Ok, well, we have our minimum to start the plot!
Unfortunately, our villain is on vacation right now, so when he gets back the plot will be kicked off. First thread will be just Wave and Mook to start.

Speaking of villainy, all those allied with the Villain side o' things can expect a PM upon my full fledged return. I'll share Mook's line of thought, we can figure out how each of you meet up with him, etc... any relevant character info's always welcome!
I suggest you others do the same, using this extra time to your advantage. You might very well need it... X3

And the first thread has begun! See 'One Step' under Act 0. This will be just me and Rocket, and will be very short. Afterwards, each time will have a thread to gather the IC groups together.
Note: IC does not equal OOC. If you see someone you know is a villain in this, but you don't know that they're a villain ICly, there is no reason to be suspicious of them.
Edit: Also, thank Rocket for the title of the plot: Transcending Bond.

The two threads of the 'hero' groups are started! This is when all people joining said groups will join their respective leaders. It will be listed under Act 0.
Once these two threads are done, we'll begin Act 1. Villains already have their orders from Rocket. >>
