Appearance

Physical Features. He’s a relatively attractive young man, with finely drawn features that are pleasant to look at. Whilst still having soft pleasant features to him, his skin tone is colored gently, possessing a rather creamy skin tone. Moderately build with muscles in the right places but physically noticeable in his legs and arms. Rui is pretty much on the average side, what with a mass of 167 Ibs and a height, standing at 5’10 ft.

Facial Features. If one were to take a looking glance at this particular individual, they’ll notice that the primary color that cloaks him is blue. Not just single blue but vibrant shades of blue from his eyes and hair. With no facial hair, his face is nicely shaped against his hair. His eyes are slightly narrow, but the color is pretty, being a nice cobalt color. Though you’ll see a lot of the blue in his hair. Possessing hair the color of the sky, it tends to give him a more feminine charm rather then a masculine appearance. Especially since his hair is especially long, going down to his waistline.

Clothing. Rui isn’t too picky when it comes to clothing. Whatever is there, clean to put on, comfortable to move in and pleasant overall is all that matters. Most of the time, he’s found in blazers, simple one-colored shirts. His bottom half is often covered in slacks or baggy jeans. His feet are either covered in boots or sneakers. Whatever can last, get him from one point to another without breaking, and comfortable. His current attire consists of a black long sleeved shirt, a pair of dark blue slacks, and sneakers.

Personality

Resolve. All Rui wants to do is live his life out. He’s neither a hero out to save the world, nor is he an ordinary young man who wants to live a simple and happy life. Rui searches for something, and it’s never clear as to why he does what he does. Rui is out to explore the world beyond his very imagination, whilst searching for something important. Going for a more practical approach, he is searching for something that’ll make him discover his true purpose in life, what significant people he must meet, and whatever else may come in his way.

Pursuit. His reasons are unclear but he believes that as long as he’s still a living breathing person within this universe, then he might as well live his life to the fullest. Often pushing himself to the physical and mental limits when alone, he incessantly wonders if he will ever achieve the dreams he has hidden in the back of his mind. His mind and his body move in sync when he’s battling or training, to become stronger, to feel the adrenaline inside of him as he struggles to overcome any obstacle.

Fears. The unknown. He dislikes what he can't fathom would happen. He doesn’t like surprises either or unsuspecting events. He doesn’t like being out of the loop as well, when there is something there that he doesn’t seem to get around others.

Hopes. Strange enough, he would love to become stronger for the sake of being able to protect himself and move on with life. He knows that survival of your own skin is important before helping others, and he just wants to take care of his personal turmoil before he gets anywhere near others.

Hobbies. A good book every now and then is soothing though cooking would have to be his favorite pastime.

Public Personality/Private Personality

Public Personality. Rui is neither sweet nor affectionate. He doesn’t have a sense of humor and hardly ever smiles. Though don’t judge him just yet. He may not be that type of guy but there’s more to him than meets the eye. Rui is serious, always getting right down to things, analytically planning a way to do things in an effective and quick manner. Observant, he likes to look what is inside and outside of the box, searching for and pinpointing out strengths and weaknesses and use it all to his advantage. Confident, he has quite the mouth and tends to insult rather bluntly, speaking out of the flaws of others around him. Whilst he may appear rude, he is very intelligent. Everything he does is for a purpose. When he talks, he talks frankly and straight to the point - no beating around the bush. He is always sure of himself, and he thinks before he acts. He is silent at times but it’s mostly because he is either observing the enemy, planning a strategy, or both. He always keeps a low profile away from strangers until he really knows whom they really are.

Private Personality. Rui has a hard time figuring out expressions and emotions. It is difficult for him to be empathic with others, which often causes him to just come up with a blunt remark or rude comment. Although he comes off like a loner, it’s just not easy for him to understand other people. He doesn’t mind having acquaintances around and mingle amongst crowds but getting close is out of the question. He’d prefer to read a good book or listen to music then to socialize with other people he doesn’t like because he’s lonely. It’s not that he’s sensitive or timid to make friends, for he can be kind, if someone is deemed worthy of his kindness. So his frigidness can be warmed up ever so slightly.

Weapon Name. Ensui

Weapon Description. Ensui is basically a sword handle that uses water to create its blade. The length of the blade can be altered in accordance to how long or short the wielder wants it to be, and the actual amount of water taken in by Ensui is not reflected by its size. With its blade, Ensui is then used for normal physical attacks or specialized attacks that use up the blade's water. Ensui's origins are unknown since it was a gift to him. All he knows that it is a sacred weapon that was given to him.

Unique Notes. Its blade is pretty much made out of water but it cuts perfectly like any other sword.

• Absolute Zero: Ensui's liquid blade freezes, its temperature lowering to absolute zero: the lowest attainable temperature. This makes the blade more jagged and solid. It is used moreover to his surrounding area, chilling things down quite a bit, but it's technically impossible for certain areas such as deserts or places of high temperatures. Due to massive consumption of water for this ability, it cannot be used constantly in battle; it is only used in dire need when Enui’s water form isn’t enough to take down the opponent.
  
  
• Icicle Dance: By stabbing Ensui into the ground, Ensui uses the water within underground springs to form icicles that spring up from the ground. The attack can be in various forms depending on the user's will. It could be a one giant icicle or many smaller ones. By the largest icicles Ensui could potentially make would have to be the size of an average pillar and only can form one at a time due to massive consumption of water it takes. Whilst the smallest would be the size of small stalagmites barely touching two to three feet, which in case Ensui could possibly make quite a number, ranging from ten to twenty, of these small sized icicles.
  
  
• Water Snake: Water from Ensui materializes as four spheres, symbolizing the four directions: North, South, East, and West. The four spheres then come together to form a larger ball, and the wielder strikes this ball with Ensui to release water in the form of a snake. As an attack, the snake is aimed in one direction, towards it's target and upon hit, if target is struck, it potentially could knock over like a wave, and sting like a whip.

History

Upon the world of Pudique Lis, loyalties didn’t reside within the politicians, or in the laws for that matter of fact. Where it lies was within the organization called Nera Uccello Assassinare, they were the backbone against everything that happens anywhere. They controlled pretty much the entire world; it’s wealth, money, power and even human lives, all of it belonged to the organization. Anyone who even questioned the power of the Organization would be punished severely or be killed. Mostly down the ladder in most cases but as we focus our story onto the point now.

Our attention is drawn to a hard working young man by the name of Kiri Kumo. A simple guy with fair skin, blonde hair and crystal blue eyes, nice built and all of that jazz. Owned by the organization, he played the role of an average guy in broad daylight. Kind hearted and with the face of a young bachelor, just making his way through life happily as he took the days going on by one step at a time.

At night, he was a cold-blooded hit man for the leader of the powerful organization. Ironic, right? He took down mercilessly rebels, leaders, politicians, and anyone else who even been considered an enemy against them. Blindly and fiercely loyal to his boss, he was rewarded with a prosperous life. He didn’t mind living the life he lived but like most stories that unfold, it had to change.

He was only human and felt lonely. So by the age of twenty-five, the age of legal marriage, set by the laws of Pudique Lis, he married. A lovely lithe maiden with eyes and hair the color of the sea. Her name was Reni, a strong-willed woman, who ultimately goes against the organization. Kiri knew the time would come when a hit man would be hired to kill her. He prayed to the gods that it wasn’t him. In due time though, to his relief, it wasn’t him, but nonetheless, to prevent any harm to his beloved, he ran away, altogether towards Twilight Town. It was pretty much betrayal and running away to escape from punishments.

Two years, after taking refuge in Twilight Town, Reni gave birth to her first child, a baby girl called Teisei. Another child was born by the name of Rui seven years later. They were the prize and joy of the Kumo parents, watching them grow up a little day-by-day. Rui proved to be quite a gifted child, although he didn’t take honor/AP classes, he was still at the top of the class every time. He looked up to his big sister who always looked out for him in her own special way. Though neither of them knew of their father’s dark past but continued to live merrily as one big family. That is… until their parents have been caught.

An assassin swept into the Kumo family’s house, obviously been in search of their father and the mother. What Rui thought was a trip to get a class of water after pulling many all-nighters of studying, he bumped into the assassin. Scared of his wits, he yelled out, running away, awakening his father, mother and sister, running to his rescue. Rui’s father and mother immediately fell from the assassin’s attacks, followed up by his sister being kidnapped. Ignoring a poor helpless little boy, the assassin left Rui to survive on his own. A couple of days after the accident, Rui isolated himself from everyone, still a bright student, top amongst his class, but a loner. At home, he spent most of his time looking through memories, keeping everything inside so he wouldn’t cry, as he rummaged through albums, items of sentimental values; he discovered a weapon, Ensui along with a letter written to Rui.

It was a letter of confession, truth and a request from his father. Knowing all too well that the day would come if something like that incident happened. Deciding from that day forward, he would practice the art of sword fighting to master Ensui. It wasn’t until he came to the age of nineteen that he decided that Twilight Town wasn’t enough for him. He set himself off to travel throughout the world, in search of something much more then meandering in a world of peace and sunsets. With that said and done, he set off for a greater adventure before his very eyes.

Let's see well, as usual, it comes down to the abilities and a small confirmation problem with your weapon:

1. Absolute Zero is way overpowered to be used constantly. Take for instance, you hit somebody in the head. If it freezes anything it touches then that person will die unless they're the Ghost Rider. You will need to tone it down a bit for fairness.

2. On Icicle Dance I want you to expand the description a bit. Just include things such as how many icicles it can form (it may not be unlimited so don't try for that), and how tall one of them can be. Basically give me the exact limits.

3. On Water Snake you gave me a description of what it looks like, but not what it actually does in forms of attack or defense. You need to add something to make it an actual ability even if its simple as, "the snake attacks you". Remember to expand on its limits as well. You also forgot the name Ensui right after the "Water from" in the beginning of that sub.

4. Well this should have been #1, but I just realized it. I'm assuming the blade of your sword cuts just like any other correct? That's all I need you to clarify.
