise attack once Storm had invited them and a unit of their troops for a celebration banquet of his 18th Birthday. It was all a little bit quiet and in truth they wanted the crystals that had so much power contained within them.
A vicious fight broke out in the banquet hall as Storm was teleported by the High Priest to to the Throne Room, the place of the crystals. Being the wielder of the cursed Numerus, he was the most powerful and able fighter in the kingdom and so it was only true that he should guard the crystals. That night, the whole city fell into chaos with a hail of bullets ripping all those in range apart. Once they had stopped, the current king was now ready. Walking down out of his throne room and out into the courtyard, he was greeted by a whole unit of soldiers. Effortlessly he dispatched them with the help of the Numerus and his newly utilized Darkness.
However he had relied on it too much, and thus the mind was degraded temporarily. With so much energy used he had ripped a hole in time and space and was transported to another world. Although he had awoke in a separate universe all together, he found he could still use the Numerus as well as his darkness. Perhaps he wasn't so far from home. Indeed, his world was the World That Never Was, except it was in the distant past, which is why it is such a large city. The throne rooms were at the seat of Memories Skyscraper, which was built as a tribute to the last line of kings, who were apparently dead. Of course with the crystals not being in full use, the life all around was slowly withering and dying. That is why the Nobodies came to inhabit the world later on.

I wasn't sure if this was a Cannon character or an Original simply being because he is in FFXIII, but it hasn't been released or anything. Plus I made the history something a bit more adapting to the KH world, if you see what I mean. If this is deemed a cannon character I will fill out an application form for them in the appropriate board.
