Facial Features: Landon's face is that of an upper class heir. No, he wasn't quite that high up in the royalty chain, but his family had money. His face is virtually free of any sort of blemishes and moles, but also lacks the ability to grow facial hair. This is a genetic problem, and doctor's can't quite explain it. Anyway, his hair is a very dark brown, almost black color that is worn down and goes down to about his neck. His bangs are somewhat shorter, only reaching down to the bottom of his nose. The hair doesn't cover his eyes, however, which are a strange purple color. This discoloration is somewhat the mark of his family...not that it matters with where he is.
Clothing: When Landon isn't at school in the rediculously stupid uniform that all students have to wear, he takes on a more casual outfit. Often, he can be seen in a white shirt with an odd looking comic of two cartoon cats. There's a very witty joke on the shirt that few people get except for Landon and his friends. His pants are usually tighter black jeans that were decorated by his ex-girlfriend with odd pictures of flowers. He kept them for reasons to be explained later. There is a white rose stitched on the left back pocket, and a few random flowers strewn about on the front, side, and back legs. For shoes, he wears simple black converse that have some words scribbled on the white bottoms. The words are mainly faded, but some remains can be made out. 'Cherry blossoms' 'eternal' 'sun shining bright'. It appears to be a poem, or lyrics. He stands at 5'10".

Personality:
Resolve: Landon's requests are that of a simple guy. He wants to get out and see the world, maybe having some adventures along the way. Of course, he is realistic, so that's only a passing fancy he has. He also wishes to settle down and have a nice life with a loving wife and maybe one kid. Girl.
Pursuit: The stars have always been one of the most intriguing aspects of nature to Landon. Everytime he would look up into the skies, he would wonder who was looking back down on him, and what their lives were like. Yes, every child in the world probably thought that way, but he couldn't really help it. He always wanted to see what there was other than the Land of the Dragons. For his family, though he won't admit it, he likes the calm, natural life that the Land of the Dragons provided to him. He really doesn't want it to go away, so he wants to experience it for himself at some point. For children...he couldn't stand the young boys in his neighborhood. They were all either evil little demons or they were perverts. Girls seemed much nicer to him.
Fears: He fears losing his best friend, drowning, and insects with more than eight legs. Also, he has this very odd fear of birds crapping on him.
Hopes: The only hope Landon really has is that he'll be happy. He doesn't think he'll really be able to go out and see every world like a lot of people do, so he keeps his hopes realistic. As long as he can grow up the way he wants to, nothing's wrong.
Hobbies: Hanging out with his best friend, sight seeing, reading, soccer (or futbol), tree climbing, bird watching, going out for the weekend, seeing very metaphorical plays or movies, museum hoping, and being a critic for everything he encounters.
Public Personality/Private Personality:
Public: In public, Landon is that guy that people have to get used to. Ever since he was a kid, he's always been used to doing things his way, and that often makes people unsure of him. He's generally a nice guy, but he always has strange ways of coming up with solutions to problems or makes interesting comments in conversation. He's a very quirky individual, which often leads to him being the black sheep in public. He doesn't mind isolation from others, though, but often makes the best of it. He can think to himself, not be bothered, and come up with odd ideas to bug the people around him.
In private, Landon's somewhat more serious. Not around his close friends, but when it's just him. He can get down to thinking seriously, and doesn't have to worry about being bothered by anyone else. This is his life reflection time, giving him the opportunity to look back on his life and wonder if things are going right or wrong. He's generally a happy guy, but when he's alone it often doesn't seem like it. Around his closest friends, Landon is the strangest, craziest person you could ever meet. He's always coming up with odd things to say, and the activities they end up doing are incredibly odd...usually being the result of Landon's strange mind at work.

Weapon Description: Tiger's Tooth is an odd weapon formed from a chain and three Shurikens connected by a chain. The chain extends from a circle of mythril metal, with three typical shurikens on each chain. The chains all extend from the circular piece of mythril, forming three equi-distant chains with Shurikens. He holds the weapon from the circle of mythril.

Weapon Name: Tiger's Claw
Weapon Description: Tiger's Claw is nothing more than a Shuriken. He has about ten of these on his person at any time, all made of mythril metal.
Unique Notes: There's a unique tracking device on each Shuriken that allows him to locate all of them wherever they might be. This is so he doesn't lose them. Also, if an enemy happens to leave the shuriken in them, he can locate those enemies and 'receive his shuriken'.

Warrior :: Pulse Aura
Send a pulse through your weapon that creates a brute force from any single point on your weapon with a range of a meter from that single point. This force is enough to kick an opponent backwards 5 feet, and maybe break bone, but don’t expect to burst through walls or anything. [3 time use per battle. Each pulse counts as a use.]
~ Personal gust: Landon can create a cyclone that wraps itself around the back of his body, 180 degrees, that can help take projectiles into the cyclone and propel them back at opponents at twice their original speed. Should someone, including landon, touch this cyclone, it will be the same effect as touching a cushioned wall. In a sense, should something hit this gust, it will reflect the attack, but Landon can only manipulate it around his back for projectiles, making its use as a shield very inefficient. This abilitiy is also useable with Landon's Shurikens.
~ Miniature barriers: Within a distance of fifty meters, Landon can cause up to eight miniature cyclones to rise up from the ground, in locations Landon chooses. These cyclones are like running into the corner of a wrestling ring, but they propel the person back. The main reason for these isn't to hinder the opponent, but to propel Landon's shurikens throughout the area. Landon can control which way the cyclones blow, making his own personal weapons go whichever way he chooses.
~ Bracers: Creating miniature cyclones around his wrists and down to his elbows, Landon can create cyclones that act as bracers. If a weapon strikes and hits the cyclonic bracer, it will be repelled back a bit. Should Landon be blocking with both wrists, he can attempt to engulf the weapon in a cyclone, using pressure within the winds to snap off about a foot and a half of the weapon. This is only achievable through a two post attempt, showing the materialization of the cyclone on the first turn, and the snapping of the weapon on the second turn, should the opponent continue trying to break his guard.
~ Rolling gale: Whipping out his legs in a sort of roundhouse-like kick, whether in the air, standing up, or on the ground, Landon creates a sideways cyclone which rolls along in a straight line for about fifty meters (The same distance as the miniature barriers). When hit with the cyclone, the opponent will be knocked back, and if they're unfortunate enough to get trapped within the cyclone, they will roll rapidly along the sand for the distance remaining for the cyclone. The most cyclones he can send out are two, since it's rather hard to successfully land three or more kicks of such a nature. This ability can also be used with his Shurikens, having an effect similar to his miniature barriers.
~ Storm: Using different slashing and waving motions with his hands, Landon can create sharp gusts of wind that can go out to a ten foot radius. These have the same effect as a sword striking, though once a cyclone is sent out, it cannot be controlled. Only two can be created at a time, due to the fact that Landon only has two arms. This ability cannot be used with his Shurikens in any way. The largest cyclone he can create is as big as his arm span, which isn't too impressive, since it dies out in ten feet. Although, it can be pretty intimidating having a three and a half foot cyclone flying at you.

History: Landon's history isn't really that exciting in the early years. He was born normally, went through an unexciting childhood, had supernatural powers like the majority of youth in this day and age, and was placed in the advanced classes early on. His parents were a very successful farmer and a doctor (go figure), and they loevd their child very much. Typical family life up until Landon was about ten. Puberty hit, making life more interesting to live in, but still, nothing very exciting. Things didn't really kick off until he was about twelve and met his best friend. His name was Jake, and the two of them got the same classes from there to the rest of their schooling. They were both very smart, both somewhat strange, and both like being overly smart to everyone they met. It was a pair that was meant to be friends.
As school went on, the two of them continued hanging out, and met more people that they added onto their little posse. They had the best of times, some bad times, and those memories that gave each of them unwanted nicknames that would always bring up a laugh. They didn't really get into much trouble, and they were that group of kids that always had straight A's on every single thing they did. They were that group of people who was known throughout the school, and hated by everyone because they were always so exclusive and annoying. But, to them, whatever other people said didn't matter, because they had a group of really close friends that couldn't be broken. Still, there was always that symbolic wrench thrown into the gears.
It came to Landon in the form of a female.
Her name was Crystal, and the two of them met completely by chance one day at lunch during school. The two of them were both getting drinks of water, and she bumped into him. Landon made an intellectual yet insulting comment that most people wouldn't understand, and she snapped right back with her own. The two went at it for a bit before they realized they were both equally smart. This led to a date after school, where the two hit it off perfectly. Eventually, they officially started dating, and had been doing so for a few years. This started when they were sixteen. The two of them were perfectly happy, having great times together and being happy in eachother's company. Even Landon's friends were perfectly fine with her.
Everything was going perfectly. Graduation came, and the two of them graduated in the 99th percentile of their class. Landon's friend was the one who graduated ahead of him, but he didn't really care all that much. All that mattered was that he had the best girlfirned in the world. She was always giving him stuff, too. One day, he ripped his favorite pair of black jeans, and she offered to mend them for him. Instead of just mending them, she gave them a complete revamp. She was always one for floral everything, so she sewed many types of flowers onto the pants. Where the pants ripped, there was a big white rose with his girlfriend's initials stitched upon the stem. Landon was a bit apprehensive to wear them at first, but he ended up loving them more than any other pair of pants he had.
Once both of them turned twenty, they were both madly in love. Landon was planning on proposing to her, but was waiting for the right moment to come up. The two of them were planning to have a trip around the worlds, starting with Twilight Town. They even managed to save up enough munny for a gummi ship. After buying the ship, Crystal went into town to get supplies while Landon packed his bags. Crystal didn't come back. Later in the day, he got a call that there was a robbery, and Crystal had been shot. It wasn't anything serious, but it was enough to involve surgery on her stomach. Landon was crushed, but at least his hopeful-soon-to-be-fiance was still alive. He got the name of the hospital, and visited her as often as he could.
It seemed she was going to be perfectly fine. The day came for her surgery, and Landon was perfectly fine with everything. Soon, the two of them would be together, and he could propose to her. He waited all day at the hospital, and the nurse finally came out to meet her. He was expecting good news, but that wasn't the case. She told him that Crystal had died in the operation. She wouldn't say anything else about it, so he assumed it was involved with medical malpractice. Either way, he couldn't say anything. His friends all got news, and they didn't know how to help. Landon spent a full week locked up in his apartment without talking to any of them. He was completely crushed. The only things he had to remember Crystal by were the pants she mended and a crystal and gold rose shaped necklace.
He wore both all the time.
After the week passed by, Landon approached his friends to announce that he was leaving. The two of them wanted to see the universe, and Landon was going to fulfill that dream in her name. His friends weren't about to stop him. In fact, they wished him all the best, giving him some munny and supplies to help him out. Thanking his friends and saying good-bye, he hopped into the gummi ship and took off. His first stop was Twilight Town, and he couldn't believe what he saw there. He had the time of his life, and he was seeing many new sights that he never dreamed he'd see. Now, he continues travelling the universe, never forgetting about his lost love, but enjoying the travelling for what it's worth.

All the monetary issues have been dealt with between myself and Avenger. Don't think I'm trying to get free abilities.
Also, with his creation of the cyclones, he has full control over the ways the wind blows. It's his power, and he created them, as he has done his entire life. He affects the direction of the wind, the direction of the cross winds, and the location where the shuriken flies. The debate 'you can't possibly control winds' is not in effect, mainly because the same can be said for the majority of the powers on this forum.
