Roxas
[blockquote]Grade: B
Name(s): Samurai Nobody
Appearance(s): Samurai
Abilities:
Duel: Ignore the Samurai at your own peril! With little warning this Nobody shifts into a posture specifically intended for one lightning-fast sword strike, the only clear indication of this move being a glimmer of light that runs the length of the Samurai's blade. If an opposing character doesn't attack the Samurai at once then they'll find themselves on the receiving end of a slash much too fast for any normal person to see, much less dodge. The Samurai Nobody sets this attack up on one turn and, if not attacked during that turn, moves at blinding speed the next turn to deliver a punishing blow to one foe within fifty feet.
Strength: Moderate Uses: 2 per Nobody
Elemental Weakness: Light
History: They had no leader until Roxas came, and as such saw very little action unless commanded by Xemnas. With Roxas here however, they have become a much bigger threat. [/blockquote]
175 for samurai (canon discount)

Hmm... I have some concerns about how Duel will be used in actual battle. Is the winner of the Duel whoever describes their end of the attack better, or is there some other mechanism for determining the outcome?
Also, while I know that this move was an all-or-nothing hit-or-miss type in the game, the more "flexible" dynamics of forum based RP suggest that there could be a draw (again, unless you've got a particular system in mind that addresses this). Might I suggest that, should an even match happen, both the Samurai and the other character take damage equal to a Weak Ability? Just a thought.
Additionally, you'll need some way to make it clear that a duel has begun -- some kind of hint or cue that another player can either react to or miss (resulting in an automatic hit for the Samurai?)
All things considered, the way you have Duel written right now makes its actual use... fairly complicated. Might I suggest an alternative?

When I wrote that ability, I was under the impression that the dice code would be implemented soon. So I was going to use that, but I like this alternative better! Use that!
EDITED the ability into the code I had, it replaced the ability I originally put.
