We are a faction dedicated to doing what factions were intended to do: conquer the roleplaying worlds of Final Mix, one at a time. We offer our members:

Who are The Barons?
As originally conceived by Final Mix's very own "Death QM", Gravity, we, The Barons are an elite group of nobility, royalty, and wealthy eccentrics come together as an alliance for the purpose of conquering worlds. Members are STRONGLY encouraged to create and use characters that adhere to this theme in some way, shape, or form.
Additionally, the original concept for The Barons calls for all members' characters to be Tamers (see Special Classes). While there may sometimes be exceptions made to this Tamers-only policy, the decision to do so is ultimately in the hands of the faction's leadership. However, all characters are expected to have Minions to bring onto the battlefield with them; after all, what is a Baron (or Baroness) without loyal subjects?
The Minions used by a member of The Barons should reflect some form or aspect of a royal court (knights, priests, court jesters, musketeers, personal retainers, etcetera...) or of royal life in a generalized or abstract way. Wild deviations from this will be frowned upon.
Additionally, it should be noted that while the moral alignment of The Barons is listed as 'evil', we do not discourage characters of a neutral or even heroic disposition from joining. It will be a bit awkward for hard-line "good guys" however, as the act of making war for the sake of conquest is not usually considered a very "righteous" thing to do. Prospective members should keep this in mind.
The mission of The Barons is conquest, pure and simple. The faction's ultimate aim is to control most, if not all, of the Worlds on the Final Mix roleplaying forums and cement its role as a superpower therein. To this end members are expected to be capable roleplayers with strong, tactically developed characters. Beyond its primary mission of conquest, The Barons is meant to be as enjoyable and flexible as any other roleplaying group. Members with suggestions or concerns are encouraged to make their thoughts known either publicly on the faction's OOC Board or privately in a PM to one or more of the faction's leadership.
How Do I Join?
Joining The Barons is a very simple process. Simply fill out the form below and post it in this thread. The faction's leaders will review your application and, if you are accepted, send you a PM with congratulations and the passwords for our OOC and IC boards.
