Name: Neo Warren Xiayou
Alias: Raiser, Neo is only a nickname that was given to him as a child his real first name is unknown even to him.
Age: Neo is currently 31 years old his birthday is on the sixth of April.
Gender: Male
Race: Neo Xiayou is what is known as a Dominor Sapien but more commonly known as a Zan. Zans are basically a sub race of humans. There are a few key differences in Zans than there are in humans. For instance, Zans can have unusually colored hair such as: crimson, silver, and dark green, but they can also have normal hair colors like: brown, black, and blond. Zan's eyes also are different than humans. Zan's irises always look as if it where a pool of flowing energy that surrounds their pupil. This is because they have an energy that flows through their bodies known as Zeln energy. This energy makes them faster and stronger than most people but other forms of energy ((In this case magic)) are more harmful to them due to the fact that it is very foreign to their bodies.

Origin: Neo comes from a world that is known as Eyuuna. Eyuuna is a world that is far away and not easily reached. Due to this it is mostly unknown to most people in the worlds that Sora has visited, but to people that do know of it's existence know that it is possibly one of the most technologically advanced worlds. Other people know it as a central hub for refugee's that have lost their worlds to the heartless or other galactic threat. There are many different races of beings that live on Eyuuna. The races vary from humanoids to aliens made from a strange ooze. The world has many futuristic cities scattered about it but the biggest city is Youganic city. Youganic city is around as big as a state, the sky is filled by hover cars, skyscrapers and ads. It is constantly busy and well protected by a force of Zan soldiers. There are also vast ranges of mountains and volcanoes. There is forests and jungles where strange creatures thrive and wide seas with sandy beaches.

Physical Features: Neo is tall, around 6 feet and 3 inches in height, muscular, He weighs around 300 pounds which is made of bone, a slim amount of fat and muscle. He also has a decent tan due to him being in the sun most of the time. His body has a few scars in various places but the most notable are the scars on his face. His hair color is a dull crimson color and it is sort and shaggy with bangs that cover his forehead in random places.
Facial Features: Neo's eyes are a bright orange color that seem to be almost glowing due to his Zan genetics. His eyes seem to have a dark outline around them and it is often dark under his eyes due to his facial structure. His nose is angled down wards slightly and the bridge of his nose is thin. His jaw is masculine and his face seems a bit more gaunt then rounded. He has a scar that travels from the middle of his left cheek up through his left eye and it stops at the bottom of his forehead. He has another which is deeper that resides on his right cheek. He has a small stubble of a beard that covers his lower cheeks and jaw.
Clothing: Neo Xiayou has two different outfits that he usually wears, one being his armor, the other would be his casual clothing. Neo's armor is silver in color, it covers his chest. He wears a dark red undershirt under and armoring that covers his lower abs. He also wears dark red fingerless gloves that cover up his upper forearm. On the front side of the gloves there is armoring. He wears under that khaki pants that have many pockets that go down the sides these pockets usually carry extra ammo. Neo's casual outfit is different. He wears a black muscle shirt, black fingerless gloves that only cover his hands, and red baggy pants. In both outfits he wears black sneakers that have brown soles and a gold zigzag across the sides. He also sometimes wears a brown hooded cloak that can conceal his body and eyes.
Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Neo wears a khaki belt that has many pouches which hold his items and equips. It also has 2 holsters that house his hand held weapons. He also wears a strap around his torso that has on his back 2 holsters for his Assault rifle and Shotgun.
Personality:Resolve: Neo Xiayou's pledge was to protect the innocent from any darkness to the best of his ability and to stop any opposition that would stand in his way be it heartless, nobody, alien, or man.
Pursuit: Neo fights to protect, he knows not many people can fight to protect what they believe in so Neo helps them the best he can. He also fights for he loves it.
Fears: Neo fears error, not small errors like spilling a drink, errors that could end someone's life. Neo also fears defeat in battle for he doesn't want people to think he is weak. Neo's smaller fears include: spiders, insects, and heights. Neo's biggest fear is to lose a loved one to the darkness.
Hopes: Neo hopes to achieve peace one day but doubts that will happen, so he works hard to do the best he can. He also hopes to find a nice woman one day but then again what guy doesn't? He also hopes to become known as one of the strongest beings in the universe.
Hobbies: Neo likes to draw and read mostly and can get lost in a good book or zoned into a drawing easily. He also likes to play football, he is a pretty decent lineman. He also likes to spar so he can become more powerful.
Public Personality/Private Personality:
While in public Neo is very serious, so serious that people tend to think he is cold hearted. Which is funny because he is the opposite. When in public he also conceals his concerns and whats troubling him, this is mainly because he doesn't want people to find him weak. If you catch Neo alone and become close to him he acts a bit different. He becomes kinder and warmer. He also seems to be more fun and likes to joke around. Whether he is in public or private he is always outgoing. He'd help a complete stranger given the circumstances. He is also proud and a bit arrogant.

Weapon Description: This deadly weapon is a one-handed Assault riffle that has a blade of pink energy that sticks out horizontally underneath it. The rifle only has one barrel and it is a dark chrome on the majority of the rifle on the butt of the rifle there is black rubber for easier grip.

Abilities:Base Ability: [glow=red,2,300]Zeln energy[/glow] Zeln energy is a type of "living energy" that feeds on matter. When touched the energy is almost like an acid that eats away at the victim or object until the energy dies. When Zeln "dies" It crystallizes making the wound harder to heal. A Zan has a basic color for their Zeln energy but some techniques bear a unique color. Neo's basic color is red.
Sub Abilities:
Zeln manipulation: Neo can create small bolts of Zeln energy and fire them rapidly. This causes little energy loss to Neo and while not very powerful he can create them in great numbers
Fury fist: Neo sends most of his inner Zeln energy into his fist to create a massively powerful punch. After the punch the Zeln energy returns to its normal cycling in Neo's bloodstream.
Power bomb: Neo creates a large blue bolt of pure Zeln energy. After he charges it he hurls the bolt at a nearby enemy. When it hits the bolt disperses only causing damage to the area it was hit. This move is not much stronger than a normal Zeln blast but it makes up for that with its speed which makes it a bit hard to dodge.

History: Around 300 years ago, unbeknownst to the public, a secret project was taking place on Eyuuna. The project was an attempt to create the ultimate race of warriors, a race of warriors that would be able to wield the living energy known as Zeln. The government of Eyuuna put a scientist that had been studying hearts and their capabilities in charge of the “Zeln” project. His name was Organus, he was one of the Akumori, A race of bat-like aliens, he was 7 feet in height and weighed around 400 pounds which was all muscle. Organus knew that the way to modify the human body to have it produce Zeln energy, was to modify the heart. After many cruel and painful trails, and many years of research, unknown to the government, the first Zan was born. Several years later the Zan populace had grown in secret. This was all according to Organus’s plan to overthrow Eyuuna with the zan warriors in a surprise attack. The Zans lived as civilians until the reached the age of 16. That was when Organus separated the Zan into 3 classes, the civilians, which consisted of the weaker women and children, the soldiers which consisted of the strongest women and men, and finally, the slaves. They were separated based on their strength and fighting skill. Neo was a slave, not because he was weak, it was due to his wild and rebellious nature. The slaves would mine the ore used in the army’s weaponry. The slaves worked on a small world that orbited Eyuuna. The planet was incredibly hot and barren but it was rich in resources. Neo slowly grew a love for fighting and would often sneak a spar with a few of the other slaves. For a while Organus’s plan was going smoothly but then Organus began to receive reports of how some of the slaves began to revolt. Worried that there could be a chain reaction and an uprising, so Organus decided to wipe out the slaves and replace them. As soon as the order was given the slavers began to deploy robots that would kill and replace the slaves. They lined all the slaves up and were prepared to destroy all of them there but a voice cried out. “Why is it that we are letting them round us up and kill us like like cattle!?” The voice belonged to Neo Xiayou as he stepped out of the line. “ I for one, choose not to die this way! I will not let them kill me!” Neo yelled as he charged forward leading an uprising of slaves behind him. They eventually reached Organus and ended his plans to overthrow Eyuuna. Soon there was peace among Eyuuna but Neo didn’t stay, he continued on and went world to world to help others, he knew there had to be more people like Organus out there and he was going to stop them.-----------------------
