Faction Question/Complaint

A member can only participate in ONE Faction at a time. No spying. It is a competition, after all.

1. But what if you have two completely different characters that could fit into factions that wouldn't have anything to do with one another? Competion is great and all, but people should know how to keep ic and ooc information separate. That said, I think it should be one character per faction, instead of one member per faction.

Also, if there is a concern over salary, then just state that members are only allowed one payment, no matter the number of characters they have in factions, a month. (I would say that it should be their highest paying salary that they would get.)


2. I would also bring up that there should be an infinite amount of factions of any side allowed, but since there aren't many right now, there really isn't much I can say. Still, these rules seem to be a bit too stifling. If people have a good enough cause, the numbers, and the posts needed, that should be enough, right? Course, I would understand not allowing factions with similar causes, unless there is some ic/ooc conflict between members.


3. Also, a random idea, is there any place where we can see the current state of factions and who they might be allied/warring with? It might be informative to those looking to join a faction, or just interesting to see what's going on with everyone else.

1. PATIENCE...I've already made new rules addressing the more than one faction thing and fixing some other things. Keep yer knickers on. xDDD I've been panicking about them, making sure there aren't any....holes.

2. While I agree, seeing the sorry state factions are in I think limited is needed. If there are limited ones, then there is a better chance the ones that are made/ get made will have more members. We dont' have the largest member base yet, and factions need more than three people in them. But we'll see.
