Fi rethought

I want to change a few things on Fi.

1. His lance.

This lance is an heirloom of the Dragoon style, passed down to Fi by his master. It has a black shaft, and a head made of an unknown metal that seems to absorb light.

2. Whirlwind.

Fi spins his lance over his head, and some unknown magic, whether from the lance or Fi himself, causes a cyclone about fifteen feet high and eight feet across to form around him. The cyclone is extremely powerful, able to drag in a normal person from about three feet away and send him about twenty feet in the air. It hits both enemies and allies, so Fi has to be careful where he uses it.

Kain is a bit testy since he's, you know, a Dragoon from FF4, but I think its ambiguous enough.

How big is the Cyclone exactly? Width wise?

Drag in people? How far must the person move away from the cyclone in order to avoid being dragged in? Please add it in the description please.
