Castle Oblivion has recently been reclaimed by the Organization. Movement has been noted there, and just who is behind said movement is unknown. But it is known that a Nobody is behind it. What that Nobody intends to do, is well, uncertain, but what does that matter? If you're going there to stop said Nobody, do you really have what it takes? Or is there something in your memories that just might kill you before you can even try? Dare you even risk the trip? If so then one thing is for certain. This will be:
A Trip To Remember (will replace with graphic once it is made)
As you traverse the floors of the Castle, memories that you and your companions have buried inside will come to life, and some may very well try to end your life. The farther you go, the harder it gets, the more realistic the memories become, and all the more deadly. This quest is unlike any of it's predecessors. It is on such a scale, that words may barely even describe it.
This quest will compose of two teams. One will start in the basement, on the lowest floor. The other will start on the ground floor. Both teams will work their way up, but the team in the basement is trying to escape. But from what, is the question? Those heading up to the top floor are trying to figure out just who is behind it all, and find out what they hope to accomplish. Each team can consist of three people. Each person is allowed one friend card. This friend card will work in this way:
Friend Card: Allows the wielder to bring one friendly character to their aid for three posts. It can only be used once per floor, and after using it once, it has to be found again.
Here's the deal: Friend cards are limited to this. If good you cannot have an evil character be your friend card, and vice versa. Neutral characters can be a friend card for any alignment, but if they lean more toward good (and vice versa) then they can only be a friend card for Neutral (of any type), or good (or evil if leaning toward evil). While you can always gain the friend card back, you may not always do so. It depends on you, and how hard you try and find it. I will leave subtle hints along the way that will tell you where it is, or how far away it is. Also, friend cards can only be characters that your character has rp'd with, unless approved by me otherwise (this would be for characters that have only recently been created and accepted, such as Mim, or characters that may not have been rp'd with in a long time). In order for this to work, I require a link to the rp the friend was in with your character, in addition to a pm or a post in this thread saying that they are indeed your friend. In the case that the character doesn't have a rp that they can have a friend from, a pm or post from both the friend and the quester is required. It is up to the QUESTER to make sure the friend knows when they are up, NOT me. If you use the card, and they don't show up, then you are out of luck.
To those of you who are in the role of friend card, you will receive a minimum of 200 Munny. This may go up depending on how often you are used, what you do, things like that. Friend cards don't have to be used in battle. If a situation comes up where a memory is trying to lure a character into changing sides (or some other such situation) the friend card may be used to keep that from happening. Please note that this isn't needed if you aren't seperated from your team mates.
This quest will span at least 6 months, maybe longer. When I came up with this idea, 6 months was the minimum it would take to complete it. It could go as long as a year and a half, maybe even longer. So if you don't think that you would stay in the quest for the long haul, don't sign up, unless you are going to be a friend card. If you decide you can't handle the length after a while (say four months for example), you and your friend can switch roles. This means that you become the friend card, and that the one who was previously the friend card is the main character. It would just be as if they'd been around the whole time, but were never directly acknowledged in any way (save for when the friend card is in use), and then you would take that ideology when you become the friend card.
