Roxas[center]Oblivion[/center]
Element Heart Slot: Light- Any attack from Oblivion does light damage.
Status Heart Slot: Daze- Temporarily stuns another character. May not always work. Effect lasts for three posts, and has a cool-down of three posts.
Weak Heart Slot: Light Boost- Any light based damage Roxas deals is boosted. Passive
Moderate Heart Slot: Light Speed- When Roxas is stationary, including hard turns that result in temporarily remaining in one spot, he can use Light to propell himself forward at nearly triple the average man's running capabilities. He can go no farther than fifteen feet, and cannot attack while moving this fast. He can however stick his weapons out to cut something as he goes by, or forward to stab if he rams into something. He bursts forward at 50 miles per hour. Roxas has to wait five posts between each use. Roxas can only use this ability while holding his Keyblades.
Strong Heart Slot: Nothing's Reach- Roxas has the ability to make his keyblades float in the air around him, and manipulate them much easier than while holding them. They can go no farther than twenty feet away from him max. This allows him to do things like spin his Keyblades at 20 miles per hour (while he isn't holding them), block attacks from behind, and the like. If knocked back to the ground his Keyblades will just rise back up. Hitting them with a strong ability, two moderate abilities (one right after the other), or a normal attack that has a lot of force behind it will result in him having to hold them in his hands for three posts.[center]Oathkeeper[/center]

Status Heart Slot: Haste- All of Roxas reflexes are faster than they would be normally. Instead of taking three seconds to turn, he can do it in one, and the like. Effect lasts three posts and has a three post cooldown.
Weak Heart Slot: Nobody's Twilight- Roxas' ability Nobody's Light now has four uses instead of just three. The cooldown remains the same.
Moderate Heart Slot: Keyblade Clone- Roxas can create duplicates of his Keyblades, that float around him. Any time anything gets within five feet of him, they attack whatever, or whoever it is, or defend Roxas. He can create up to four duplicates, but cannot have more than two out at a time. They are made up of pure light, and thus lack the originals' color, and they can't do the same abilities his others can, but they do light damage. Each set of two lasts for two posts, and once he goes through both sets, he has to wait two posts before he can use another set. They do one-fourth as much damage as the real ones.
Strong Heart Slot: Light's End- Roxas' Keyblades float around him. Everytime someone gets within ten feet, they fire off a three beams of light, that have the circumference of three inches. Each one can fire four times, and then has to wait two posts before they can fire again. Anytime one of these hits something, it blows up (or so to speak). The blast area is five feet. As with all his other abilities that use light, this one does light damage. Each Keyblade can only fire off one set per post.

Nothing's Reach: Passive? Woah, this will allow him to practically block any attack directed at him at any time. And since he has TWO keyblades, well, it'll be a wall at all times, huh? What do you mean spin his keyblade at 20 miles per hour? When he toss his keyblades, or spin it in his hands? Will his keyblades be able to attack by themselves? Maybe a cool down or some kind of flaw to this ability would be nice...
Also, please add the necessary cool down of three turns and mention that the status effect mode lasts for three turns too. Just so we dun have to go and look it up in the rules board for those of us who can't remember.
Keyblade Clone: How long do the clones last? Do they also work on magical spells or energy rays?
Also...what does your last Strong Heart ability have anything to do with your weapon? Weapon slots are for abilities that deal with your weapon. Roxas making clones of himself has nothing to do with his keyblade. Frankly, your Light Speed ability has the same problem too. :\

there edited. Made Light Speed so that he can't use it unless he's holding his Keyblade(s). Everything else is edited as asked. Also instead of the clones, I changed it into a new ability.

Hmmm.
Three beams can be easily dodged, so that's fine. I'm assuming that Nothing's Reach, Keyblade Clones, and Light's End can't all be used at the same time, right?

If knocked to the ground, his keyblades will not be able to fly for one turn. Not just Strong ability or two Moderates; they just need something that exerts a decent amount of force, alright? A sword swing by a capable person, for one. Nothing's Reach is -essentially- Auto-assault, a super strong ability, except limited slightly. Remember, it returns to your hand if its knocked down; you're hardly inconvenienced.
If you give it a cooldown instead of having it passive, I might change my mind.
Keyblade Clone: Did you just...give yourself two extra keyblades? Mention that they do considerably less damage than the real thing; I'm talking a quarter of the damage of the real deal and they, like the real thing, can be knocked down for a turn.
Keyblades are very powerful weapons, so I'm a little harder on them.

High: yup.
Akito: Increased the time he has to hold his Keyblades if knocked down to three posts. And as for the Keyblade clone, since they are duplicates and not really actual Keyblades, I made it so they do have the damage his real Keyblades do.
Hopefully it's good now.

Good ol Aki, always there to catch what I missed.
Can you take the 'passive' part out of Nothing's Reach? It does have a three post cool down after all, but is unlimited, I understand. It's not passive.

I just noticed.
Half + Half = Full keyblade damage. Keep it to a quarter. The limits of a moderate ability.
