Welcome Freshman to the beautiful Goldhiem Academy! In a moment I will show you all to your dorm rooms so you can unpack your belongings, but first let give you a short overview of the school you will be attending for the next four years. On the first floor we have the ballroom, which is over two hundred years old, we also have the theater for all of you performers, to your left you'll see the doors to the auditorium where all special events will be held. On the second floor you will find all of your core classes, like Arithmetic, Science, etc.. Up on the third floor is where your dorms are located. Lastly all arts are up on the fourth floor.
Now lets just go over some rules quickly. Anything above the fourth floor or below the first floor is off limits to students. Why? Well, that's the teachers business, just know that any student who ventures there will be severely punished. Moving on. Students must be in full uniform when school is in sessions. That means no hats, to open toed shoes, and no sweatshirts other then then the one listed in the school handbook.That's it for now. Follow me to your dorm rooms, please.
Goldhiem Academy seems like the perfect school, but is something hiding in it's mysterious past. And why are students not allowed in the towers or basement? Years ago in the class of 1996 a young man named James Carlyle fell in love with a younger girl named Maria. She was his life, everything he had ever dreamed of, but when she refused him he became virtually insane. Students who were close to her began disappearing until she finally graduated and left the school. Now in 2009 Maria Eldsworth has returned as the arithmetic teacher at Goldhiem. Will the ghosts of the past return to haunt her and the entire school? The only one that may have any information is the eccentric Language Arts teacher, Diana Rosathem who seems to know more then she should about the topic.
Now students are beginning to disappear again and no one is sure just what to do. Will you risk it and come and join Goldhiem Academy?
