"Ooh my god!" Little Ellie exclaimed as she twirled around in the water, she could breath, talk and swim in the in the water. She had fins, and was half human half fish. Her scales were a aqua blue color. This was so cool to her. She had never liked swimming before but this was actually fun, when you could see, breath and talk under water. She continued to twirl her body around, then she heard something. It sounded like singing.
"W-what is that?" She asked herself. It sounded far off, and was just a bunch of gibberish to her but it sounded much like a song. She twirled once more and started to swim towards it. She hadn't gotten used to swimming and went slowly. As she got closer and closer, she started to hear more and more singing and began to understand what they were saying.
Under the sea.. Under the sea...
She crept closer and closer, hiding behind some rocks and plants. She swept some out of her view, to see a bunch of fish singing and playing instruments. There was a crab in the middle, on a rock, singing along and guiding them. A smile spread across her cherry pink lips. She then slowly began to hum along. She did not know the words, but wanted to join in.
Under the sea Under the sea Nobody beat us Fry us and eat us
She slowly began to sway her head back and forth, the tail of her her fin moving as well. Suddenly their song stopped as the crab saw her. She hid behind the seaweed. But the crab was besides her. "Come sing with us!" he said to her.
"N-no its okay." But he grabbed her arm with his arm and some other fish swam up behind her and pushed her forward out of hiding.
"Let's sing!" The crab shouted, then the music started up again. "From the beginning now."
They all began to sing, Ellie looked around lost. She tried to join in but didn't know the words.
The seaweed is always greener In somebody else's lake...
They began to sing.
....You dream about going up there But that is a big mistake Just look at the world around you Right here on the ocean floor....

What...the...hell.
So, how would YOU feel if you'd be peacefully napping in your room, enjoying the warm summer air and resting, when suddenly you wake up and realize...Umm...You're underwater. Konaa's immediate thoughts varied around "oh god I'm going to drown", "huh", and a wide amount of expletives.
His confusion did not halt when he realized that he was not drowning, that he could breathe perfectly well without any sort of fins or diving gear. Also, the pressure at this depth should have been killing him, but he seemed to be perfectly fine. Suddenly, a school of fish swam by, but stopped at the sight of him.
"Hello! Um, that's strange, you have legs. We don't often get land dwellers down here."
...So now fish were talking to him. He was obviously in a coma, or the most realistic dream ever. Anyways, he couldn't exactly respond, considering that he was miles underwater and his lungs would fill with water the second he opened his mouth-
"Is it a STRANGE thing to have legs? No more strange than talking fish, I'd wager."
...What the hell!? Was this "let's kill every law of physics slowly and painfully" land? That pretty much confirmed that he was in the strangest dream possible.
"Well, of course, silly. The only kinds of people that look like humans around here are merpeople! We do get some travelers from other worlds from time to time, but they tend to have their legs replaced with dorsal fins when they enter."
Ah. Another world. That explained....some of it. A few key questions remained: Why was he different from the other travelers? How did he get here via napping? And finally...WHY WERE THE FISH TALKING!?
"Come with us! There's a singalong going on right now, it'll be lots of fun!" They swarmed around him, starting to carry him through the watery valley.
"O-oi! Cut it out! I-" Great. Kidnapped by FISH and being brought to a singalong. This...was going to be painful.

She cut through the water like a bullet, snapping and slashing through a churn of bubbles in hot pursuit of a particularly sassy blowfish. It’s yellow spikes bobbed ahead tantalizingly and she put on an extra burst of speed, rolling effortlessly into a dive. Savoring the cold taste of brine in her gills, the foam whipping through her hair. She was gaining on it. It’s tail fin was ten meters away. Five meters. Three Meters. Her muscles stretched. Inches. She opened her jaws and straaaaaiiineed forward envisioning the crunch...
But her teeth only closed hard on open water with a painful clink. Unable to stop her momentum Ophelia summersaulted into a school of blue tuna. Dashed near to death by a buzz of panicked silver scales. Clutching her head and waiting for her skull to stop vibrating. When she next dared to look up, all of the tuna had cleared off and the cheeky little mongrel was zipping around several feet behind her. Of all the dirty rotten...
It did a did a little twirl as if to say: “You’ll have to get up earlier than that nimrod. Ha-Ha-Ha.” Then it’s pretty little cumquat eyes locked onto her mold colored ones. Deeply. Meaningfully. It blew a loud wet kiss at her and darted down into a kelp bed. With a furious roar, Ophelia tore after it. Kicking roughly, rocketing like a shark in a feeding frenzy towards the muddy bottom.
She’d had quite enough, thank you kindly. She’d been minding her own business and devouring a brood of baby sea horses when something had taken a sizable chunk out of her behind. And then when she’d swiveled around to spot to source of the disturbance there it had been. Puffed up and preening and singing. It had landed it’s horrible little scruffy self on tonight’s menu. Because that was the only way she was going to damn well stop it from singing.
They veered left. They veered right. Twisting through copses of rocks, hurtling over chasms and through them. Upside down, inside out, outside in. Curving. Swerving. Wheeling. Whirling. Neck and neck. Gill and gill. Ophelia took a wild lunge, chomping furiously and missing again by centimeters. They sped down a steep incline and she could almost taste it. Gamey shoe leather. Ugh. She grimaced. Her concentration slipping away for a split second. A split second enough for the blowfish to take a sudden sharp hairpin spiral.
Ophelia didn’t even know what had hit her until she had already smashed through the pale pink arabesque of coral. Bits of calcium stung her face and cold stone nearly broke her nose as she was flung headlong into the middle of a montage. Landing with an bang on an pseudo xylophone of calm shells. Skidding across in every key perfect orchestral crescendo.
...What more is you lookin' for?
Ophelia put her claws over her eyes and groaned.

The crab saw a fish pull a boy towards where they were singing. "Come on, come on. Join in the fun!" He shouted to the boy. The others continued singing and playing their instruments. Ellie continued to try to sing, even though she didn't know the words. She had kind of caught on.
She moved towards the boy, who seemed to not have a fin like her. "Hey..." She said to him.
The others continued singing...
Just then someone skidded into the xylophone player and made an awkward noise. Everyone stopped playing and looked over at the creature. The crab moved over to where the creature was lying. "VWhat have you done! You vial creature! You have ruined our Sing-A-Long!" He shouted at her, hitting her with his stick he used to command his flanks of musician players and singers.
"I'm sure she meant no harm..." Ellie bursted out towards the crab. Who seemed to be awfully crabby. She swam over to where the green haired creature was. "You alright?" She asked, putting out a hand to help her.
"She haz ruined our sing-a-long! Now we'll never be able to play again...It is all ruined. Ruined." He said, putting his head down.
"Uhhuhmm, how can we help?" She asked the crab. She didn't know what she was getting herself into, along with the other two. The boy, who had legs. And the creature lady with green hair. They were to help as well.
"Wvell..there is something you can do...but its a very tedious task..." He said.
