The following are all Equips for Vexen.
Blizzard II - 150 Munny
Allows the user to shoot a head-sized spiky ice crystal at high speed with slight homing ability. Very difficult to dodge at medium range. Shatters upon contact and deals weak ice-elemental magic damage. 10 uses per battle.
Dream Shield - 200 Munny
This equip boosts the power of the Shell Aura class ability, allowing it to completely guard against even strong-level attacks. In exchange this equip enforces a period of three of your turns between each use of Shell Aura. Guardians with a Dream Shield must only wait one of their turns between uses.
Guardian Shield - 350 Munny
This equip gives a Guardian character two extra sets of Shell Aura. Other character types will gain one set of Shell Aura to use.
Stop - 400 Munny
When activated this equip causes the area within ten feet of the user's casting position to be surrounded by a perimeter of magical images of time pieces. Any opponents still within this area at the end of their next post become afflicted by the Stop status, frozen in time. A character affected by Stop can not actually sustain physical injury if attacked while frozen, but all attacks made on them during their Stop status hit them at once as raw damage to their stamina when it ends. The status lasts for only 1 of the opponent's posts. When attacking a Stop-afflicted target a character may use only one attack ability or one three-hit physical attack combo. 3 uses per battle.
Sonic Thrust - 200 Munny
The user can perform a thrust with their weapon or body which propels them at Strong-level speed across a distance of ten feet. A slipstream surrounds the user that dulls any attack made on them from the front or sides during this movement but it also dulls their attack if it involves a bladed or piercing weapon to only cause blunt damage. The propulsion can only move the user in a straight direction and only over a surface, not through the air. 4 uses per battle with no other limitations. Sonic Thrust's damage is equivalent to a Weak ability.
All save for Stop should be able to apply for a Canon Discount.
Also, to be able to have them ON him, need to buy two Equip slots for 400 munny. I don't think those applied to the canon discount, though. xD
And then 100 for upgrading the Freeze Pride to Fine Quality. Here's a Weak ability for it...
Levitation:
The Freeze Pride is capable of moving of it's own accord, for an indefinite amount of time, in a manner allowing Vexen to multitask defending and pondering. The kite shield cannot go beyond half a foot of Vexen, and must always be facing outwards from Vexen while in effect.
This cannot be used as an attack in any way, and is only capable of being used of defending against non-ability and non-equip attacks. i.e. Physical attacks from an opposing party are the only attacks capable of being defended from while the Freeze Pride's Levitation capabilities are active.
Upon being struck three times by a physical attack, the shield will temporarily lose this capability. Being attacked otherwise will not be defended by the shield. (The shield will only react and attempt to defend against physical attacks. Other attacks will not be guarded by the shield.)
If outright and purposely attacked with an ability or otherwise non-physical attack, the Freeze Pride will automatically return to Vexen's hand and the cooldown will begin, as if attacked three times by a physical attack. However, doing so is ONLY attacking the shield, unless the attack is large by nature, and will not affect Vexen as previously stated under accidental conditions.
Strength: Weak
Uses: Inf., 5 Post Cooldown
I understand completely if I can't get the Weapon Refinement for a canon discount though, even though the ability is canon.
And then, on top of that, a plain ol' weak ability!
Data Obtain:
Through tireless research, Vexen is capable of producing an object not unlike something the Radiant Garden Defense Systems use to produce their minions.
Instead of attacking though, this circular data that travels along the ground as a large Nobody symbol, obtaining data from anyone who is above it.
It can move no faster than an average human's fast walking speed. So... around 12 MPH, which can translate to about 5 feet a post. By full out running, you can usually steer clear of it.
It can only lock onto one target to follow, though it can obtain from multiple people during such a time.
The Data it can obtain is battle oriented. So long as it is under the target when it attacks physically, it can provide that data to Vexen later. The same applies for when an ability is used.
This does not apply to weapons, physical, or mental data. Those require more study to be able to implement into such a system so delicate. For now, it remains Vexen's well trained eye's duty for such complex parts of human nature, and otherwise.
Strength: Weak
Uses: Passive after initial activation
Again, canon-ocity is based on the above link to Vexen's KHII:FM+ battle.
When all's been said and done, the total (including this last Weak ability as Canon, and including the Weapon Refinement as Canon,) is 1500 munny. If the Weapon Refinement doesn't apply canon-wise, then it's all for 1600 munny.
Aaaaand a link to his profile!
