Name: Priscilla De'hâta Ultio
Alias: Tyrannus Ginnarr (The Betrayer Tyrant)
Age: N/A Incredibly old is the best estimation.
Gender: Female
Race: Humanoid (Fey)
Alignment: Neutral
Origin: Orbis Terrarum
An ancient world mentioned only in forgotten Bard's tales and myths, what exactly happened to it is as much a mystery as whether it existed at all. If one could learn of the details of Orbis Terrarum, they would find the ancient land to be one beyond their comprehension; beings of great power were commonplace, mortals were for ages a minor race, and magic was the dominant force in all lives. Beyond this though, nothing else is known.
Appearance:
One of Two.
A tall blonde, blue eyed female Fey, Priscilla normally wears a tight, dark blue leather cuirass that extends to her lower thighs. For her hands she has matching gloves, as well as boots in the same nature. From time to time she wears a dark blue cape with a black hood. On the back of the cape in ancient ruins reads her name in the now dead language of Orbis Terrarum.
Priscilla resembles a human, but the perfect goddess like appearance gives away her Fey traits as well as her lack of superfluous movement; it's not unusual for her to stand in one place for hours or not blink for an entire day. To most males she is arousing and attractive, but as they get closer to her her expression almost seems to become physically painful to look at despite her beauty. Suffice to say, Priscilla can pass on what she's feeling in her expression very, very well.
Personality:
Once a fiery and manipulative leader, Priscilla slowly learned throughout her long life to control and compose herself. Her decisions now are made off of rational support and an idea of the limits of her abilities. When coming to conflict, Priscilla goes with the logical choice in her best interest; she will never side with anyone in any case due to empathy or emotion, especially mortals.
Between the two genders, Priscilla prefers females over males. If a stranger were to try to communicate with her, they'd best be female or they'll quickly learn what it means to be beaten to a pulp. (Priscilla time to time finds herself attracted to certain mortal females, exactly why she is not certain.) Females generally are allowed to accompany her if they choose to, so long as they do not pry into Priscilla's past. When events come down to it, Priscilla has no qualms showing others she's looking out for herself.
Priscilla interacts little with mortals now (long ago she found them peculiar), idle chat is rare for her, and she otherwise has no way to relate to mortals. She is currently on an individual journey that is nearly complete, and to such a task, her concentration and devotion are steadfast. Other events occurring mean nothing to this Fey. Unfortunately she is clueless as to how to finish this journey for quite some time, so predictably she is rather irate and annoyed if she stays in one place too long or thinks about it too much.
The general disposition of others in terms of Light, Darkness, and Gray no longer interest her as a study; the only alignment she abhors being around are those of Light, while she deals with those of Darkness. Generally beings inclined to Gray are able to get along with her the most; this does not mean Neutral beings do though. Heroic, Villainous, and Neutral stances are vain impressions this Fey cares little for; in the end of the day Priscilla passes her judgment in terms of someone's actual character and worth, where she labels them as Light, Dark, or Gray.

History:
The maiden that ruled half of her world. Curiosity placed in a mortal though, she left her kingdom. All that was left, fell to ruin. She was then exiled to live forever amongst mortals.
In a world nearly bereft of mortals, Priscilla was among the many Fey and other beings. It would be correct to say that Immortal beings ruled this nameless place (not until the times of Priscilla's rule would this world be called "Orbis Terrarum"). There was order at first in this ancient world, between Dark and Light, as neither attempted to bother the other; in both factions fighting amongst each other was the way of life or the pursuit of greater power.
If the beings of this world were aware of the rest of the Kingdom Hearts realm, they did not show interest. In fact, foreigners that came here were often sent away or killed on the spot. So was the law of the land to all who did not adhere to life with the Immortals. For the Immortals, they wanted nothing than to be left to their own struggles.
Priscilla De'hâta Ultio was at first only called Priscilla Ultio, as she belonged to the Ultio clan of the Fey. In the Fey world there was no sense of family, as the Fey existed in the Dark faction, the community was the basis of the beings lives. This also meant there was no notion of marriage for the Fey, two Fey simply mated, the female gave birth to the child, and the community helped look after and care for the young. Beings Immortals, children were not a prime directive for Fey, so the occasion when this happened was rare. It made sense then that marriage was unknown to them.
As a young Fey, Priscilla became known for her independence from the rest of the clan and sometimes aggressive leadership. This drew the ire of not only her clan, but others who came to visit. Among the Fey, intelligence and social customs were the most important aspects of Fey life. While Priscilla was intelligent, she hardly shared much with others and when she did, it was seen as vulgar. Yet as she aged, Priscilla calmed down some and conformed to the normal way of Fey life. However, the memories of Fey are sharp and hard to change; for a long time Priscilla was left unnoticed and given the most mundane tasks possible.
When Priscilla was ending her youth life and becoming an adult, the close relative of the Fey, the Gnome, become surprisingly hostile. The Gnome were a race of the Light, and for them to attack a race of the Dark was unthinkable. Despite this tradition however, the two fought a one-sided war ending in a truce only a few years later; the Fey would leave the Gnome their lands so long as they paid reparations to the Fey. During this conflict, the Ultio clan sought to rid themselves of most troublemakers by sending them to the front lines with their best warriors. Priscilla among them, would show herself to be vastly underestimated and in fact one of the most talented Fey ever. News of her actions did not leave her comrades on the battlefield however; yet her ability with magic and a sword was astounding, scores of Gnome were fodder to her. She quickly became a target of some of the very best Gnome assassins, and still she survived (in fact she killed most of them). When the conflict ended, Priscilla felt that surely she would be appreciated now. Unfortunately a new conflict was brewing and news about would have to wait. Those that fought were held in place as the Dwarfs became a new enemy.
A close ally of the Gnome, the Dwarfs were insulted by the Gnome's humiliation and the Fey's treaty upon them. No more than a year passed did a new war begin. This conflict was by no means so one-sided; many Fey were lost in the beginning and several waves of reinforcements had to be called upon. It would be the Fey's natural magic and the Dwarf's over reliance on brute strength that allowed the Fey to gain the upper hand and eventually force a stalemate. Once again, Priscilla was instrumental in the battles, unlike most Fey she was was as adept with a blade as she was magic. By this time, the glory Priscilla gained in the battlefield had spread throughout her people and into surrounding kingdoms. She gained a nickname of "Tyrannus" for her actions in battle, and while arrogant, it was exactly how she fought. Now a hero of her people and respected by others, Priscilla would enter a world that showed her doors never imaginable before.
When Priscilla returned from the Dwarven conflict, she was wary of her clan's likely impositions: many had died in the last two wars and the female Fey would be called upon for years to come to bear new progeny. Knowing she would be a prized candidate, she applied for "leave and travel", a rarely given ability to for a Fey to go beyond their kingdom's borders for ten years. Reluctantly the Ultio clan accepted her proposition, knowing that resisting the most popular female Fey in all history would be a fool move.
Turning east, Priscilla left the Fey and ventured into Light faction territory. Despite the recent break of the faction tradition, all other races still observed the strict ideal. After five years of wandering Priscilla came to the Giant kingdom, and here her fate would be set.
Despite her battlefield glory, Priscilla was in hereditary and politics a lowly Fey. It was not until she caught the affection of the giant, Ivan Chetvyorty, that her situation changed. This giant in particular was heir to the Giant kingdom throne with his sister at the time he met Priscilla, as both of their parents had recently been killed in a war with the Trolls. In the Giant Kingdom, if there were two heirs that are brother and sister, or one heir who is married they assumed the throne together. What followed was highly controversial. Shortly before the inauguration ceremony for the brother and sister, Ivan's sister was ambushed by unknown assailants and murdered, leaving Ivan as the sole heir. With such a crisis on hand, the kingdom went into mourning and delayed the ceremony for a month. During this time Ivan and Priscilla were married, and when the inauguration was begun again they were crowned together.
From the beginning of their meeting the two were intimately linked; despite Carolus's devotion to the old ways and the Giant's disdain for outer-racial relations, Priscilla was accepted by Carolus's brethren. Even as far as the Giant Kingdom Priscilla was well known, greatly helping in the acceptance of her crowning. Despite the events leading up to the couple's inauguration, Priscilla and Ivan were highly accepted by the Giant Kingdom; at the same time the Fey were highly pleased with one of their own achieving such a status. An alliance was formed between the Giants and Fey that remained never to be broken.
For a century then all was well, until the day of their 100th anniversary and Carolus became infuriated. Without explanation he ordered Priscilla locked away in the kingdom's deepest dungeon. When the Giants and Priscilla's people heard of this, they demanded an explanation. To the beings of this world, Ivan's reasons were more than satisfactory, "The gods have cursed my wife with the inability to rear a child," and so he began to look for another wife. However, before he made any decisions he approached Priscilla and pleaded with her to help him produce an heir. In actuality, Ivan revealed that the Council, a group of the oldest Giants, was growing displeased with the lack of royal progeny. So much that they threatened an insurrection. Priscilla, deeply in love with Ivan agreed to try once again rear a child. And as if by miracle a male child came. Priscilla was released, and the Kingdom was restored to order for a time. On the child's first birthday, the day they would be named, he went missing. Without reason Priscilla was taken into custody and placed in the dungeons again. Ivan and the Council claimed Priscilla had used her magic to trick everyone into thinking she pregnant, while she had abducted a noble families child as her own. Their evidence were the obvious Giants traits of the male child, and claiming that no Fey were present. Her supporters among the Giants could do nothing, and her own people were to far away to influence the matter. Sentenced to death, Priscilla seemed doomed. And while this occurred, Ivan arranged a divorce with Priscilla and a new marriage with the female noble Giant.
In the land of the Giants, gods were particularly active. One god in particular, a patron god of the Light faction and one of two elder servants to the mother of Light, had long been searching for a being to fulfill his prophecy. For an untold time he failed again and again, until he became infuriated and refused to do so anymore. Yet compelled by the mother, he was to visit one more, a particular female Fey now Queen of the Giants.
The day before her execution, this very god visited Priscilla and told her, "You will be the shoulders of the Dark and the eyes of the Light, to you I give my own weapon," and so Priscilla was given what was called then The Claymore. Only one existed and it belonged to the god; it was a remarkable weapon that was said to adapt to the user and bring out their full potential. Their was an unspoken curse to the weapon however. If one was not strong enough in stamina, will, and ability they would be consumed by The Claymore and turned to ash.
This was the fact that particularly troubled the god and prompted the failure in his prophecy time and time again. Yet he gave Priscilla the weapon; all whom before the god tried to give the gift to, died the moment the weapon came into their hands. After years of waiting and examining the beings of the world, finally one appeared, a Fey, that The Claymore itself resonated to. As if made for Priscilla, when the god gave her the weapon, it instantly merged with her soul and from then on would not respond to the god's commands. Satisfied, the god left. The Claymore, a weapon of great evil, but even greater power, had been fulfilled in purpose. And so Priscilla's fate was achieved and locked. Her title of "Tyrannus" would soon ring in the ears of many.
Emerging from her cell with a swipe of The Claymore, Priscilla demanded a hearing from Ivan, the Council, the Grand Court, and the Giant people. The guards were unable to say anything, and obeyed her commands. When all were called to hearing, Priscilla chose to hide the fact that she had gained The Claymore, knowing it would be her trump card.
Upon the beginning of the hearing, Priscilla objected to the lack of Fey traits, as the child was able to use magic even at its age while Giants were unable to do so ever. In Ivan's defense, he used the Noble and Royal rule, that those of higher class were by blood different from normal Giants and therefore magic was possible. When it came to the female noble Giant, Priscilla reasoned that she was too young to rear a child and that if in fact the child was of full Giant blood, it would be larger. This time Ivan delivered what seemed a crushing blow: recorded instances of inter-racial relations showed that children emerging from them were of many sizes, but more often near the Giant size. Thus, it would be impossible to tell then if the child was a small giant or in fact Priscilla's.
Believing enough had been said, those called to Hearing dismissed the case and changed Priscilla's execution for the following day. And to this the Fey became infuriated and with a flick of her wrist, called out The Claymore for all to see. To the Giants, The Claymore prophecy was well known. That someone showed possession of it was unthinkable. "It is I who controls The Claymore and was chosen, and your patron god who stands as my witness," she claimed. Moments later the presence of the god was unmistakable, and with a cold wind the windows to the outside shattered. In came a bolt of lighting and Ivan was no more. In that moment Priscilla was the sole ruler of Giant Kingdom.
Amidst the excitement, it was unfortunate that none noticed the disappearance of the royal child. When it became known, mourning was once again in place. Despite desperate attempts to find him, he was lost. Out of this misery though, Priscilla was flustered with the world she now saw differently. Death was an easy knock away, so she would in turn destroy those who imposed this. Her sights would settle on the Light faction itself.
From then on Priscilla progressed at a staggering rate in terms of her ability and powers, in little more than a few centuries she controlled all of the Fey, Giants, Goblins, and minor Fiends. A century later both the Gnomes and Dwarfs fell, the remainder of the Light faction shake into chaos. It was then that this ancient world was given the name Orbis Terrarum, as those in it saw that the vast world was not in fact infinite and that they needed to band together to end Priscilla's crusade.
Millenia passed and the conflict resulted in little change. Then one day a small race began to grow rapidly in the vacuum of power created by the Light and Dark conflicts. They were called the mortals. Priscilla was the first of the old races to find interest in the mortals, and so great did her interest become that she left her old role and went off to live with them. Her choice to do so would be her ultimate mistake. In her absence her kingdom was sent into chaos and she was branded a traitor; shortly thereafter her old allies and enemies exiled her from all lands inhabited by the old races. This did not stop her however, and in time Priscilla's interest in the mortals waned and she returned to her old kingdom. Hated and constantly fought, Priscilla found herself in almost the same exact position as when she was first given The Claymore. Her powers since then had greatly increased, so much that no opponent touched her so much as moved when fighting Priscilla; and the nickname for The Claymore, Profundum de Abbatis, was born.
Priscilla's second war path did not have long though, finally seen as a large enough threat to order of all of Orbis Terrarum, Priscilla was stripped of half her power and cast away to another world permanently to live with mortals by the gods. She remains there to this day.
Sometime after her banishment, Orbis Terrarum disappeared. At the same time, the first conflict of the Keyblades occurred. Priscilla has since then been unable to find out why her home world has vanished; currently she is following a personal agenda of her own throughout the worlds of Kingdom Hearts. She is otherwise oblivious or uninterested in Sora and his friend's fight against the Heartless.

Priscilla Theme Song because I like the song.
And I'm adding a note here that the soul of a dead changeling was added to Priscilla's during the Gnome conflict (it was intended to be explained in RP), this is for the record. That is how the connection of Changeling works in the abilities. Look at lower comments for more explanation.
Priscilla's interactions with Mortals in her history is meant to be quick and brief, it will be explained and explored in RP.
Priscilla does not choose sides in any situation, rather she creates chaos. (So she's not joining any factions or out to screw up the Plot.)
Please subtract the 600 munny fee for the two subs I added.
Her weapon creation does not give her an ability, it only explains why she carries no weapon and how it works with her actual abilities.
Edit: Yes, the woman in the picture is Clare from Claymore. Yes, Priscilla is the name of the main antagonist from Claymore. The name works for my character though.

.battle.information.
-----------------------
Class: Warrior
Weapons:
Weapon Name: Profundum de Abbatis
Weapon Description: In her day, Priscilla was not only feared, but deeply hated for the trickery she used in battle. Her sword Profundum de Abbatis is actually a holy relic, but because of how it appeared to her it gained the new name. On command Priscilla may simply dig a hand into her body and pull out the sword; what she grabs in her body is the magic that is her power, which she uses to disperse the sword throughout her being so it is unclear where the sword comes from and that her actual strength is diluted. Once the sufficient amount of power is released to create her sword, it materializes (taking a fraction of a second in all).
The weapon itself is a long claymore, made from a combination Priscilla believes is adamantium and crystal. It it otherwise indestructible. (Refer to pictures for more detail.)
Unique Notes: This sword was given to Priscilla by an actual god, unfortunately, her memory fails to tell her what god now.
The sword is linked to Priscilla's soul, even if somehow it were broken or destroyed, so long as Priscilla lives she merely needs to dig out enough of her power to create the sword (25% of her full power is the minimum needed).
Abilities:
Base Ability: Mix of the Fey and Changeling Soul
Sub Abilities:
For all subsequent abilities energy is not similar when compared to MP. It is only a reflection of her innate energy amount.
Voracious Appetite:
Due to the colossal amount of energy that Priscilla uses normally, she can find herself momentarily drained and vulnerable. Voracious Appetite was her first ability ever, in which she learned to absorb the surrounding energy of the environment and double her intake while cutting her output in half. Thus, Priscilla becomes two and half times stronger for a temporary amount of time.
An unintended aspect of this ability is how it changes her physical appearance: her eyes turn red, her fingers become pointed, and her skin resembles scales. None of this gives Priscilla a boost of any kind, it's simply a side effect of the sudden energy intake. (Wears off at the end of the last turn it is used.)
This ability may be used once per turn. It may be used four times at max in succession, but after the fourth use Priscilla becomes incapacitated for three turns.
Bastion of the Will:
There was a time when Priscilla had within herself an amount of energy comparable to a demi-god. Ages gone by, Priscilla was stripped of half of her powers and left to watch as the rest slowly deteriorated. Being a Fey, she is more in tune with the flow of the energies of the worlds and how to use them; at the same time she is able to easily control the similar forces within her. This ability was then perfected to allow her to retain her energy at all times and have complete control of it when in use. The result for Priscilla was easy energy manipulation in any form she chose within her body (how she creates her sword from inside of her), but the most common way she uses this is making a shield appear all around her. This is done through Priscilla's will to literally shield herself with herself, an invisible aura created on mental command.
Non-physical/magic attacks aimed at Priscilla will be blocked unless they meet one of the following: two different spells used as a pair on or above the Fira level, otherwise seen as a medium amount of damage from this kind of attack. (This must all occur within one turn. Note, the source of the attacks against the shield can be from more than one character. To all reading, attacks on the shield must be actual attacks, or they have no effect and are otherwise blocked.)
FF canon non-physical/spells that follow the ra, ga, and on system are compatible to be used together (Fira, Blizzara, Stopra, etc.). FF canon non-physical/spells that do not follow the above system (Holy, Ultima, Doom, Flare, Quake, Death, Bio, etc.) cannot be used with that system, they must be used alone twice or with another independent FF non-physical/spell.
Non-FF non-physical/spells are incompatible with any FF non-physical/spells, and will therefore not break the shield. Non-FF non-physical/spells must either be used twice or paired with another medium attack from the same ability from the attacker's profile (the same sub-ability or two different subs used together). In the case of two or more attacking characters, two non FF non-physical/spell attacks that meet the medium or above requirement will break the shield.
For physical attacks, two physical attacks of medium strength or above must be used. A large and medium combination will not work however, as the force is dispersed unevenly. (The medium/large strength physical attack must be used twice or with another medium/large strength attack of the same Ability from the character profile. There can be no medium and large combinations!)
In terms of physical attacks, two different characters may work together to break the shield; so long as they both use medium or large comparable abilities they will break the shield. (Magic paired between two characters is explained above.)
This ability is called upon by mental command and once defeated it is canceled for three turns. (Obviously Priscilla must be aware of an attack coming to use it, if she is surprised the attack will hurt her normally. During the duration of this ability, Priscilla is unable to take any offensive or evasive actions.)
The Blind Tyrant:
At any time Priscilla may choose to diffuse her actual eyes into her body and leave her eye-sockets empty. While this happens her eye lids will remain closed until her eyes are brought back. This is achieved by means of inner energy breaking her eyes into smaller and smaller parts that fuse with her very soul; much like her sword, they become stored within Priscilla herself.
While in this state Priscilla's ability to pick-up sound is tripled; the movement of muscles and blood, the paths of the clouds above, the individual movement of a single drop of rain, the smallest utterances by others, etc, are audible for her. It makes sense then that Priscilla's movements in this state are nearly half a second ahead of others. She is not actually moving faster than those around her, but able to predict the movements and paths that attacks or characters will take; thus she moves half a second ahead of them in anticipation at all times. (Half a second is not considered time enough to strike a killing blow or even a mortal wound, Priscilla merely is ridding her movements of superfluous movement. This does mean she will always react perfectly, it will just take a clever opponent or a widespread attack.)
How far she can hear is not affected.
This ability may last however long she cares for. When she wills her eyes back it takes one turn for both eyes, and another for her to then open her eyes (normal hearing is restored after this turn).
Assimilate:
Priscilla upon meeting and learning of a particular person may choose to tune herself to the energy of the person and absorb said energy into herself. This allows Priscilla to become familiar with the person and in time copy a trait of them to herself. Once she has copied said trait, Priscilla remembers it until she copies a new trait from that person or someone else.
These traits may be a skill in a weapon, art, etc, a physical quality or characteristic, a personality type, a voice, or a scent. (Priscilla cannot emulate what she does not know however, only what she experiences and sees.)
This ability is constant (of course when the trait is changed, it stops being constant for the old trait and becomes constant for the new).
Doppelganger Effect:
When in dire situations Priscilla can choose to confuse her opponents by creating a number of "ephemeral" clones. These clones are nothing more than energy infused time space that will disappear when hit. While being conscious and an extension of Priscilla, none of them can actually harm opponents. The clones are geared to only defensive attacks, all so that an opponent is unable to discern which is Priscilla and that the clones cannot actually harm them. There is no other indication of which is which except the differences in the fighting styles Priscilla may or may have from her clones.
The "ephemeral clones" are in reality, the by-product of Priscilla moving beyond the sound barrier for brief moments of time; what is left is a small fraction of Priscilla's energy structured in her image. (She creates these small fractions the moment she moves faster than sound. This sudden agility is only to create clones, not an ability itself. She cannot keep up the speed because it would leave her without any energy, therefore it happens in short bursts and is used to diffuse energy away from her.)
Up to five clones may be created in one post, while the actual ability is use able only once per turn. When created they have a matching sword in hand, and otherwise resemble Priscilla perfectly (this sword is the only object they can hold or pick-up). This ability cannot be used more than twice in a row. The clones will disappear at the end of the turn. The clones themselves pass through any physical matter (besides the ground). The swords they hold can touch physical matter but lack the amount of energy needed to cut or injure, they can only block physical matter (since the clones only use defensive attacks they will not under any circumstances use any method with their swords to bash, crush, or otherwise harm the opponent with the surroundings.)
